MetaWin Review 2026: Casino of the Year

Licensing & Security

MetaWin moved from a Curacao license to an Anjouan one in 2024, and it publishes the full paper trail rather than hiding behind a logo. The site is operated by Rivolo Limited of Charlestown, Nevis, company number C62588, under Anjouan license ALSI-202602025-FI1, with fiat processing handled by Zoom Net Services Limited in Cyprus.

That’s more corporate disclosure than most crypto casinos put on the page at all. I will be straight that Anjouan is a lighter-touch regime, but it’s becoming the standard home for crypto-native sites, and the trade-off is real. You get fast crypto banking under a crypto-friendly authority, and MetaWin’s KYC policy can still ask for photo ID and a selfie at any time.

The move was an entity change as well as a license change, and that is worth knowing because it explains the mess you’ll find on other sites. Before mid-2024 the site ran under Asobi N.V. on a Curacao license, and plenty of pages still describe MetaWin that way, which is how you end up reading three different licensing stories about the same casino. The current position is the one above, and it’s the one MetaWin’s terms and footer, and Anjouan’s license validator, all show today, although its own responsible gambling page still names Asobi N.V.

Encryption & Security

As a Web3 casino, MetaWin lets you connect a Web3 wallet whose keys stay with you, and your deposits then move into a MetaWin balance. Or you can play from a custodial balance it holds for you. Competition draws settle on-chain through smart contracts, so you can verify those yourself.

SSL is in place across the site, MetaWin lists security audits and DDoS protection on top, and the wallet-connect flow felt secure every time I used it. But on November 3, 2024 an attacker drained about $4 million from its hot wallets by exploiting what its CEO called its “frictionless withdrawal system”.

Reputation & Player Reviews

MetaWin has built a genuinely devoted community, and player sentiment, especially on X, is some of the warmest I see in crypto. Trustpilot is more split. When we checked on September 16, 2026, MetaWin scored 3.7 out of 5 from 320 reviews, with 61% five-star and 33% one-star, and it had replied to 5% of its negative reviews.

It earned that devotion the hard way. When a wallet exploit hit in November 2024, CEO Richard Skelhorn said the company had replaced the stolen funds, and by November 4 withdrawals were back “for 95% of users, with final checks underway for the remaining accounts”, according to reports that week. I very much appreciate how fast that was handled. casinos.org named it Casino of the Year for 2026, and I agree with that call.

General Terms

The bonus terms are refreshingly clean for the space. There are no aggressive wagering traps on promotions, and the heaviest condition on a promotion is a 1x playthrough, and the terms say so in plain language, which is exactly what I want from a crypto casino. Every deposit also has to be wagered once before you withdraw it.

The general terms are less tidy. MetaWin can suspend an account and withhold funds at any point (clause 8.3), its decision in a dispute is final (4.0.1), a complaint can take up to eight weeks (18.3), and clause 14.3 lets MetaWin suspend your access if a legal change is proposed where you play, and void your funds with no compensation if the change goes ahead.

Clauses 8.5 and 8.6 also carry a 0.005 ETH withdrawal fee and a 5 ETH daily cap that its FAQ contradicts with a $2.50 fee and tier-based limits.

Welcome Bonus

There’s no deposit-match welcome, and I wouldn’t let that put you off, because it also means no 35x wagering to grind. MetaWin’s help center says it offers no welcome, sign-up or new-player bonuses. Its promo code page presents the 30% Prize Funds on every deposit as the welcome offer instead, so the value is real, just delivered differently.

There’s no official MetaWin promo code, though some eligible players have received codes. MetaWin’s promo code page says it doesn’t issue bonus codes for its offers, while its help center says it occasionally sends codes to eligible players by email, onsite promotions or personalized offers, and those codes go in at deposit.

The 30% Prize Funds and the standard promotions credit automatically, so there is no code field at sign-up. Treat any site advertising a public MetaWin promo code with suspicion.

Ongoing Bonuses

This is where MetaWin pulls ahead. Every single deposit earns a 30% prize-fund bonus that enters you into the exclusive competitions, and MetaWin’s promo code page (last updated July 28, 2026) lists Cash Drops on top. I found one of the deepest ongoing rewards stacks in crypto here, with no fine print designed to trip you up.

