Vegas X Review [Updated for 2026]

Vegas X may have been around for a while, but this just makes it all the more glaring that this is a sweepstakes casino that can’t be trusted. Put simply, there’s just too much wrong with the casino, and they’ve had ample time to sort themselves out.

We don’t place casinos on our blacklist lightly, but Vegas X has left us with no choice. With that in mind, we’ve covered all the key areas of a sweepstakes casino, as this will allow us to explore the casino in detail and provide the reasoning behind our decision.

Advantages
450+ games
Bitcoin supported
Sizable first purchase bonus
Disadvantages
Woeful customer support
No Responsible Gambling page
High wagering requirements

1️⃣ Trust & Safety

Licensing and Legal Compliance

Vegas X states that you must be at least 18 to use the website, but the casino doesn’t state outright what states are restricted. We were able to find out that  the restricted states are Idaho, Kentucky, Nevada, and Washington, but not from the casino itself.

Needless to say, this is a really poor look, and it set the tone for what we would uncover.

Score: 5/20

Encryption and Security

The Vegas X website doesn’t appear to employ any standard software encryption tools like SSL encryption to keep its players’ data safe.

Needless to say, this is a major red flag, and one of the many reasons we urge you to stay away.

Score: 0/20

Reputation & Customer Reviews

We were unable to find any Trustpilot reviews for Vegas X. There was a website called Vegas X on Trustpilot, but it didn’t match up to the one we were looking at.

Score: 0/40

General Terms

The T&Cs regarding Sweeps Coins were not what we were expecting, and not in a good way. All Sweeps Coins may be worth $1 of real money, but Vegas X tags an extremely high 7x wagering requirement to its premium currency, so the chances of actually getting your hands on any winnings are pretty slim.

On top of this, the casino imposes a high minimum redemption requirement of 100 Sweeps Coins. This may be the industry standard, but it should really be lowered.

Finally, players face a wait of between 5 and 7 business days to get their hands on any winnings, which is far too long. Needless to say, it’s not a good look however you try to spin it.

2️⃣ Games

vegas x casino games

Vegas X offers around 450 games, including Slots, Table Games, and Jackpots games, making it one of the very few areas where the casino’s offering isn’t a complete mess. Even then, Vegas X falls short as a significant amount of the games appear to be developed in-house, and we were unable to determine if they are completely fair or not.

Online Slots

Predictably, Slots forms the bulk of the casino’s library, although Vegas X is able to call upon some well-known software developers like KA Gaming.

Yet, the results were a mixed bag. Although the games from recognizable providers were enjoyable, many of the games from less famous developers were nowhere near as much fun as we’d hoped for.

Score: 10/20

Table Games

To its credit, Vegas X’s selection of Table Games might not be the biggest, but it still manages to include some enjoyable staples like Blackjack and Roulette.

It won’t keep you entertained for a long while by any means, but it’s still enough to provide a reprieve from Slots.

Score: 7/20

Jackpots

Unfortunately, the selection of Jackpots games is handicapped not just by its size, but also by the very high 7x wagering requirement attached to all Sweeps Coins at this casino.

This essentially defeats the whole purpose of Jackpots games, which are tailored towards players who want to try and win big. Yet, this isn’t the fault of the games section, so this doesn’t factor into our score of this area.

3️⃣ Bonuses & Promos

Welcome Bonus

Vegas X’s no deposit bonus isn’t great, which wasn’t surprising by the time we got around to this area of the website. The casino only offers a $20 no deposit bonus that offers both Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, so players are unlikely to get much extra currency at all.

Besides this, the casino offers a first purchase bonus of a 100% purchase match up to $850. Normally we’d encourage you to take up this offer, but in this instance you are better off not bothering.

Score: 10/30

Ongoing Promotions

There are some bonuses available to existing players, but there aren’t many of them. When we reviewed Vegas X, the only ones we could find were a Daily Login bonus, a Referral bonus, Reload bonuses and social media bonuses.

The results were mixed, with the Daily Login bonus offering prizes that varied in size by day. This isn’t great, as we can see how the lack of concrete prizes could prove irritating.

The social media bonuses were also a mixed bag, although this is to be expected as varying prizes are commonplace with this type of bonus.

A Referral bonus is available, but it’s not what you might be expecting. Rather than a set prize, Vegas X’s scheme offers commission on Gold Coins purchases made by the people who you manage to successfully refer.

Finally, the casino offers Reload bonuses. Although these go up to 50%, we wouldn’t advise you to use them, as you are better off steering clear of the casino.

Score: 11/25

Loyalty Program

Although we were able to determine that a VIP Program is available, we were unable to get any concrete details about how to sign up, or how you progress through the ranks.

Score: 5/25

Wagering Terms and Conditions

The wagering T&Cs at Vegas X are worse than we expected. Although all Sweeps Coins are worth $1, you have to wager them a ridiculous 7 times before they become eligible for redemption.

As such, the chances of you actually meeting the minimum threshold of 100 Sweeps Coins is very low.

4️⃣ Payments & Banking

Deposit Methods

The deposit options at Vegas X are very limited, even by the standards of a sweepstakes casino. At the time of writing, the only payment options are debit cards like Visa and Mastercard, Bitcoin, and Cash App.

As well as this, we were unable to find any concrete information on the available Gold Coins bundles, as these changed so frequently that we gave up.

Score: 7/20

Withdrawal Methods

The redemption options at Vegas X are even more restricted than the deposits, as your only option here is debit cards. As we mentioned earlier, players face a long wait of between 5 and 7 business days, which is far too long however you look at it.

Score: 3/25

Transaction Security and Fairness

Put simply, we don’t believe that Vegas X plays fair with its transactions, as requiring players to wager their Sweeps Coins at least 7 times makes it highly unlikely that players will be able to win anything, much less meet the 100 Sweeps Coins threshold for a redemption.

The payment methods supported by the casino have their own protections in place, but that means nothing if the casino isn’t playing fair.

5️⃣ User Experience

Website Design & Navigation

vegas x user interface

The casino may be mobile-optimized, but that’s as far as it goes. The graphics are dated, and the fact that the only filter is by developer makes it take much more time than it should to find what you’re looking for.

Using the actual website is also an annoying experience from the start, as the music is looped, which gets annoying very quickly.

Score: 10/25

Mobile Gaming

Bizarrely, Vegas X does offer a mobile app, but this is only available to Android customers. Even then, this doesn’t work well at all.

We can’t make sense of this logic, as iOS customers are left shortchanged and have to use the website that was very irritating when we were reviewing the casino.

Score: 10/20

Customer Support

vegas x customer support

We were left with no other impression than the belief that Vegas X sees its users as targets. The woeful customer support offering made this very clear, starting with the fact that it’s virtually impossible to contact the support team. There is a Telegram channel and Ticketing system, but these were such a pain that we gave up even trying.

Although an email form is provided, this is very basic and goes to the sales team rather than actual support staff. As a result, the chances are they won’t be able to solve the overwhelming majority of queries properly.

Finally, although a FAQ page does exist, calling it tokenistic would be very generous. It looks like it’s been slapped together by ChatGPT, which really just says it all.

Score: 0/30

Responsible Gaming Measures

Put simply, Vegas X’s approach to Responsible Gambling is non-existent. There weren’t any tools when we tested the casino out, so how Vegas X is even allowed to operate in this state is beyond us.

Our Verdict

The casino is a mess from start to finish, from the insanely high wagering requirements to the complete absence of Responsible Gambling tools and the fact that getting in touch with the customer support team is like pulling teeth.

Vegas X has had more than enough time to get its act together and has failed to do so in spectacular fashion. Stay away. It’s that simple.
