Gamdom is owned by Moon Revolution Limitada, a Costa Rica company registered under number 3-102-903008, with an address on La Ceiba Street in Escazu, San José. Its terms are governed by Costa Rican law, and the courts of Costa Rica have exclusive jurisdiction.

Gamdom operates under an Anjouan license. On September 22, 2026 the validator linked from Gamdom’s footer seal returned “Operating status: VALID” for Moon Revolution Limitada and gamdom.com under license ALSI-152406043-FI4, which Gamdom’s own site shortens to ALSI-152406043-FI. Anjouan’s public license register lists the license as valid, despite having an attached expiry date of June 29, 2026, which has passed.

Gamdom’s Terms and Conditions bars residents of, and anyone located in, 37 countries and territories, and using a VPN or proxy to get around the list is strictly forbidden.

Encryption & Security

Gamdom supports two-factor authentication, and withdrawals ask for the 2FA code where it is switched on. Its Originals are provably fair, with results checked against a published SHA256 hash chain, and Gamdom says its third-party games are audited by iTech Labs. Identity checks run in three levels: name, date of birth and country at level 1, photo ID and a selfie through Veriff at level 2, and proof of funds at level 3 when Gamdom asks for it.

Reputation & Player Reviews

On September 14, 2026 Trustpilot showed no rating for Gamdom, only a notice that the company’s rating “is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines”. The profile held 5,123 reviews, 470 of them from the last 12 months, split 67% five-star and 12% one-star. Gamdom’s help center still points players to Trustpilot as evidence of its reputation.

General Terms

• Every deposit has to be wagered once before you can withdraw it, sports bets included.
• There is no fixed monthly withdrawal cap, but Gamdom can pay a large withdrawal in structured installments, and your own minimum and maximum only show inside your account.
• Withdrawals pause until any verification Gamdom requests is complete.
• Promotions are limited to one account per IP address, residential address, device, and email or phone.

Gamdom works out rakeback per bet from the stake, the house edge, the RTP and what it calls “other undisclosed elements”, so the 15% is a share of the house edge on each bet, not of your stake. On a slot with a 4% edge, $1,000 of bets pays back about $6.

The welcome rakeback needs no promo code, only an affiliate code such as GAM15 added inside that 6-hour window.

Ongoing Bonuses

Promo codes can be claimed once per account and may require a minimum deposit or verification, and reloads have to be claimed daily while they run, with one lost if claims fall more than 24 hours behind. There is no free spins code. Weekly free spins land on Tuesdays for players who were active that week, on a featured slot, and the more you played the better your chance of getting them.

Gamdom also offers personalized deposit bonuses on each player’s promotions page, although its FAQ, dated February 4, 2026, still says it does not offer traditional bonuses. Each offer shows its own match, cap and wagering on that page once you are logged in, and there is no no-deposit bonus.

King of the Hill and Chat Rain

King of the Hill pays a $500,000 prize pool to the top 1,000 players in each two-week event, and Gamdom’s help center describes a daily $30,000 pool for the top 200, with no wagering on prizes. Slots earn 1 point per $1 wagered, and other games earn points weighted by house edge.

Chat rain drops every 4 hours, is typically worth $80 to $100 shared between claimants, and has no special requirements beyond one account per person. On September 14, 2026 Gamdom’s promotions list also carried Jackpot Hunt, a VIP Transfer Program for new players depositing at least $5,000, birthday rewards, and the 2UP Payout, Sure Sub, Combo of the Week and Stack of the Week sportsbook offers.

VIP / Loyalty Program

Royalty Up has 24 levels across 8 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond and Opal, with three levels in each. Rank rewards are claimed manually and never expire. Bronze 1 comes at around $1,000 wagered and each step after that gets much steeper, and the site copy promises a 25% rewards boost once you reach the higher tiers. The VIP Club is invitation-only and adds a VIP team, VIP reloads and fee-free withdrawals.

Wagering Requirements

The money term that applies to every player is the turnover rule. Deposit $100 and you have to place $100 of bets before you can withdraw it. The deposit bonus guide says the wagering on a deposit bonus is a multiple of your deposit, the match, cap and minimum deposit vary by offer, and opting in cannot be undone. While a deposit bonus is active, Originals and a list of named games are excluded, sports betting is blocked, withdrawals are locked, and rakeback and King of the Hill points stop building. Winnings from free spins must be wagered once.

