CoinCasino Review: Anjouan Seal Reads Invalid

Licensing & Security

CoinCasino holds a license from the Tobique Gaming Commission in Canada, in the name of 3-102-937894 Limitada, of Escazú, Costa Rica. Tobique’s validator, which we reached through the seal on 2026 captures of CoinCasino’s pages, listed coincasino.com and www.coincasino.com under that license as VALID on September 17, 2026, and Tobique’s holder list gives it an expiration date of March 26, 2027.

Anjouan’s public register also lists coincasino.com under license ALSI-142311005-FI2, held by Igloo Ventures SRL and expiring November 14, 2026, and CoinCasino’s live-dealer page, archived September 14, 2025, cites that number. CoinCasino’s Anjouan seal, opened the same way on the same day, showed coincasino.com as INVALID, while the same check on another operator’s seal read VALID. Checked again on September 19, 2026, Anjouan’s validator states that www.coincasino.com is “NOT Licensed” by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan. CoinCasino also had an earlier Curaçao license, which lapsed. CoinCasino’s terms of September 4, 2025 still call Gaming Services Provider N.V. its licensing body, and Gaming Curaçao says every sub-license issued under that company expired on August 18, 2024.

That is better disclosure than this corner of the market usually manages, though CoinCasino’s terms have named a third company. The version of September 4, 2025 says the service “is owned by EOD Code SRL”, registered in Costa Rica with Corporate Id. No. 3-101-910497, and send unresolved complaints to “our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.”, the Curaçao master licensee whose sub-licenses expired on August 18, 2024, without mentioning Anjouan or Tobique. The current version, updated January 22, 2026, does not say who owns the service, and the only company it names is Deep Sea Tech Ventures, in the clause on larger withdrawals, with no registration number and no country. Complaints still go to Gaming Services Provider N.V. What the licenses do not buy you is much protection. Anjouan and Tobique are both light-touch jurisdictions with limited public complaint handling, and Anjouan’s license conditions call for an independent dispute service that CoinCasino does not name. So, if you have a problem and the operator says no, there is very little you can do about it. They’re gaming licenses, and better than nothing, but it’s no guarantee of anything either.

Encryption & Security

The site itself is technically sound. There is SSL throughout and standard account protections, and the platform is built on a mainstream casino framework, so day-to-day security is not my worry here. Sign-in supports passkeys and Google, and the account settings offer two-factor authentication through an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, which CoinCasino makes compulsory for withdrawals.

Nothing above the baseline is documented. CoinCasino names no audit firm, RNG certifier or public security program, and the live-dealer page’s line that games go through “regular audits from independent companies” names no company. The concern with this brand was never what happens while you are playing. It is what happens when you try to leave with a balance.

Reputation & Player Reviews

This is the worst reputation I have seen on a casino of this size. As of September 2026, Trustpilot has CoinCasino at 1.8 out of 5 from 210 reviews, with 79% of them one-star.

The response record is worse than the score. Trustpilot also shows that CoinCasino has not replied to negative reviews on a profile the company claimed in August 2025.

Of the 20 most recent reviews, 17 are one-star, and withdrawals are the common thread: payouts that stall, identity documents rejected again and again, and accounts closed with the balance confiscated under the terms’ fraud clause. I cannot adjudicate any individual case, and some will have breached rules.

General Terms

The terms give the operator wide discretion. As the terms stand, CoinCasino may “withhold any money in your account (including the deposit)” after a breach (6.3), may “confiscate any funds” where it detects fraud or bonus abuse (17.2), caps its liability at the value of the bets involved or €500 in aggregate, whichever is lower (15.2), and gives you three days from settlement to dispute a bet (22.4). After 180 days without a bet the account is classed as dormant, and CoinCasino may then take a maintenance fee of 10% of the remaining balance every month until the balance falls to €10 or less, at which point what is left may be forfeited (7.1, 7.2). Winnings from charged-back deposits are forfeited (8.4). The separate bonus terms, set out in the bonuses section, let CoinCasino cancel bonus funds and winnings for a breach of either document.

The heavily marketed no-KYC angle covers sign-up only. CoinCasino’s Blackjack page, archived September 14, 2025, says “No personal information or KYC checks are necessary. Just your email address and a password”. Its terms reach further. Clause 5.2 says it may require you to become a verified customer before you start betting or withdraw winnings, naming a picture ID and a recent utility bill, and clause 9.3 allows photo ID, address confirmation, a selfie or a verification call before any withdrawal and at any time.

The site code archived September 2, 2026 includes a Sumsub identity check and loads Veriff’s software kit, with settings for identity, proof of address, source of funds and payment-method checks. Treating “no KYC” as a feature of this casino is a serious misread that could cost you.

