The terms and conditions are fairly standard, including that it is the player’s responsibility to prevent others from accessing their account. We would have liked more details around redemption limits, but in general the Terms and Conditions are in line with what we expect.

There are some terms attached to the welcome bonus, but these are all clearly explained and offer no unwelcome surprises. There is a 1x wagering on all SC before they become redeemable, which seems to be the norm across most leading social casinos.

As mentioned earlier, all SC come with a 1x wagering requirement, regardless of how you claimed your SC balance, which is pretty standard.

The one thing to call out here is the slightly higher redemption threshold of 100 SC – this is almost 2x the limit at competing sites. However, there is the option to redeem Gift Cards starting at 25 SC each.

The landing page is uncluttered, with a straightforward registration process.

Getting around is also very easy, as everything on the website is neatly signposted, with an intuitive games menu giving you instant access to a variety of gaming categories without going through multiple screens, and that makes sorting through the vast library much easier. If you’re looking for something specific, there are a range of filters, and a convenient search bar.

Although there are plenty of promotions, the ones that are currently ongoing are clearly highlighted at the top of the landing page, making it easy to spot attrative promos and offers.

We found that the Help Center was really great at empowering customers to solve problems themselves, as there was a wealth of various information including articles and a comprehensive FAQ section.

Players that need to contact the customer service team can expect fairly quick response times whether they get in touch via social media or by emailing the support team.

That said, we would have liked to see Live Chat and phone support contact options, as the absence of both of these means that players have to wait longer than they would have liked to get their issues sorted. It also largely removes the human element of customer support, which is another reason for our disappointment at their exclusion.

We should also point out that while a ticketing system does exist for players to use, this is the slowest method of getting your issues fixed. Admittedly we might have been a bit unlucky with our timing, but we still had to wait nearly five days to get a reply when we tried this method out.