Slots

Gamdom’s About page says it offers over 8,000 casino games, and its games sitemap listed 8,347 game pages on September 14, 2026, from 56 casino studios. The biggest suppliers by game pages are Games Global, Pragmatic Play, Spinomenal, Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Play’n GO, Amusnet and Red Tiger. Gamdom’s FAQ says slot bets typically go up to $1,000 a spin. The sitemap also has a boosted RTP category, where each Boosted version shows its figure on the game page and runs about a point above the standard game, such as Le Bandit Boosted at 97.44%.

Gamdom’s 11 Originals are Crash, Dice, Roulette, HiLo, Plinko, Mines, Keno, Pocket Dice, Limbo, Blackjack and Twist, plus Battles in Slots Arena. Gamdom’s help center puts Dice, Plinko, Mines, Keno and HiLo at around 99% RTP, which keeps about $1 of every $100 wagered, and describes Pocket Dice as 100%. Gamdom publishes a maximum bet and a maximum win for each Original, and on September 14, 2026 its FAQ listed these limits:

• Crash, Dice and Roulette on red or black: $100,000 a bet, $500,000 maximum win
• Limbo: $50,000 a bet, $500,000 maximum win

Gamdom’s crypto sportsbook covers soccer, basketball, tennis, ice hockey, MMA, boxing, baseball, cricket, golf, darts, snooker and horse racing, plus esports including League of Legends, Dota 2, CS2, Valorant, Call of Duty and Rainbow Six. It offers singles, combos and system bets with cash-out and Bet Boost, and settles bets through SportRadar, usually within 2 hours. Each market carries its own maximum payout, which shows on the bet slip and runs higher on big events like a Champions League final than on a niche match.

Deposits

Gamdom’s help center lists 11 cryptocurrencies with published minimum deposits: 0.0002 BTC, 0.003 ETH on ERC-20, 5 USDT on ERC-20, TRC-20 or BEP-20, 5 USDC, 5 USD1, 0.015 LTC, 6.12 TRX, 2.02 XRP with a tag, 6.96 DOGE, 0.0063 SOL and 0.059 BNB. The minimums are subject to change, and Gamdom charges no deposit fee of its own. Withdrawals

Every deposit must be wagered once first, email verification is required, and a crypto wallet can only withdraw the same coin.

A network fee comes out of each crypto withdrawal, with speed tiers that change the fee, and Gamdom sets no fixed minimum because it moves with fees. A sent withdrawal cannot be reversed. Members of the invitation-only VIP Club get fee-free withdrawals.

Gamdom’s help center says players can typically deposit, play and withdraw without completing verification unless it is requested, while the terms allow checks at any time, usually after a large withdrawal or a quick deposit-and-withdraw pattern, since Gamdom sets no fixed amount. There is no fixed monthly maximum, large withdrawals can be paid in structured installments, and your own minimum and maximum are shown in your account. The maximum wins on the Originals, from $500,000 to $2,000,000 a bet, are the ceilings that decide what a single big win pays.

Website Design and UI

Sign-up takes a username, email and password, or a Google, Telegram or Steam account, with an 18+ checkbox. The site runs in 19 language versions. The official domain is gamdom.com, and the Anjouan register lists only gamdom.com under the license, although Gamdom also uses gamdom.io, gamdom.win, gamdom.vip and gamdom.eu and links an official mirrors page.

Mobile App

Gamdom has no official mobile app, and its help center warns that a Gamdom app in the iOS App Store is fake. The site runs in any mobile browser, and it can be saved to your home screen like an app.

Customer Service

Live chat runs 24/7, and Gamdom’s support page gives a 10-minute target for email replies to [email protected]. Its help center holds 46 articles. Complaints go to support by email to be resolved informally, with no set timeline and no independent dispute service named.

Responsible Gambling

The self-exclusion tool in Gamdom’s account settings offers 1, 5 or 8 days, is binding once set, and still lets you withdraw. Longer closures of any length, such as a month or a year, have to be requested from support and cannot be reopened early.

We found no deposit, loss or session limit in Gamdom’s Responsible Gambling pages, although its terms mention deposit limits and cool-off measures and Anjouan’s license conditions require deposit-limit tools.