Here is what was actually running when I last looked, and none of it is small. There’s no single headline number built for a screenshot and never claimed, just a rolling calendar you can plan a week around.

• Daily Race: a share of $15,000 across 20 places, $7,500 to the winner
• Weekly leaderboards: $30,000 in races across the week
• Monthly Competition: $250,000, with $100,000 to one winner
• Sports Rush: a $5,000 pool
• Friday free spins: up to 20 for Bronze tier and above

Those Prize Funds only pay for competition entries, and any withdrawal resets them to $0. The Arena Discord also runs its own Rumbles and ETH giveaways.

MetaWin’s FAQ and promotion page say Prize Funds work only when your real-money balance is zero in every currency, while a July 30, 2026 help center article says they can be applied as partial payment for an entry your balance can’t cover.

VIP / Loyalty Program

The MetaMax Rewards program, plus the Salon Rouge and Red Room high-roller clubs, is genuinely industry-leading. I rate the VIP setup as a real reason to stay rather than a token afterthought, and high rollers get treatment few rivals match.

The terms also spell out how MetaMax works, which is more than most loyalty schemes manage. Tiers are earned on lifetime wagering milestones rather than a monthly reset, each tier pays a Rank Up reward, and the Royal Reload unlocks at Platinum tier and above. Lifetime accrual is the part I really rate, because nothing you have already staked stops counting.

Wagering Requirements

There are no wagering traps to speak of. Prize Funds carry no wagering. Race prizes, free spin winnings and Rank Up rewards carry a 1x playthrough, and every deposit has to be wagered once before you withdraw it. After years of reviewing 35x and 40x bonus locks, a casino where the heaviest condition is 1x is the kind of thing I wish more brands copied.

Slots

MetaWin’s lobby listed 2,298 Slots when I loaded it on September 21, 2026, out of 2,848 games from 47 providers. Pragmatic Play supplies the most, more than 600 games, followed by Endorphina, BGaming, TaDa Gaming and Hacksaw, and NoLimit City, Yggdrasil, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Relax and Big Time Gaming are all on the provider list. MetaWin’s own studio, Gladiator Games, adds 11 exclusive Slots, led by Legend of Tartarus at 97.5%.

The Maximum-RTP guarantee means every slot is set to its highest payout configuration, and the lobby shows the RTP on each game. Across the 2,095 titles in the Slots collection the average listed RTP is 96.21%, and the highest is 97.48%, with another 1,138 games in the Bonus Buy collection. If I’m playing Slots, I struggle to name a better lobby among the Bitcoin casinos I’ve tested.

Table Games

Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat each have their own collection in the menu, with 42, 43 and 31 games. Most are live tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi, with a handful of RNG versions such as Multihand Blackjack Pro and Vulcano Roulette.

The best numbers are in MetaWin’s own tables. MetaWin Blackjack and MetaWin Baccarat both list a 99.5% RTP, which keeps about 50 cents of every $100 wagered, and its Video Poker lists 99%.

Live Casino

The Live Casino collection holds 105 tables and shows, 60 from Evolution, 43 from Pragmatic Play and 2 from Ezugi. Across the whole lobby I counted 218 Live Blackjack tables, 95 Live Baccarat tables and 25 Live Roulette wheels, so finding a seat is rarely the problem.

Game shows get their own collection of 38, 26 of them from Evolution. The streams ran smoothly with no stutter when I dropped into a few tables.

Arcade/Instant Win

MetaWin Studios builds 27 provably fair Originals, including Crash, Plinko, Mines, Dice, Limbo, Keno, Hi-Lo, Dragon Tower and Coin Flip. MetaWin’s terms say each one’s outcome is set by a provably fair algorithm, so you can check a round yourself.

Most of them list a 97% RTP, which keeps $3 of every $100 wagered, a thinner return than the 99% some rivals publish on the same games. The Crash collection adds 23 crash-style games from nine providers, Spribe’s Aviator among them.

Sports Betting

MetaWin runs an integrated sportsbook on the same wallet. It covers football, basketball, tennis, MMA and Formula 1, plus an esports board for CS, Dota 2, LoL and Valorant. It’s a secondary product to the casino and odds coverage can be patchy in places, but I was glad to have it in one balance.

