PlayAmo is operated by Novatrix SRL, a Costa Rica company with registration number 3-102-893958, which holds Anjouan license ALSI-202508056-FI2. The terms PlayAmo shows players in Canada, India and Zimbabwe cite that Anjouan license, while the version everyone else sees cites Tobique Gaming Commission license no. 0000002. The casino previously ran on a Curacao license as Dama N.V. Anjouan and Tobique are both offshore frameworks, so you answer to them rather than a strict regulator like the UKGC.

The Anjouan license is the one you can check yourself. The Anjouan license register lists Novatrix SRL under ALSI-202508056-FI2 as valid until August 24, 2027, with playamo.com among its domains. The Tobique public register lists the licensee Novatrix S.R.L, B2C, running to March 13, 2027, and the entry shows the company alone, with no brand name or license number beside it.

Encryption & Security

The technical basics are sound. PlayAmo runs TLS encryption across the cashier and account areas, and identity verification, or KYC, is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Stack the 50x bonus wagering requirements on top and you should really think about some of these terms. They’re not predatory, but they’re pushing the bounds of reason.

Then there is the clause that reframes this entire section. Bonus term 1j reads, in full: “No bonuses are available for any of the crypto currencies.” PlayAmo is sold as a crypto casino and crypto is the fast lane for deposits and payouts, but read literally, that term shuts a Bitcoin deposit out of the welcome offer, the reloads and everything else. The safe way to take a bonus here is to deposit in euros, dollars or another fiat currency, where the terms and the promotions page agree. That is a straight choice between the fast money and the promotions, and the site does not put it in front of you.

This is the weak point. Combined with the unusual 3x wagering on plain deposits, PlayAmo asks more turnover than most rivals before you see a withdrawal.

Three more clauses decide whether a bonus is worth taking. While a bonus is live your maximum bet is €5, $5 or CA$8, and buying a game feature such as a respin counts toward that bet, so a single feature buy can breach the cap and let PlayAmo confiscate the winnings.

Winnings from anything other than the welcome offer are capped at 10,000, with the excess forfeited before you can withdraw and up to 14 business days to review the case.
