Duel.com is owned by Immortal Snail LLC, a company registered in Nevis under number L22982, with its registered office in the Arthur L. Evelyn Building on Main Street, Charlestown. Duel’s FAQ is written by its founder, Monarch, who ran CSGOEmpire for more than nine years. Duel launched in July 2025, and it’s already snapping at the heels of the establishment and is reportedly one of the top 10 crypto casinos by deposit volume. For a young casino, that’s impressive work and a ringing endorsement.

Duel holds Anjouan license ALSI-202411026-FI1, issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of Anjouan in the Union of the Comoros. On September 14, 2026 the validator linked from Duel’s footer seal returned “Operating status: VALID” for Immortal Snail LLC and duel.com. Anjouan’s public register lists the license as issued on November 4, 2024 and expiring on November 3, 2026.

An Anjouan licence is about as soft touch as it gets, but it’s better than nothing and at least means there’s a real gaming licence above the door.

Encryption & Security

Duel supports two-factor authentication through an authenticator app such as Authy or Google Authenticator, and the withdrawal form asks for the 2FA code.

Every Duel house game is provably fair. Results are built from a server seed, your client seed and a nonce, and Duel’s help center explains the check for nine games, with Crash and Castle Roulette drawing on the public drand randomness beacon.

Reputation & Player Reviews

On Trustpilot, Duel scored 2.3 out of 5 from 163 reviews on September 14, 2026, and the profile showed replies to 96% of negative reviews. Two of the most recent reviews, from August 30 and September 6, 2026, question the fairness of Duel’s Live Blackjack and its 100% RTP claims.

Duel runs a public chat alongside its pages. Our reviewer counted more than 20 racial and homophobic slurs in a single screen of that chat while moderators were muting players for “Begging”, one of their listed reasons.

General Terms

Duel’s terms, dated January 27, 2026, bar players from 30 countries: the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands including Curaçao, Armenia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Montenegro, Saint Kitts and Nevis, the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, North Korea, Syria, Yemen, Venezuela, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Libya, Somalia, Myanmar, Sudan, South Sudan, Mali and the Central African Republic.

Duel’s KYC policy also lists Austria and the Comoros. Canada is not on the list, although some game studios block their titles in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta and Nova Scotia.

The terms have no clause that names VPNs, but they ban getting around the measures Duel uses to control access, and Duel can close an account at its sole discretion and withhold the remaining funds. Duel’s games ask you to “disable any VPNs and try again” when they detect a blocked region.

• If you cannot or will not provide verification documents, Duel says it is “not liable for any resulting loss of access to your funds”.
• During an anti-money-laundering or law enforcement investigation, Duel can freeze funds for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with the investigation, and it need not tell you if doing so would break the law or interfere with the investigation.
• An account with no login for six years is treated as dormant, and Duel may reclaim the balance. Contacting you first is optional.
• All bets are final, deposits are not refunded by default, and Duel is not liable for losses from user error, such as sending coins to the wrong address or network.
• Disputes go to binding arbitration in Anjouan under Anjouan law, each side pays its own costs, and class actions are waived.

Welcome Bonus

Duel has no welcome bonus, no deposit match and no no-deposit offer. On a page called Why Bonuses Suck it argues that “Casinos are not charities, and every bonus is funded by the higher house edge”, and works through its own example: a game with a 3.5% house edge that returns 50% of it leaves you facing a 1.75% edge.

You do not need a Duel promo code, bonus code or referral code to get anything, and the gift codes its site supports turn up as giveaways in Duel’s Discord community.

Ongoing Bonuses

Duel’s own worked example uses a slot that keeps $4 of every $100 wagered. Rakeback returns half of that, so the slot costs you $2 per $100 on average. Wager $1,000 and you would expect to lose $40 and get $20 back.

Compare that with Rainbet’s welcome match. On September 14, 2026 it was 100% with 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus, which needs $8,000 of bets on a $100 deposit. At the same slot that costs $320 on average, or about $220 after the $100 bonus, and Duel’s rakeback on the same $8,000 would return $160.

Zero-Edge Originals and Leaderboards

Duel’s Originals have a base house edge of 0.1%, which keeps 10 cents of every $100 wagered. Inside the zero edge allowance each bet earns 0.1% instant rakeback, which brings the net edge to zero. The allowance covers bets up to $1,000 and $50,000 of wagering a day.

After the allowance is used, or above the bet limit, the 0.1% rakeback stops, and a few Originals switch to a scaling house edge, which ran from 0.1% to 1% on Limbo in Duel’s data on August 27, 2026. Duel’s own 100% RTP Slots pay no rakeback because there is no edge to return.

Duel runs hourly, daily, weekly and monthly leaderboards, with wagers converted into points according to each game’s house edge. Duel’s leaderboard data archived on August 31, 2026 listed a $2m Monthly race for August 1 to 31, 2026 and a $25k Daily race. Entry is automatic from your first bet. Duel’s referral program pays lifetime commission on the house edge of players you refer, and its referral FAQ says the most recent payouts were at 70%.

VIP / Loyalty Program

Duel has no VIP ranks or levels. Every player gets the same 50% rakeback rate, and we found no reload bonuses or priority withdrawals tied to how much you play.

