Who owns Rainbet

Rainbet is owned by RBGAMING N.V., a company registered in Anjouan, part of the Union of the Comoros, under registration number 16077, with a registered office in Hamchako, Mutsamudu. The same name and number appear in the terms and the AML policy. Its AML policy names Sumsub as the identity-check provider, and clause 20.3 of the terms names Elliptic for blockchain wallet screening. Rainbet launched in 2023.

Licensing

Rainbet holds Anjouan license ALSI-152406029-FI2, issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of Anjouan. On September 14, 2026 the validator linked from Rainbet’s footer seal returned “Operating status: VALID” for that number. Typing the validator address by hand, without the seal’s own parameters, returns “NOT Licensed”, so use the footer link if you check it yourself. Anjouan’s public register lists the license as issued on June 14, 2024 and expiring on June 13, 2027.

Anjouan is one of the lightest licenses a casino can hold. Anjouan’s license conditions require an independent dispute resolution service, but Rainbet names none, and clause 21.6 sends complaints to “Gaming Services Provider N.V.” rather than to the regulator. If a withdrawal dispute goes against you, the terms name no outside body to take it to.

Where Rainbet is legal

Clause 4.1.3 of Rainbet’s terms bars residents of, and anyone connecting from, eight countries: the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Australia, and the Netherlands including Curaçao, Aruba and Sint Maarten. Any country where online gambling is illegal for residents is excluded too. There are no state-by-state rules, so Rainbet does not accept players in California, Texas, Florida, New York or any other US state. Canada is not on the list, and Rainbet runs a Canadian page with Interac deposits.

A VPN or proxy that hides your location breaches clause 3.4. If you play from a restricted country anyway, clause 8.6 says withdrawals are not guaranteed and clause 6.3 lets Rainbet withhold the money in your account, deposit included.

Security and fair play

The site runs over SSL and supports two-factor authentication, which you must switch on to withdraw from the Vault. The 15 Rainbet Originals are provably fair: every result is built from a server seed, your client seed and a nonce, and 12 of them have a verifier page on rainbet.com where you can check a round yourself.

Terms that decide whether you get paid

• Clause 20.1 gives you 72 hours to complete an identity check once asked, allows up to 7 business days for the review, and says a failed check “will result in confiscation of funds.”
• While documents sit at “Temporarily Approved” you cannot withdraw, and deposits are capped at €500 in total.
• Clause 9.8 lets Rainbet treat accounts sharing an IP address as abusive and confiscate their funds. Shared Wi-Fi at home or work puts you in that position.
• Clause 9.7 lets Rainbet reclaim bonus winnings, even after they have been withdrawn, from any player it decides at its sole discretion is involved in abuse.
• Clause 14.2 caps Rainbet’s total liability to you at €500 or the value of the bets involved, whichever is lower.
• Clause 21.4 requires a dispute to be raised within three days of the bet settling.

In the terms as of September 14, 2026 we counted 20 clauses that let Rainbet withhold, void or confiscate funds. The terms carry no date, and clause 2 says changes apply the moment they are published.

Welcome bonus: two options

Rainbet makes you choose between two first-deposit offers, and you switch one on in Promotions before you deposit. A bonus that is not active when the deposit lands cannot be added afterward, and topping up with a second deposit while it runs forfeits it. No Rainbet promo code is needed for either.

Wager Lock is the classic match: 100% of your first deposit plus 20 free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Rainbet’s home page advertises the same structure on the second deposit (50% plus 20 spins) and the third (100% plus 20 spins), though its promotion terms page only describes the first.

No Wager Lock has no rollover. The bonus, up to 100% of your deposit, unlocks as you play at 0.2% of every bet (the terms write it as wager × 1% × 20%), and each unlocked amount is withdrawable. Unlocking a full $100 bonus takes $50,000 of wagering, so most players will release part of it. Games above 97.4% RTP, including blackjack and some live tables, are disabled while the bonus runs, and Rainbet’s promotions panel says sports bets do not count.

Clause 9.2 caps what you can withdraw from a welcome promo code or affiliate code at $50, with anything above forfeited. The terms do not say whether that cap also covers the opt-in deposit bonuses.

Rakeback and the reward schedule

Rainbet advertises “up to 70% back”, a combined figure across six reward tracks rather than a rakeback rate, and it does not publish rakeback percentages by rank. It does publish the schedule:

• Rakeback, claimable every 15 minutes and based on what you wager
• Daily Reload, three times a day at 8-hour intervals, expiring if unclaimed for 24 hours
• Daily Bonus, once every 24 hours, building up for 72 hours if you skip it
• Weekly Bonus and Monthly Bonus
• Pre-Monthly Bonus on the 16th of each month, based on your last 30 days, for Silver rank and above

RakeBoosts add 10% to 20% for set windows, including +15% for 24 hours after sign-up and +20% for 72 hours after redeeming an affiliate code. Boosts do not stack. Rainbet says the periodic bonuses are “boosted more by your P&L”. Its home page says the boost considers your recent wagering and results, but not whether losses raise or lower it.

VIP ranks

The VIP ladder has seven ranks: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Infernal and Infernal Diamond. Rank thresholds only show once you are logged in. The VIP page lists rakeback, the daily, weekly, monthly and pre-monthly bonuses, weekly free spins and a VIP representative as perks. While a Wager Lock bonus is active, leveling up is slower and rewards are lower.

Races, raffle and current promotions

The $20K Weekly Raffle draws 50 tickets at $400 each. Everyone gets one free ticket and one more for every $500 wagered. Daily, weekly and monthly wager races run alongside, and sportsbook bets count 3x in the weekly and monthly races.

On September 14, 2026 the promotions page also carried The Mission Possible, five missions on 10 Pragmatic Play slots running until September 19, with free spins or prizes only for the first players to finish each mission (600 for the first, 10 for the last). Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live run most of the live floor, with 155 and NetEnt tables and a few tables built for Rainbet. The sitemap lists 38 live roulette, 35 live blackjack and 32 live baccarat tables plus 37 game shows. Card counting is banned under clause 4.6 and can lead to withheld funds, so the 8-deck Originals Blackjack and the live tables are for play, not for an edge.

Deposits

Rainbet is built around crypto. Rainbet’s FAQ names BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, SOL, TRX, BNB, USDT and USDC, and Rainbet lists more than 20 coins in total, including TON, DOGE, ADA, LINK and SHIB.

Minimum deposits differ by coin, and the cashier’s deposit instructions give $100 for Bitcoin, $25 for USDT on ERC-20 and $10 for ETH or LTC. A deposit credits once the network confirms it, which Rainbet puts at about 10 minutes for Bitcoin and under 2 minutes for Tron, and clause 7.2 says Rainbet absorbs deposit fees in most cases. Responsible gambling

Rainbet’s responsible gambling tools are a loss limit on a rolling timeframe, a cool-off period with no stated lengths, and self-exclusion. Support confirmed to our reviewer that there is no deposit-limit tool, and we found none on the site, although the description Rainbet gives search engines lists deposit limits.

Self-exclusion starts with a 24-hour cooldown you confirm by email, cannot be reversed (clause 6.11), and permanent closure only becomes available after a 90-day exclusion has run (clause 6.12).
