How to Sign Up at Cluck
Cluck Review [Updated for 2026]

Cluck is a brand new sweepstakes casino that only launched in June 2025. Despite its newness, Cluck is able to offer players over 1,700 games, including Slots, Table Games, and Live Dealer games.
Interestingly, Cluck has veered from the usual route of strictly providing fiat payment options. Instead, Cluck started out as a crypto-exclusive casino, but now offers some fiat payment options as well. However, redemptions are currently restricted to cryptocurrencies only, so players can expect fast redemptions.
Yet, although the casino’s games library and banking options help it stand out for the right reasons, they are not all that a casino has to offer. An online casino needs to perform well across a range of key areas, so with that in mind, we’ll be analyzing Cluck in depth, as this will allow us to determine if it’s worth playing at, or if you should look elsewhere.
1️⃣ Trust & Safety
Licensing and Legal Compliance
As Cluck is a sweeps casino, it doesn’t require a license to operate. The casino fully complies with all the necessary sweepstakes laws, which means players have no concerns over its legitimacy.
What’s more, the casino is restricted in a much smaller number of states than we expected, as the only prohibited ones as it stands are Connecticut, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Washington.
In line with the industry standard, players must be at least 18 to create an account.
Score: 20/20
Encryption and Security
Cluck uses high-grade SSL encryption to protect its website. As this is commonly used to protect online casinos, players can rest assured that this software is more than sufficient enough to protect against potential security breaches.
Score: 20/20
Reputation & Customer Reviews

As it is so new, we weren’t surprised that Cluck doesn’t have much of a Trustpilot reputation, as it only has 24 reviews at the time of writing. However, the signs are positive, as the casino has an average score of 3.9 stars.
On top of this, Cluck is working hard to address its players’ concerns, as shown by the fact that it has replied to 100% of negative reviews, with an average response time of 48 hours.
Score: 20/40
General Terms
Although Cluck’s Terms and Conditions align with the industry standard, they also make a significant departure. The similarities lie in the fact that each Cluck Buck equals $1 and must be wagered once before redemption.
However, the difference here is that Cluck only requires players to have 50 eligible Cluck Bucks to make a redemption. This is far lower than the industry average of 100, making it more accessible to casual players.
Although players can expect fast redemptions with the cryptocurrencies, it’s important to remember that the exact times can vary, as players with higher VIP rankings get access to faster redemption speeds. This isn’t ideal, however, as we’d like to see all players guaranteed the same redemption times.

2️⃣ Games

Cluck’s games library is certainly impressive across both its quality and quantity. There are over 1,700 games here from a range of software providers, including major names like Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, and Slotmill. There are a number of lesser-known studios as well, which helps keep the experience fresh.
We also have to give the casino praise for allowing non-users to view the entire library. The fact that a number of games were available in Demo Mode is another major plus, as it allows you to keep playing even after you run out of currency.
Online Slots

Slots enthusiasts are well catered to at Cluck, with a range of highly entertaining games and special mechanics, including Megaways, Jackpots, and Hold & Win games, that keep the experience fresh.
This range of experiences also allows the casino to cater to both high rollers and casual players, ensuring that there is something for everyone.
Score: 16/20
Live Casino
Fans of both standard Table Games and Live Casino games are well catered to at Cluck, with nearly 50 options to choose from.
With such a broad variety, we weren’t surprised to find staples such as Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat. The addition of less commonly available games like Texas Hold’em, Teen Patti, and Auto Roulette was also welcome, as it helps to keep the overall experience fresh. The game might be similar, but the mechanics are notably different.

3️⃣ Bonuses & Promos
Welcome Bonus
Although Cluck ensures new players receive a no deposit bonus of up to 100,000 Gold Coins and 5 Cluck Bucks, how many Cluck Bucks you receive is not guaranteed. The minimum used to be set at 5, but now it can drop as low as 2. It all depends on your luck.
However, there is also a first purchase bonus of 40 Cluck Bucks for just $20 that players can take advantage of, should they run out of money. Although there are no Gold Coins on offer here, Cluck makes up for it with the extra premium currency.
Score: 20/30
Ongoing Promotions

Although there aren’t that many bonuses for existing players at Cluck, the casino is still able to offer players a Daily Login bonus, a Mail-In bonus, and a Referral bonus.
Although the Daily Login bonus is set, it doesn’t pay out the same reward to all players. Rather, it is based on your VIP ranking, so you can get as little as 1,500 Gold Coins through to 20,000 Gold Coins and 2 Cluck Bucks.
The casino also provides a standard Mail-In bonus of 3 Cluck Bucks. However, it’s important to remember that this is usually slow to credit, and you also need to fill out the Mail-In request in accordance with the rules laid out on Cluck’s website.
Finally, the casino offers both a guaranteed and variable Referral bonus. All players automatically receive 3 Cluck Bucks when they make a referral, but you will also receive 10% commission on any purchase your referral makes, should they opt to spend money.
Score: 18/25
Loyalty Program
As we expected, the VIP Program at Cluck is tiered, with better benefits on offer the higher up you climb. However, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the casino encourages people to advance by playing games, rather than spending money.
As you play the games at Cluck, the casino will reward you with Feathers, with larger quantities being needed to unlock higher levels.
The rewards on offer include better Daily Login prizes and access to special promotions, as we expected.
However, the VIP Program also offers players the chance to access faster redemptions, whichever cryptocurrency they use. Although this may seem like a nice incentive, the obvious drawback here is that redemption times shouldn’t be tied to your VIP progress.
Score: 19/25
Wagering Terms and Conditions
The T&Cs regarding Cluck Bucks are largely as we expected. All Cluck Bucks are worth $1 of real money and must be wagered at least once to become redeemable.
On top of this, the maximum redemption amount is $10,000 per day, which is the usual standard we’re used to. Florida has a lower limit that is capped at $5,000, which is in line with the state’s restrictions.
However, we were pleasantly surprised that you can make a redemption with just 50 Cluck Bucks, which is much lower than the standard minimum of 100 premium currency tokens that most sweeps casinos adopt.
Players can also expect fast redemptions via crypto, although as we mentioned earlier, there is the caveat that the exact times depend on your VIP level.

