Thrill is operated by Gravity Unleashed Limitada, a Costa Rica company registered as 3-102-923055, under Anjouan license ALSI-202506019-FI1, and the footer on every page names both. The Anjouan register lists thrill.com under that license, valid to June 2027. It is an offshore license rather than a UK or Malta one, so the named operator and the game audits carry more of the weight for such a young brand.

Encryption & Security

Security is solid: SSL across the site, two-factor authentication, and independent game audits required under the license. The platform is modern and ran cleanly throughout my testing, with no day-to-day concerns.

Reputation & Player Reviews

For a brand launched in 2025, the reputation is mixed. Independent safety reviewers rate it well, but players are less kind. Trustpilot has Thrill at 2.1 out of 5 from 130 reviews, and 65% of them are one star. Youth is the other caveat, because it has not had years to build a long record yet.

General Terms

The terms are reasonable. Any wagering tied to a bonus is set out with that bonus when Thrill offers it, so the things to read are the rakeback tier rules, the reward claim windows and the country restrictions. Nothing in them struck me as the kind of punitive clause that sinks lesser sites.

Verification is the clause to know. Thrill asks for no documents at sign-up, but its terms let it request ID at any point, withhold funds until the check is complete, and close an account and keep its balance if documents are forged or never supplied.

Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address or device, and Thrill’s decision is final in any bonus dispute. That is standard wording, but it means a shared home or a family computer could cost someone their rewards.

You claim rewards in the Rewards section, and a missed claim window means you lose them.

The ladder has 16 levels, from Base to Obsidian, and you climb it on XP. Wagering Requirements

Rakeback and lossback carry no wagering, so once you claim them in the Rewards section they are yours to withdraw. Rakeback builds automatically as you play. With no sticky welcome bonus to clear, there is little punitive wagering to worry about. The rule that touches every player is the 1x deposit turnover, so each deposit has to be wagered in full once before you withdraw it.

Slots make up the core of the library, drawn from recognized studios across classic, video and jackpot games. For a new brand the selection is already solid, and the filters make it easy to navigate.

Each round pairs a server seed with your own client seed through SHA-512 hashing, so you can check a result after it lands. The limits are high. Most Originals take up to $20,000 a bet and Crash takes $25,000, while Plinko and Keno pay up to $1,000,000. The Original Blackjack deals from infinite decks, the dealer stands on 17 and a Blackjack pays 3:2.

Sports Betting

Thrill carries a full sportsbook alongside the casino, and the major leagues are all there at competitive prices. Having casino, Originals and sports betting in one crypto wallet, all earning rewards, is a real convenience.

Combo bets with selections at odds of 1.30 or more qualify for Comboboost, and singles can pick up Odds Boosts. Deposits

Thrill is crypto-first, and I rate the cashier. It takes BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, TRX, BNB and even SHIB. My deposits landed in seconds.

The cashier is crypto only. Thrill’s help center says fiat such as USD or EUR is not accepted, though a Buy Crypto tool on the site lets you buy coins from your bank account. There is no minimum or maximum deposit on any supported coin. Send on the wrong network, though, and the deposit can be lost, so match the coin and the network exactly.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are quick. My crypto cashouts were approved within minutes, which is the speed crypto players come for.

Fees and minimums are set per coin and network. USDT costs 1 USDT to withdraw on Ethereum, Tron or Polygon but 0.5 USDT on Solana, with a 2.5 USDT minimum on each, and Bitcoin carries a 0.00001571 BTC fee on a 0.00002504 BTC minimum. Withdrawal Limits

The limits suit most players, and casual cashouts are smooth. As with any new brand, larger withdrawals can draw extra verification, so plan around that if you play at higher stakes.

There is no maximum withdrawal, so you can take out your whole available balance in one go. The terms still let Thrill ask for ID and source-of-funds checks before it pays, and hold the money until that check is done. Withdrawals go back by the method you deposited with wherever possible, and a withdrawal sent to the wrong address or network may be lost for good.

Website Design and UI

The site is clean, fast and modern, with the casino, Originals and sportsbook all a click away. For a 2025 launch the front end is polished and easy to get around.

Mobile App

Thrill has no native app, and none is linked from the site or the help center. The mobile site covers for it well, running smoothly on iOS and Android.

Support runs 24/7 through live chat, and my question got a quick, useful answer. The operator is also visibly responsive to public feedback, which is a good sign.

From Emerald I up you get a dedicated VIP host, who also handles bonus eligibility and claims that general support cannot deal with. For disputes, the site footer links a complaint form.

Responsible Gambling

Thrill’s Responsible Gambling policy centers on self-exclusion. You ask live chat or [email protected], and the account is locked for a period you choose from 1 to 180 days, with no promotional mail while it runs. The policy also says Thrill watches for signs of problem play and can suspend or close an account, and it points parents to BetBlocker and Gamban to keep minors out.

It does not list a deposit or loss limit you can set yourself, which is the gap I would most like to see closed.
