Dicey Casino Review 2026: Liability Capped at €500

Licensing & Security

Dicey operates under license ALSI-202511054-FI2, issued under Anjouan’s Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, and at the time of writing the license is valid. Dicey’s footer says it “has passed all regulatory compliance”, however its terms say only that it meets the regulatory requirements that apply to its license. The license conditions require an independent dispute resolution service after the operator’s own complaints process, and Dicey names arbitration at the BVI International Arbitration Centre.

Using a VPN or proxy to mask your location is banned, and the Privacy Policy says Dicey collects signals to detect them. The AML Policy lets it block or close the account and reverse transactions, and Dicey explicitly states in its Terms & Conditions that it cannot guarantee withdrawals for players who break the location rules.

Encryption & Security

Dicey’s 10 Originals are provably fair. Each result comes from HMAC-SHA256 with a server seed, your client seed and a nonce, one seed session covers every Original, and Dicey publishes a verifier with seed rotation so you can check past rounds. Third-party games rely on their providers’ certified random number generators.

Reputation & Player Reviews

On September 15, 2026 Trustpilot showed Dicey at 3.5 out of 5 from 14 reviews, all of them from the last 12 months. The profile was claimed in February 2026 and Dicey had replied to 100% of negative reviews. Fourteen reviews is a small sample, and they include complaints such as an August 24, 2026 review about a rejected identity check and delays.

General Terms

• Clause 14.2 caps Dicey’s liability at the lower of your stake on the bet or €500 in total.
• You get 3 days to dispute a decided wager, and the Sportsbook Rules allow 30 days for a sports bet.
• During an investigation Dicey can freeze withdrawals without notice, then void bets, confiscate winnings, close the account and keep the funds, with no duty to give reasons.
• Dicey allows one account per person, including accounts run for you by relatives or associates, and Dicey can close the extras and forfeit the funds.
• Dicey can disclose whatever it considers necessary to answer a public statement you make about it or your account.

Welcome Bonus

Deposit $100 and you get a $100 bonus, so the wagering is ($100 + $100) x 15 = $3,000 of sports bets at odds of 1.5 or higher. Each bet counts only up to the bonus amount, so a $400 bet with a $100 bonus moves you $100 closer.

The separate 1x deposit rule in the payments section still applies, and Dicey can decline, vary, withdraw or reclaim a bonus at any time.

Casino Offers and Promo Codes

There is no casino welcome bonus at the moment. Dicey’s New Player Offers and sign-up articles list only the Sports Welcome Bonus and the Wager Bounty, and casino deposit bonuses now come through partner codes, with a maximum bet of 5% of the qualifying deposit. While any deposit bonus is active, Dicey switches off games with extremely high volatility, such as Mines.

Two more offers arrive with the account:

You do not need a promo code for the Sports Welcome Bonus, and there is no public code for it. Promo codes from partners and Dicey’s Telegram channel go in the Wallet’s Deposit screen, referral codes only at sign-up.

VIP / Loyalty Program

Dicey’s rewards program has six ranks, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Sapphire, Emerald and Holo, each with levels I to V. XP is earned on every wager and does not decay with inactivity, and the XP needed for each level shows under View All Ranks on the Rewards page once you log in. Players with VIP status at another crypto casino can request a VIP Transfer through the VIP Transfer button on Dicey’s homepage and a linked form. Dicey says most requests are reviewed within 24 to 72 hours and that it contacts approved players through the Telegram handle given in the form.

Wagering Requirements

Dicey’s contribution article says games at 96% RTP or lower count 100%, games at 99% count 25%, and all Originals count 33% toward rewards and 25% toward wagering, while its deposit bonus article says Originals are scaled by RTP. Sports bets earn rakeback at odds of 1.4 or higher. Dicey may make players who withdraw without wagering ineligible for some bonuses.

Slots

Dicey’s provider page listed 42 providers with 5,235 games between them on September 15, 2026. The largest are Pragmatic Play with 848 games, Evolution with 654, Yggdrasil with 385, Hacksaw Gaming with 359, Spinomenal with 285, BGaming with 271 and Play’n Go with 234, and the list also includes Nolimit City, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Playtech, Thunderkick and SPRIBE.

Dicey’s lobby shows much bigger category totals, including 18,374 Slots, that don’t match the provider page, so we use 5,235 as the game count. Third-party games carry maximum wins of $100,000 to $3,000,000 depending on the provider, and payouts above the cap are cut to it automatically.

