Duelbits.com is run by Liquid Entertainment N.V., a Curaçao company registered under number 153298 in Willemstad. Duelbits’ footer describes Herpestidae Services Limited, registered in Cyprus under HE 410029, as a wholly owned subsidiary that provides management, payment and support services.

Duelbits.com holds Curaçao Gaming Authority license OGL/2024/1507/0838, however the two Curaçao records disagree. On September 15, 2026 the certificate page linked from Duelbits’ footer seal showed it as Active. The regulator’s license register, last updated September 14, 2026, lists the same license as issued June 24, 2025, expiring December 24, 2025, with the status “Assessment in progress”.

duelbits.io is a sister site on a different license. Anjouan’s public register lists Elevated Entertainment Ltd under license ALSI-112310013-FI5 for duelbits.io, with the status “valid”, issued October 13, 2023 and expiring October 12, 2026.

Encryption & Security

Duelbits says it uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Two-factor authentication works with an authenticator app, and once it is switched on, withdrawal requests need the 2FA code. Duelbits’ Fairness page explains the provably fair checks for 11 of its 14 Originals. duelbits.io’s AML policy says every crypto deposit is checked on two screening platforms.

On September 15, 2026 Trustpilot showed Duelbits at 2.9 out of 5 from 338 reviews, 67 of them from the last 12 months. The profile showed replies to 80% of negative reviews and listed Duelbits as a paying Trustpilot customer.

General Terms

The terms, last revised September 2, 2025, name Elevated Entertainment Ltd of Mutsamudu, Anjouan, company number 16101, as the operator, and give the courts of Anjouan exclusive jurisdiction over legal disputes about Liquid Entertainment N.V. as well.

• Duelbits can terminate or suspend an account “immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever”.
• Its liability is limited to the amount you paid through the service, or $100 if you have paid nothing.
• Players who share a household, IP address or subnet have to tell support first and verify each account.
• Deposits other than CS:GO skins have to be wagered before withdrawal, and section 5.3 puts that at 10% of the deposit. Without that play, extra checks apply and funds can be frozen.
• Withdrawals linked to coin mixing are frozen until the funds go back to the deposit address, KYC is completed, or the deposit is refunded once 1x gameplay is reached.
• The rules of Duelbits’ Originals Blackjack say “Malfunction voids all pays and plays.”

The 47.5% is a stack, not a rate. Instant, daily, weekly and monthly Bits come to 25% of the house edge between them, the level-up bonus adds up to 12.5%, and referrals up to 10% of the house edge on what your invited friends wager. Duelbits sets the sum out itself, so the headline is real arithmetic. It is also a ceiling: the 25% is what an ordinary account earns by playing, and the other 22.5 points need the top level and a referral network behind you.

Ongoing Bonuses

VIP / Loyalty Program

Ace’s Rewards is Duelbits’ level program for every player. It has 31 levels, running from Rookie through the Joker, Club, Heart, Diamond, Spade, Flush, Jack, Queen, King and Ace tiers to the top Duelbits level. The early levels come quickly, and the higher tiers take serious volume. Rewards can be claimed at milestones inside each level, and any bonus left on an unfinished level is split across your next 10 milestones with an extra 10% of the missed amount.

• Duelbits can exclude any player or group from promotions “for any reason at its sole discretion”.

• Duelbits may refuse to pay a prize that results from an obvious error or technical fault.
• Closed, self-excluded and suspended accounts forfeit bonuses and rewards. Social media prizes are 18+, limited to one per player every rolling 3 months and must be claimed within 48 hours, and a cash prize won by a new user may be paid as an equal free bet.

It offers In Play live betting, esports including Arena of Valor and King of Glory, horse and greyhound racing, fantasy sports in USD only and an MMA jackpot. Predict, Duelbits’ prediction markets, covers crypto prices, US elections, sports outcomes and global events, and a prediction bet above the maximum stake is sent for review. If a sports event does not take place as scheduled, or ends without an official score and is not resumed within 48 hours, Duelbits refunds the stake.

Deposits

The cashier lists 17 coin and network options covering 14 cryptocurrencies. They are Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Trump, Dogecoin, XRP, BNB, ApeCoin, Tron, Shiba Inu and Dai, plus USDC on ERC-20 and Solana and USDT on ERC-20, BEP-20 and TRC-20. Ethereum goes on ERC-20, Duelbits does not support the Base network, and ETH sent on another network “will result in the loss of your funds”.

Minimum deposits are set per coin in the cashier, and a deposit under the minimum “won’t be credited or refunded”. Duelbits takes XRP and Dogecoin, so it counts among both the XRP casinos and the Dogecoin casino sites we cover.

Without crypto, the cashier takes credit card deposits, although Japanese, Russian, Turkish, Brazilian and US cards are not supported, and a card deposit brings further verification levels. Pix and Interac deposits are also offered. Gift cards are bought on a third-party site, subject to fees, and redeemed with a code, and a Buy Crypto option sends coins to your ETH deposit address. Duelbits can require verification before you bet. The level you need is set account by account, the site ties a Level 1 requirement to a sign-up cutoff of August 18, 2024, and the verification banner says that level “must be completed before you can deposit or bet”. The cashier can also ask for phone verification before a deposit.

duelbits.io’s AML policy says an electronic KYC check “must be done before any Withdrawal is possible”, that its first KYC level asks for an ID card and proof of address, and that duelbits.io is not responsible for KYC delays. Withdrawal Limits

Duelbits sets no cap on deposits or withdrawals, and the one condition before a withdrawal is the 10% deposit wagering rule. VIP Club members get their withdrawals processed first. duelbits.io’s AML policy lets it restrict payments or withdrawals at its sole discretion.

Website Design and UI

Registration asks for a display name, an email address and a password, plus an optional referral or promo code and a checkbox that reads “I agree to the terms of service and I am 18+”. Duelbits runs a separate age check that asks for your date of birth. The login form also offers MetaMask wallet login and Telegram.

The site runs in 9 languages, including English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Turkish, plus Simplified and Traditional Chinese. The official domain is duelbits.com, with sportsbits.com and duelbits.bet serving the same site and duelbits.io running under the Anjouan license.

Mobile App

Duelbits has no native app, and there is no App Store or Google Play link anywhere on the site. From a supported browser you can save it to your phone’s home screen, and it then opens full screen like an app.

Duelbits’ help center says live chat and email support run 24/7, and English is the listed support language. On duelbits.com a complaint goes to support, then to a formal complaint under the Player Complaints Policy, and then to the Curaçao Gaming Authority. duelbits.io’s terms stop at support, give no timeline and name no independent dispute service, and Anjouan’s license validator says its licensees must provide access to one.

Responsible Gambling

duelbits.io’s Responsible Gambling page, last revised August 26, 2025, offers self-exclusion through live chat or email, and support may ask for a screenshot of your transactions. A 24-hour cooling-off period comes first, then a choice of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanent, and the page says “There will be no variation of these time periods.” An exclusion cannot be reversed or shortened.

Remaining funds are returned manually, you cannot keep a balance in the account during an exclusion, open bets are cashed out where possible, and wagers, reward funds and promotion entries during an exclusion are forfeited. The account reopens automatically when the period ends.

The page gives tips on setting your own deposit and time limits and links to BeGambleAware and a self-test, but that’s about all. Duelbits’ help center confirms it does not offer configurable deposit limits, and it names self-exclusion and 24/7 support as its main Responsible Gambling tools.