Deposits

MetaWin is Ethereum-based but multi-chain, accepting 14 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Litecoin, XRP, Dogecoin, USDT and USDC. Its supported blockchains are Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, Optimism, Blast and Solana. Deposits are instant except Bitcoin, which takes 10 to 15 minutes, Layer 2 fees cost a fraction of a cent, and a MoonPay on-ramp lets you buy in with a card if you have no crypto yet. Every deposit has to be wagered once before you can withdraw it.

Two details are worth knowing before you fund an account. You can log in with a Web3 wallet such as MetaMask or play from a custodial balance held on the platform, and the terms treat those as two separate flows. It’s also worth remembering that layer 2 privacy tokens such as Mimblewimble and Aztec aren’t supported and can’t be returned, so don’t send them.

Withdrawals

This is MetaWin’s signature move. MetaWin approves withdrawals instantly and says they typically land at once, though some take up to 24 hours, with a $20 minimum and a $2.50 fee on each one. On September 15, 2026 I requested a $100 withdrawal and 97.09 USDT arrived on Ethereum 46 seconds later.

That is $2.91 less than I asked for, and my receipt doesn’t split the gap between the $2.50 fee and network costs. I have withdrawn through the wallet connection and the funds were on-chain almost immediately, with the same flat fee structure.

MetaWin’s help article on Web3 wallet withdrawals says a withdrawal can need you to click a confirmation link sent by email, and its FAQ says a custodial withdrawal needs a verified email first. Check both before a big cashout, as you would at any of the Ethereum casinos we cover.

Withdrawal Limits

The tiered daily ceiling suits high rollers once they climb MetaMax. I did not run into hidden caps in testing. The one practical limit is that this is crypto-first, so you cash out in coin and convert elsewhere if you need fiat.

The win caps, at least, are published rather than buried. MetaWin caps any single win at $1,500,000, Originals at $500,000 a round, the Zero House Edge titles at $25,000 a round, and sportsbook net winnings at $100,000 a calendar day. Those are ceilings almost nobody will test, and I’d far rather read them in the terms than discover one at the cashier.

The daily ceiling depends on your MetaMax tier, and that’s the part almost nobody spells out. An unranked account can take out $10,000 plus net deposits in 24 hours, and the ceiling climbs with each tier. MetaWin’s FAQ gives Web3 and custodial wallets the same table, although a help article says a connected wallet brings increased withdrawal limits. The FAQ also prints two different tier tables (Bronze is $25,000 in one and $50,000 in the other, Red Room $500,000 or $200,000), and its terms carry a 5 ETH daily cap, so check the limit shown on your account before a large cashout.

Website Design and UI

The site was built for the Web3 age. Performance is razor sharp. I could reach almost anywhere in a single click thanks to the left-hand menu, and the filters made finding a specific game quick. The homepage packs a lot in, but I had it figured out within a few minutes.

Mobile App

There’s no native app, but the browser build is genuinely mobile-first and ran smoothly on my phone, wallet connection included. I’d have liked a store app, yet I never felt held back playing on mobile web.

Customer Service

Support starts with an AI chat in the site menu, which MetaWin says is there whenever you need it, and anything the AI can’t settle becomes a ticket for a human agent. MetaWin publishes no hours for that human follow-up. Its terms say MetaWin aims to answer official complaints within 5 calendar days and to deal with them within eight weeks.

The Discord integration brings the community right into the experience, which I enjoyed, and some of MetaWin’s own policy pages still send you to the Arena Discord to open a ticket. The one snag I hit was the Discord widget crashing during busy spells, so there is a little polish left to add.

Responsible Gambling

MetaWin publishes a full set of player-protection policies, with self-exclusion, an underage gaming policy and a KYC policy all linked from the footer. Timeouts of 7, 14 or 30 days and self-exclusion from 6 months to permanent are requested through support chat.

MetaWin’s help center describes no deposit, loss or session limit you can set on the account, and its responsible gambling page only suggests setting a deposit limit for yourself. The no-wagering model removes one of the most common pressure points in the category before it starts.
