In a major corporate reorganization within the online gambling supplier sector, the five proprietary development studios responsible for building Stake.com’s exclusive game library have officially spun out to form Juice, an independent Business-to-Business (B2B) iGaming content provider.

The new entity went live on September 9, 2026, opening a catalog of over 100 titles to third-party operators globally. During their period as Stake-exclusive titles, games across the portfolio accumulated more than $12 billion in lifetime wagering turnover, and some of the world’s biggest high rollers and streamers have played them.

Juice brings together Twist Gaming, Knucklehead Syndicate, Monstrums, Massive Studios and The Originals. Operators get the whole portfolio through a single remote game server integration, known as an RGS, and one commercial relationship. Roobet is the first operator to go live with it.

Built Inside the Stake Machine

The new company is led by founder and CEO Brais Pena Sanchez, a member of Stake’s founding team. He joined Easygo, the group behind Stake and the streaming platform Kick, as its fifth employee, then served as chief operating officer and later chief strategy officer. Ed Craven and Bijan Tehrani set up Easygo in 2016, and Stake.com followed in 2017.

Pena Sanchez isn’t underselling the move. “Juice has one clear ambition: to become one of the world’s leading game providers,” he said. “For years, the only place you could play these games was Stake. From today, any operator can carry them.”

His pitch is that none of this is untested. “We’re not starting from zero,” he added, describing studios that already delivered for “one of the most demanding operators in the world, on technology that already runs at scale.”

What’s Actually in the Catalog

Twist Gaming and Massive Studios anchor the portfolio. They’re behind many of Stake’s most-played exclusive Slots, including Drac’s Stacks, Bank Basher and the Rooster series. Knucklehead Syndicate is the newcomer, having launched within the past year.

The Originals is dedicated to house games, the dice, mines and other simple formats that crypto casino players know well. Monstrums works on newer verticals, led by Mystery Boxes, where players open boxes for real-world prizes that run from cars to consoles.

A Release Every Week

Juice plans to ship one new slot, two new Originals-style house games and new Mystery Boxes every week, along with what it calls financial-style games. That is a lot of content to push out.

Roobet chief executive Matt Duea said taking the full catalog first “was an easy decision.” In his words: “Players know these games. Titles like Drac’s Stacks and Bank Basher have a following few studios can match, and the weekly release schedule means there’s always something new for our players.”

Why Stake’s Own Would Let Go

The obvious question is why people who came up inside Stake would hand rival casinos the content that set it apart. Juice has not addressed that directly. Its own framing is about growth, with Pena Sanchez saying the company will “keep adding games, studios and new verticals.”

The more telling line is about licensing. Juice says it’s already working toward launching in regulated markets. Stake.com itself runs through Medium Rare N.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao where it holds its online casino license, and that offshore site is where the exclusives made their money. However, tier-one regulated operators are legally restricted from taking content originating directly from uncertified offshore supply chains. As such, a regulated launch would put the same titles in front of licensed operators that could never have carried a Stake exclusive.

Stake has been moving that way itself. It bought Idealbet in Italy in 2024, secured a license in Peru, and in 2025 got licensed in Brazil and bought Mocinoplay in Denmark. Until this week, though, the only place anyone could play its exclusive games was Stake.

First Stop, Lisbon

Juice makes its first industry appearance at SBC Summit in Lisbon, which runs from September 29 to October 1, on stand B211. That is where the sales pitch starts in person.

The games that took more than $12 billion in turnover on a single site are now available to any operator willing to sign up.
