Our mission
Keep the independent record of online casinos, built from live data rather than opinion, so that every player sees the evidence before they deposit.
Casinos.org was one of the first casino review sites on the web. Industry experts wrote the reviews, and readers found them through search. Now you can ask a chatbot about a casino and get an answer in seconds, often taken from the casino’s own marketing.
We time withdrawals and count complaints. We’re also building checks that catch a maximum cashout dropping without notice and show whether a crypto casino’s wallets can cover its players.
We still publish rankings. As the data comes in, they’ll be built from it, with the figures behind each one on the page.

What goes into the record
Where the numbers come from
The blockchain
In buildCrypto casinos move money on public blockchains, so deposits, withdrawals and reserves are readable by anyone who knows which wallets to watch. Once wallet tracking is live, we’ll watch them across the main chains and publish what we see.
Players
In buildYou can bring a complaint to us now, and the public complaint log opens in spring 2027. Once player verification launches, reviews backed by a verified withdrawal will carry more weight, and payout times will come from the players who waited for the money.
The small print
In buildWe’re building a check that reads every listed casino’s terms automatically and compares them day to day. Once it’s live, a max cashout that drops or a dormancy fee that appears will go on the record with its date.
The regulators
In buildLicense details will come from the regulators’ own registers, each showing when we last checked. If a casino can’t legally take players where you live, we say so on its listing.

How the Health Score works
The Health Score runs from 0 to 100 and combines six inputs. Tap one to see what it measures. Pick one to see what it measures. Each input is scored out of 10 against written criteria, then multiplied by its weight.

Payouts and withdrawals
Time from withdrawal request to money received, per method, taken from withdrawals we make with our own money. We also record fees, limits and the processing time the casino states.
Terms and bonus fairness
Wagering, the time allowed to meet it, max cashout caps, the max bet while a bonus is active, and clauses on dormant accounts and confiscated winnings. We’re building a nightly check of each casino’s terms, so a changed clause gets dated the day it changes.
Licensing and player protection
Which regulator licenses the casino, for which markets, and whether deposit limits and self-exclusion work when we test them. We’re building a check against each regulator’s own register, with the date of the last check attached.
Complaints and casework
Cases we’ve handled or verified, how they ended and how long the casino took to respond. We read the count against the size of the casino, so a big casino isn’t marked down for having more players.
Games and software
The studios behind the library, and how many dollars of every hundred wagered each game says it pays back. On provably fair games, we replay rounds from the published seeds and check the results.
Support and usability
We ask a real question through every channel the casino offers, time the reply and grade whether it answered. We also note how hard signing up is and how the site works on a phone.
First-version weights. Once wallet tracking is live, wallet data will feed the payout and complaint inputs on crypto casinos. If we change a weight, we’ll say so here and rescore every casino. The full method, with the 25 steps behind every score, is on our review process page.

Every score has a method you can read, and we’re adding sources to each review as we rebuild it. Where we’re unsure, we say how unsure.
What money can and can’t buy
You can’t buy a score, a ranking or a badge. Where a casino pays us, the page says so. The people who write the site and the people who sell advertising answer to different managers.
Where we send you
We list licensed casinos in the markets they are licensed for. If a casino can’t legally take you, we say so on its listing, however much it pays us. We never point anyone around a self-exclusion.
How we handle complaints
You can bring a complaint to us now. We take it to the casino with the evidence attached, and the public complaint log opens in spring 2027.
How we talk about money
If a game keeps ten dollars of every hundred you wager, we say that. Calling it a 90% return reads as better odds than it is.