4️⃣ Payments & Banking
Deposit Methods

Far from the restricted payment options at most sweeps casinos, players at Cluck are spoiled for choice. Visa, Mastercard, and Pay.com are supported for fiat users, while crypto players can opt for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Tron, Tether, and XRP. As such, players should easily be able to find a method that is right for them.
Altogether, there are 7 Gold Coins bundles on offer including the first purchase bundle, although we were pleasantly surprised that the Cluck Bucks reward here is slightly higher than the attached price point.
Score: 16/20
Withdrawal Methods
Although there is a wide range of redemption methods, all of them are crypto-only. Players must also use the same crypto token for both deposits and redemptions.
Being crypto-only has made redemptions so much faster, although as we mentioned earlier, the exact times depend on your VIP rank.
However, the fact that you only need 50 Cluck Bucks is a very welcome change from the standard, as this is a threshold we’d like to see applied across all sweeps casinos.
Score: 17/25
Transaction Security and Fairness
The transactions are kept secure thanks to the SSL encryption software the casino uses, and each of the banking methods has its own security provisions in place for further protection.
The 1x wagering requirement is also in line with the industry standard, so players can rest assured that the casino is playing fair.
Score: 25/25

5️⃣ User Experience
Website Design & Navigation

Cluck has decided to opt for larger fonts and icons on its website. Although these are much easier to see, this decision has the side effect of taking up too much space, which makes the interface feel more cluttered than it should. This results in the interface feeling particularly overbearing when you visit the Cluck website using a mobile phone.
As we expected, players can find a range of key areas such as the Promotions page, VIP Program, and Help Center in the sidebar, although using it isn’t as seamless as it should be. When we tested it out, you could either open the sidebar or scroll through the website, but not both.
There are other flaws as well, such as the fact that the Live Chat button overlapped with the bar along the bottom of the page. Granted, it’s a very easy fix, but it’s one that should have been sorted by now.
Score: 14/25
Mobile Gaming
Right from the start, we noticed that there is no mobile app available at the time of writing.
Granted, this is true of most new sweeps casinos, but many mobile casino users have come to expect a seamless experience.
More pressingly, as we mentioned earlier, loading up the casino website on a mobile device feels like an assault on your eyes, as the oversized icons and fonts are too much to deal with all at once.
Score: 14/20
Customer Support

When we tested it, we found that the methods for getting in touch with the customer support team are largely as we expected.
That said, we were especially pleased with the Live Chat. This feature is available to everyone, and you can expect rapid responses. Although this is great in its own right, the fact that you’re talking to actual agents rather than a robot makes it even more impressive. This also makes it easier to get your issues resolved in a timely manner, which can be a challenge when relying on a robot.
If you’re willing to put up with longer wait times, we found the email support to be just as helpful. The average response time is around 24 hours, which is largely in line with what we have come to expect.
There’s also a ticketing system, but filling out a form proved time-consuming when we tested this channel out.
Finally, although Cluck offers players the chance to get information without contacting the support team, the results are a mixed bag. The helpdesk articles were useful as they covered a variety of topics in a solid amount of detail, but we found the actual FAQ section to be disorganized. They also seemed to be more useful as guides rather than direct answers, which can prove very frustrating if you’re looking for a simple explanation.
Score: 24/30
Responsible Gaming Measures
Cluck provides players with a number of Responsible Gambling tools to ensure its players stay within their limits when playing online. These include daily, weekly, and monthly spending limits, which provide extra help in ensuring players stay within their limits. While they might spend a fair bit in a day, they won’t be able to keep this up if their daily limit ends up exceeding their weekly or monthly limits after a set amount of time.
For more serious measures, players can opt for a temporary timeout or permanent self-exclusion.
Although we were happy to see a variety of tools available, we would like to see Cluck allow its players to access them without having to go through the support team.

Our Verdict
For a newly launched sweepstakes casino, Cluck has made a solid first impression, with a wide variety of banking options, fast customer support responses, and a sizable games library among its key strengths.
We also have to give the casino praise for reducing the redemption threshold to 50 premium currency tokens, which makes redemptions far more accessible than we are used to.
However, there are inevitably fixes that need to be made. The Gold Coins bundles are too expensive for our liking, which cancels out the appeal of the Cluck Bucks rewards. Requiring players to spend a minimum of $20 is too much.
We also don’t like how the redemption times are dependent on your VIP ranking. We get the logic behind wanting players to make use of the scheme, but this ends up coming across as coercion rather than encouragement.
However, these are very easy fixes to make, and Cluck gets considerably more right than it does wrong. Overall, there’s enough here for us to recommend it as a viable option for sweeps casino enthusiasts.