Table Games

The lobby’s own counts of 1,711 card games and 426 Roulette titles run well past the provider page too, so treat them loosely.

Live Casino

Evolution is one of Dicey’s 42 providers, and its live titles on Dicey include Crazy Time, Lightning Dice and Monopoly Rush Hour. The lobby also has Monaco Blackjack VIP from Winfinity, another of the 42 providers, and it counts 867 live titles and 103 game shows, more than the provider page supports. Evolution runs most of the live lobby, with Winfinity, Skywind, Pragmatic Play Live and a few Playtech tables behind it.

Arcade/Instant Win

Dicey’s help center publishes the RTP and limits for its 10 Originals. Every Original takes bets from $0.01, and a 99% RTP keeps $1 of every $100 wagered on average.

• Blackjack: 99.43% RTP, which keeps about 57 cents of every $100; up to $50,000 a hand and a $400,000 maximum win. The Perfect Pairs side bet runs at about 98.08%, keeping about $1.92 per $100, with a $2,000 maximum bet, and 21+3 at about 95.22%, keeping about $4.78 per $100, with a $500 maximum bet
• Dice, Coinflip and Limbo: 99% RTP; $25,000 a bet on Dice and $20,000 on Coinflip and Limbo, with a $300,000 maximum win
• Mines and Plinko: 99% RTP; $7,500 a bet and a $300,000 maximum win, and Plinko’s top multiplier is 1,000x on High risk with 16 rows
• Keno: 99% RTP; $5,000 a bet and a $350,000 maximum win
• Dig Dig: 97% RTP, which keeps $3 of every $100; $5,000 a bet and a $200,000 maximum win
• Throne Tower: 99% RTP; $1,000 a bet and a $50,000 maximum win
• Space Draw, formerly Black Holes: 99% RTP; $7,500 a bet and a $50,000 maximum win

Dicey’s pages disagree in places. The RTP article says every Original is 99% “with one exception” and then lists two, and the provider page counts 11 Dicey games against 10 in the Originals category. Check the limit shown in the game before a large bet.

Sports Betting

Dicey’s crypto sportsbook had 34 sport pages in its sitemap on September 15, 2026, and some of them are variants of the same sport, such as separate pages for eFootball and eFootball bots. The pages cover American football, Aussie rules, baseball, basketball, boxing, cricket, darts, futsal, handball, ice hockey, MMA, rugby, snooker, soccer, squash, table tennis, tennis and volleyball, plus esports and virtual sports such as Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, Rainbow Six, Rocket League, Mobile Legends, King of Glory, eFootball and eCricket. Soccer alone had 175 sitemap URLs.

Bets include combos and same game parlays, full cash-out is offered on 12 sports including soccer, basketball, tennis and ice hockey, and odds show in decimal, American, fractional, Hong Kong, Malaysian or Indonesian format. Sports bets need odds of 1.4 or higher to count toward rewards.

The sportsbook rules, version 1.0 from July 2026, let Dicey resettle bets on information received within 48 hours of settlement and void bets on suspected match-fixing without official confirmation. Esports bets are settled under a separate Google Doc linked from the rules, and the most the sportsbook pays on a single bet is $500,000.

Deposits

Dicey’s help center lists 6 crypto tokens across 9 token and chain pairs, and tells players to check the deposit page for the current list.

Deposits go to an address or QR code Dicey generates. There is no minimum deposit beyond covering the network fee, although the Sports Welcome Bonus needs $20. Privacy and pool-based wallets are not supported, and Dicey says recovering a deposit sent on the wrong network is not guaranteed. The Buy Crypto tab takes credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through a third-party payment provider that Dicey says is not affiliated with it and may charge its own fees and rates. Dicey does not name the provider. The terms prohibit chargebacks on card-funded deposits.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is $1 worth of each token, or $2.50 for USDT on Tron. You pay the blockchain network fee, which is shown before you confirm, and the terms let Dicey subsidize or collect estimated fees at its discretion. Dicey states no fee of its own. You can withdraw to any wallet address, including one you did not deposit from.

Withdrawals are processed instantly, so the only wait is the blockchain. Expect seconds to a few minutes on Solana and USDC and up to about an hour on Bitcoin, and Dicey’s site description says “Fast withdrawals”. Dicey can run security or compliance checks before processing any withdrawal, and the help center lists compliance reviews of larger transactions among the reasons a deposit can be delayed.