Welcome Bonus

The headline is enormous: 200% up to $30,000 plus 50 Super Spins, among the biggest numbers in crypto. The 50 Super Spins, worth $4 each on Hacksaw’s Wanted Dead or a Wild, only come with a first deposit of $1,000 or more, and smaller deposits get 20 or 50 spins at $0.20 or $1. You need a first deposit of at least $10 within 7 days of registering, and the bonus carries 60x wagering measured on the deposit, so a $100 deposit has to turn over $6,000 to unlock its $200 bonus. It is released in 10% installments each time you wager 6x the deposit, you get 14 days, spin winnings carry 35x and the spins expire after 7 days. CoinCasino’s general bonus terms add a $20 maximum bet per round while a bonus is running and cap what a bonus can be turned into at 10x the bonus amount.

Work the top end through and the scale becomes obvious. Any bonus over $10,000 moves to 75x wagering and is credited in one lump at the end of the 14 days, so the $15,000 deposit that earns the full $30,000 means more than $1,000,000 of turnover inside two weeks. Nobody is clearing that. The offer is real at sensible deposit sizes and fictional at the size it advertises.

If you take it, take it small. The bonus comes with your first deposit in the cashier, whatever is still unreleased is forfeited when the 14 days run out, and asking for a withdrawal before the wagering is done forfeits every bonus on the account. Terms clause 8.5 binds you to the separate Terms of Bonuses the moment you take an offer.

Ongoing Bonuses

There are reloads, free spins, cashback and the usual rotation of crypto-casino promotions. CoinCasino’s live-dealer page, archived September 14, 2025, offers “up to 25% weekly cashback” to loyal players, its aviator page, archived October 31, 2025, mentions tournaments with cash prizes, and its sports page, archived August 12, 2025, mentions sports betting tournaments and free bets. On product alone this is a reasonable slate for a brand whose earliest archived casino pages date from January 2025.

The general bonus terms cover them too, with 35x wagering by default, the same $20 maximum bet and the 10x cap on what a bonus can pay out, and a promotion is only worth what you can withdraw from it.

VIP / Loyalty Program

A VIP Club rewards higher-volume play with perks, which CoinCasino’s live-dealer page lists as weekly cashback, exclusive events and a VIP host, and the same page offers to convert your VIP status from another crypto casino. The one hard detail in the terms is that VIP status is set “at our sole discretion” and can lift your monthly withdrawal cap, which cuts both ways.

The problem is what it asks you to do. Climbing a VIP ladder means raising stakes and leaving more on deposit, on a site whose terms let it withhold a balance, including the deposit, after a breach and give you three days to dispute a bet. Of everything CoinCasino offers, this is the feature I would be most careful with.

Wagering Requirements

This is where a huge headline shrinks. The welcome offer needs 60x the deposit within 14 days, or 75x on a bonus above $10,000, with a $20 maximum bet. Only Slots count in full: live game shows count 50%, Roulette 5%, other games 20% and dice and arcade games nothing, sports bets do not count at all, and the bonus terms exclude whole studios and hundreds of named Slots.

The general terms, in their September 4, 2025 copy, do set rules for bonus play. Clause 17.2.1 lets CoinCasino retain winnings from “fraudulent game patterns” used to get around wagering, such as delaying bonus rounds until the wagering is done, and clause 17.2.2 says low-risk bets covering more than 50% of a round’s outcomes, such as black and red on Roulette, “could result in disqualification from future promotions”.

Put plainly, a 60x bonus with 14 days to clear it is a much smaller offer than “200% up to $30,000” sounds. And because the bonus arrives in 10% slices, what you can actually withdraw depends on how far through the wagering you get before the 14 days end.

The games are the good part of CoinCasino. Its Slots page, archived September 14, 2025, advertises over 800 Bitcoin Slots, its live-dealer page over 100 live games and its crash page “just shy of 100” crash games. There is also a sportsbook with live in-play betting alongside the casino, which the rest of this review treats as secondary because the casino is where the money is.

Slots

The slot selection is strong, with over 800 titles from studios you will recognize, including Hacksaw, Pragmatic Play and Play’n GO, all three named on the Slots page archived September 14, 2025. I cycled through a wide spread and the quality held up, with quick loading and no duds among the headline releases.

This is the frustrating part. The games are not the problem, and casual play here feels as good as anywhere. Slots count 100% toward bonus wagering, but the bonus terms exclude every game from studios including Red Tiger, Kalamba and Spribe, plus hundreds of named titles, so check that list before you play a bonus.

Table Games

The table selection covers Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat from real providers, with enough variants to keep a table player occupied. The Blackjack page, archived September 14, 2025, names Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Red Rake Gaming and BGaming among its studios, with variants such as Blackjack Gold, Multihand Blackjack and Premier Blackjack, though none of the table pages gives a count.

The quality of the games is not in question. Tables are a slow way to clear the welcome bonus, though: Roulette counts just 5% toward its wagering and other table games 20%.

Live Casino

The live floor uses recognized streaming providers, which the live-dealer page, archived September 14, 2025, names as Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Live88 and Iconic21 across over 100 live games, and it ran cleanly through testing, with game shows alongside the standard tables. As with everything on the product side, the front end is strong.

Live game shows count 50% toward the welcome bonus’s wagering and Live Roulette only 5%, so they are better played with your own money.

