Snoop Dogg Launches Social Casino

Snoop Dogg has officially entered the social casino space with the launch of Dogg House Casino, a free-to-play sweepstakes casino platform built around his artistic vision, music, and well-publicised love of a joint or three.

The new social casino, developed in partnership with iGaming technology provider Trivelta, is now live in the United States and aims to blend immersive gameplay with Snoop’s signature style. We’ve seen influencer tie-ins before, with Stake and Drake being the highest-profile example, but this Snoop Dog-branded casino is taking it to the next level.

It isn’t Snoop Dogg’s first foray into online gambling. He did have an ambassador deal with Roobet that resulted in the slot game Snoop Dogg Dollars, produced with Bgaming, and a bizarre Crash game where you had to cash out before his blunt exploded.

Dogg House Casino offers slots, table games, poker, crash games and more within a branded world that reflects the rapper’s creative identity. What does that mean? West Coast hip-hop and lots of weed.

Now Dogg House Casino features an original audio environment mastered by Snoop Dogg, and incorporates custom content such as Snoop Blackjack, Snoop Dogg Poker and arcade-style titles inspired by the artist’s persona and Death Row Records.

Sweeps Casino Model

Unlike traditional online casinos, Dogg House Casino operates under the sweepstakes model, a legal framework that allows free play and prize-eligible games in many US states where real-money gambling is restricted. The platform uses a dual-currency system typical of social casinos: Snoop Coins for entertainment play, and Snoop Cash (DCH) earned through daily bonuses, promotions and other free methods. You can gamble with these and redeem them later, which skirts real gambling laws in most states.

By tying the platform closely to his music, visuals and persona, Snoop Dogg hopes to create an experience that stands apart from more generic offerings and drives engagement through cultural appeal rather than just game mechanics.

However, the rollout comes at an interesting time. The regulators and lawmakers in a number of states are going after this vertical and  sweepstakes prize features are disabled in several major states, including Arizona, California, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Nevada, Connecticut, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Washington and Michigan. Residents in these jurisdictions can still access non-prize entertainment features, but are barred from sweeps play.