Slots

Duel listed 2,430 games in its game data on August 29, 2026, from 24 studios including Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, NetEnt, Relax Gaming, Red Tiger and Thunderkick. Most of those games are Slots, and they run at the studios’ standard RTPs, usually around 96%. Some studios block their titles by region, and those games show a “not available in your region” message.

Duel also builds its own Slots. Duel’s slot data on September 1, 2026 listed Groomer’s Van as a cluster-pays slot with tumbling reels, a 100% RTP, bets from $0.20 to $1,000 and a top win of 5,000x.

Live Casino

Duel’s Live Casino listed 501 titles on August 31, 2026, from studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution First Person and Play’n GO, and its game shows category listed 33 on August 29. Duel also runs its own live table, Duel Blackjack, which it calls “the world’s lowest house edge live blackjack game”. Duel’s game data put that table’s house edge at 0.56%, or 56 cents of every $100 wagered, with a 60% rakeback rate.

Arcade/Instant Win

Duel’s house games include Dice, Blackjack, Plinko, Crash, Mines, Keno, Castle Roulette, Video Poker, Limbo, Beef, Rock Paper Scissors and Cross Road. Duel publishes the house edge on each game in its zero house edge program, and its data on September 1, 2026 listed:

• 0%: Roulette and Duel’s own Slots, which keep nothing of what you wager on average
• 0.1%: Crash, Dice, Mines, Plinko, Blackjack, Keno, Limbo and Video Poker, which keep 10 cents of every $100, refunded as rakeback inside the daily allowance
• 0.8%: Cross Road, which keeps 80 cents of every $100
• Limits: $1,000 a bet and $50,000 of wagering a day

Duel’s Zero Edge page admits that a casino with no house edge, whatever its limits, “is always expected to go bankrupt in the long run”. Parts of Duel’s FAQ are out of date, and it still says Duel “just launched” and that its games stand at 99.9%.

Sports Betting

Duel has a sportsbook for sports and esports, built on Betby and reached at duel.com/sports. It covers around 48 sports and 17 esports, from soccer, tennis, basketball and the NFL to CS2, Dota 2 and League of Legends, with live betting on the big events.

Deposits

Duel is crypto only. Its cashier data from September 1, 2026 listed 23 coin and network options for withdrawals, covering 16 coins: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, USDC, Tron, BNB, Solana, XRP, Dogecoin, Cardano, Chainlink, Avalanche, TON and Hedera, with USDT and USDC on several networks. Duel sets no deposit minimum of its own, so the only floor is each coin’s small network minimum, which the cashier shows when you pick one. If you hold no crypto, the wallet’s Buy Crypto tab sends you to Swapped, which takes Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller, bank transfer, Pix and UPI from €13. Local methods such as GCash and PayMaya go through Nicheclear, and gift cards from Pulse and Kinguin start at $10. Duel warns that these external payments may carry a processing fee.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid in crypto only, and Duel offers no way to cash out to a card or bank. Payouts are automated and usually land within a few minutes, Duel sets no minimum beyond the network fee, and the withdrawal form asks for your 2FA code. The terms say “Duel does not profit from deposit or withdrawal fees”, but blockchain network fees still apply, and the form shows the transaction fee before you confirm.

Duel’s KYC policy, last updated September 4, 2024, makes full verification compulsory for a withdrawal of any amount, once lifetime deposits pass €5,000, or after a suspicious transaction. The terms word it more softly, as a right to request verification before a withdrawal.

Verification has four levels: personal details, photo ID with a selfie, proof of address from the last three months, and proof of wealth, and Duel’s verification prompts say each level can be required before you deposit, wager or withdraw. The terms say Duel is not liable if you lose access to your funds because you cannot provide documents.

Withdrawal Limits

Duel sets no daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limit. The limits it does publish apply to play: $1,000 a bet and $50,000 of wagering a day inside the zero edge allowance, and a maximum win on individual games, shown when you reach it.

Website Design and UI

Sign-up asks for a username and a password, the email address is optional, and Google sign-in is available. Casino games, Originals, the sportsbook and the wallet sit in one menu, with the public chat alongside. The official domain is duel.com, and Duel’s own data also lists duelnews.com, duel.limited, duel.vip and duel.net as its domains.

Mobile App

Duel has no app on the App Store or Google Play. Its code includes a “Download the Duel app” prompt that adds the site to your home screen, but the prompt was switched off in Duel’s settings data on September 1, 2026, and a Duel APK offered on another site is not from Duel. The site runs in any mobile browser.

Customer Service

Duel offers 24/7 live chat through Intercom, plus [email protected] for complaints and [email protected] for general contact. There is no phone line, but live chat responded to me within a few minutes. Its help center holds nine articles, all on checking provably fair results, and Duel also runs Discord and Telegram communities.

Responsible Gambling

Duel’s responsible gaming policy, last updated September 4, 2024, offers self-exclusion for a minimum of six months and a 7-day cooling-off period, both requested through support. It includes a six-question self-assessment and links Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and GamCare, with GambleAware in the footer.

We found no deposit, loss or session limit that a player can set on Duel’s site, although a limits feature was switched on in Duel’s settings data on September 1, 2026, so check your account settings. Duel’s code also includes a “Take a break” self-exclusion lock, for up to 30 days or indefinitely.