Every deposit must be wagered 100% in the same currency before you can withdraw or tip it, under Dicey’s terms and its 1x wager article. The rule does not apply when you withdraw back to the same wallet you deposited from, and it also covers funds you receive as tips. Deposit $100 in USDC and cash out to a different wallet, and you need to bet $100 in USDC first.

Verification and KYC

Dicey’s terms let it require verification before you start betting, keep betting or withdraw. They name picture ID, such as a passport, driver’s license or national ID, and a recent utility bill, and add photo ID, address confirmation, a selfie or a verification call before withdrawals.

The AML Policy asks for documents when a transaction meets Dicey’s internal threshold, on risk indicators, or before a withdrawal, and adds source of funds and source of wealth checks for large or complex transactions. The Privacy Policy lists a selfie or liveness check that derives biometric data. Dicey sets no fixed deadline for documents, and the terms let it keep withholding funds and close the account if verification is not completed within a reasonable period.

Dicey’s AML Policy lists a crypto wallet address, an email address and “other relevant identifiers” as the data collected when an account is created, and its Privacy Policy says identity checks are risk-based and can be requested at registration, before a withdrawal or at any other time. A partner-content article on geekvibesnation.com describes Dicey as no-KYC, and Dicey’s own pages use no such wording.

Withdrawal Limits

Dicey sets no maximum withdrawal and no daily or monthly withdrawal limit. The ceilings it does publish are maximum wins, from $50,000 to $400,000 on Originals and $100,000 to $3,000,000 on third-party games. The terms also let Dicey set wagering limits and maximum profits per account at its sole discretion. The vault takes a minimum of $0.50 in and out.

Website Design and UI

You can create an account with an email code, a Google account or a passkey. During sign-up Dicey invites you to pick an optional first challenge, the Wager Bounty or the Sports Welcome Bonus, which the sign-up article calls the Sports Deposit Bonus, and a No Thanks option skips both. Dicey’s help center is in English only, and the terms require written notices in English.

The official domain is dicey.com, the only domain on Anjouan’s register entry, and Dicey’s phishing article says the address should read exactly https://dicey.com. Look-alike sites include dicey.poker, whose search listing calls it the official Dicey casino, and dicey-casino.com, a review site, and neither appears on Dicey’s pages or the license register.

Mobile App

Dicey has no native app for iOS or Android. You can still add dicey.com to your home screen from a mobile browser, and it opens full screen like an app.

Customer Service

Live chat is available 24/7, and Dicey’s support article says it aims to answer email to [email protected] within a few hours. The terms, Privacy Policy and footer use [email protected] instead, and formal complaints go there from your registered email address.

For complaints about how a bet was settled, Dicey says it aims to reply within a few days and in any event intends to respond within 28 days. Unresolved complaints go to Dicey’s management and then to arbitration in the British Virgin Islands, and Dicey names no independent dispute service. Dicey also runs X, Discord, Telegram and Instagram accounts but does not discuss account matters there, and top-tier players get a VIP host.

Responsible Gambling

Self-exclusion in Dicey’s account settings runs for 24 hours, 3 days, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months, longer periods are set by emailing [email protected], and an exclusion cannot be lifted before it ends. Dicey’s help center says choosing Casino, Originals or Sports restricts that category only and leaves the others open. The responsible gaming policy describes self-exclusion as a block on all bets, deposits and bonuses.

Wager limits cover casino and sports together, daily over a rolling 24 hours, weekly over a rolling 7 days, or monthly, resetting one month from when you set it on the same day of the month. A lower limit applies at once, and raising or removing one takes 24 hours. Dicey stops marketing to players in a cooling-off period or self-exclusion.

Dicey’s pages disagree on money left in an excluded account. The responsible gaming policy lets you log in to withdraw, the self-exclusion article tells you to withdraw everything first, and the 1x wager article says unwagered deposits stay locked during a temporary exclusion. Dicey’s published policies offer no deposit limit or session limit. The responsible gaming policy names Gambling Therapy, Gamblers Anonymous and Gam-Anon, suggests the Gamban and BetBlocker blockers, and mentions Net Nanny filtering software. Dicey’s help articles add Gamtalk, the Responsible Gambling Council, the ICRG and the Gamblock blocker.
