The site is operated by Fordegens Limitada, a Costa Rican company registered as 3102928865 at San Pedro, Barrio Dent, under Anjouan license ALSI-202509008-FI1. The number encodes September 2025, so this license is recent. The Anjouan register lists its expiry as September 2, 2026, a date that has passed, but still shows the license as valid.

Anjouan is the lightest-touch regime in mainstream offshore gambling, so recourse is thin. Worth knowing before you search: the operating company and the regulator behind this brand have both changed, so an older write-up naming a different entity or a Curaçao license is describing a setup that no longer exists. What Flush does better than most of its peers is put the current names in its own terms rather than hiding them.

I’d think hard before taking it, because activating the bonus locks your deposit as well as the bonus until the playthrough clears. Decline it and your own money stays yours to withdraw whenever you like.

Ongoing Bonuses

This is the standout and it’s genuinely unusual. Flush pays rakeback every 30 minutes on every active account, win or lose, with no wagering and immediate withdrawal. Most casinos batch cashback weekly and attach strings to it.

Reloads, races and seasonal promotions sit on top. The one caveat is that the entry-level rakeback rate starts small, at around 5% of the house edge on your bets, so most of the value comes as you climb.

VIP / Loyalty Program

The loyalty program lifts your rakeback percentage as you climb, and it rewards steady play rather than one big deposit. That fits the 30-minute payout model well.

There are 11 tiers, from Iron at the bottom to VIP at the top, and the first rung is modest, so treat the VIP pitch as a reason to stay rather than a reason to join.

Wagering Requirements

There are two different answers here. The rakeback carries no wagering at all, so what it pays is yours immediately. That part is excellent.

The welcome bonus is the opposite. It carries 30x on the entry tier and 35x on everything above it, counts only $5 per spin toward it whatever you stake, lets bonus funds expire after 30 days, and locks your deposit in alongside. Take the rakeback, skip the bonus.

The public evidence is less flattering than my own experience. Flush replies to only 12% of its negative Trustpilot reviews, the lowest engagement rate of any brand I have looked at this month, and a support team that answers routine questions but not complaints is a different proposition when something goes wrong.