Arcade/Instant Win

There are Crash and instant-win titles for a quick change of pace, and the variety is solid for a brand this young. The aviator page, archived October 31, 2025, counts over 90 crash games and gives Aviator a 97% return, and the Plinko page, archived September 14, 2025, lists 25+ Plinko games with return figures for five of them, from 96% on Betsoft’s Plinko Rush up to 98.98% on Hacksaw’s Plinko, which the page says can drop as low as 88.20%. CoinCasino also has its own Originals, which the bonus terms exclude from wagering.

They are fun, but they will not clear a bonus. Dice and arcade games count 0% toward wagering, and the bonus terms exclude every Plinko game and every Spribe title, Aviator included.

Deposits

Deposits are excellent and frictionless. They’re instant by CoinCasino’s account, you can choose from 20+ cryptocurrencies by its Slots and sports pages (its Roulette and Blackjack pages say 15+), including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin and Dogecoin, and there’s Telegram play on top. Bitcoin deposits start at BTC 0.0001, by the live-dealer page archived September 14, 2025, and its option to buy crypto on site with a Visa or Mastercard card, Google Pay or Apple Pay runs through MoonPay.

Fiat is harder to pin down. The sports page, archived August 12, 2025, mentions fiat currencies alongside “over 20+ cryptocurrencies”, and terms clause 9.6 sets fiat withdrawal limits. Getting money in takes minutes and, by CoinCasino’s own marketing, no ID, while the terms let it ask for verification before any withdrawal. On a brand like this, an effortless deposit flow is not the reassurance it feels like.

Withdrawals

This is where the score collapses. CoinCasino’s marketing pushes fast payouts hard, with its Blackjack page saying crypto withdrawals “are typically fast and often completed within minutes”, and its cashier says that while most withdrawals are processed instantly, “some withdrawals can take up to 24 hours to be processed”. You also have to switch on two-factor authentication before you can withdraw at all. The no-KYC claim covers sign-up only, and terms clause 9.3 allows identity checks before any withdrawal.

Withdrawals also carry a fee. Under terms clause 9.2, if you have not wagered a deposit at least once, CoinCasino may deduct 8%, with a minimum of €4, so withdrawing an unplayed €500 would cost €40. With an Anjouan or Tobique license behind the site, there is very little recourse if a withdrawal is held.

If you play here, verify on day one and test a small withdrawal before you build any balance worth arguing about.

Withdrawal Limits

There are caps in the terms. The terms set a minimum withdrawal of €10 (9.1) and a crypto maximum of €150,000 in one calendar month, with a “flexible payment schedule” for larger requests, plus fiat limits of €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €20,000 a month (9.6). The live-dealer page adds that withdrawal limits “vary by token” without giving them.

Beyond that, the practical limit isn’t published. Getting a large balance out in full is the open question on this brand, so plan on a big sum meeting friction rather than hoping it won’t.

Website Design and UI

The site is clean, fast and modern, with the casino, live floor, sportsbook and wallet all a click apart, and it presents as well as any mid-tier crypto casino. The Telegram integration is a genuinely neat touch, letting you play through a bot rather than a browser.

Nothing about the interface slowed me down across a week of testing. Whatever else is wrong here, the product team can build.

Mobile App

There is no native casino app, but the mobile site is well optimized and the Telegram bot is an unusual and handy alternative that few rivals offer. CoinCasino’s site, archived January 24, 2025, can be installed on your phone as a web app named “CoinCasino Casino & Sportsbook”, and its Plinko page tells players to pin a shortcut to the home screen.

The mobile experience itself is fine, and on a phone the Telegram route is arguably nicer than a browser tab.

Customer Service

Support is advertised as 24/7 live chat and email, at [email protected], and it does respond to routine questions, which is the half of the picture the marketing shows you. Its Slots page, archived September 14, 2025, says live chat responses “take minutes, with email replies taking up to 24 hours”.

The other half is the complaints route. The terms send a dispute to customer service first, give you three days from a bet’s settlement to lodge it (22.4) and name Gaming Services Provider N.V., the Curaçao master licensee whose sub-licenses expired on August 18, 2024, as the last step (22.6), and CoinCasino names no independent dispute service. On Trustpilot, CoinCasino has not replied to a single negative review.

If you do get into difficulty here, assume you are on your own.

Responsible Gambling

The responsible-gambling tools are basic. Terms clause 6.9 offers self-exclusion by emailing support with the word SELF-EXCLUDE, effective within 24 hours, and the live-dealer page encourages players to “set deposit limits for each session” without saying whether the site has a tool for it. The account’s Responsible Gaming panel adds a cool-off of up to 365 days alongside self-exclusion, both confirmed with a 2FA code, but it offers no deposit, loss or session limits and no reality checks, although Anjouan’s license conditions call for deposit limits. There is no regulator of any weight behind them either, because neither Anjouan nor Tobique runs a strong player-protection regime.

Given everything else on this page, the most important control here is the simplest one. Do not deposit more than you are prepared to lose entirely, and do not treat a balance on this site as money you already have.
