Cloudbet Review: Crypto Sportsbook Since 2013

Licensing & Security

Cloudbet is run by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., a Curaçao company registered at Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 03 in Willemstad with company number 148526, under Curaçao Gaming Authority license OGL/2024/328/0599. Some payments run through a wholly owned subsidiary, Solas Technologies Limited, at 25 Voukourestiou Street in Limassol, Cyprus. Every part of that chain is named on the site and checks out.

The license is issued under the post-2024 direct-licensing regime, which replaced the old master-and-sublicense arrangement that made Curaçao such a soft touch. Under the new rules a complaint you cannot settle with the operator goes to CADRE, an independent dispute service whose decision binds both sides. You have to take the complaint to Cloudbet first and get a final response, or wait a reasonable period, but there is a named route and a binding outcome at the end of it. The regulator’s certificate page, linked from Cloudbet’s footer, says the license was granted on May 23, 2025, and showed it as Active when we checked on September 17, 2026. The regulator’s register, last updated September 16, 2026, lists the same license as issued November 23, 2025, and expiring May 23, 2026, with the status “Assessment in progress”, so the regulator’s two sources disagree. Some of Cloudbet’s own pages are out of date, too. On September 15, 2026, its review landing page still said Cloudbet is licensed under “both E-Gambling Montenegro and Curaçao eGaming” with License No. 1668/JAZ, and its privacy policy gave the address as Boulevard 50.

What costs the score is scope. This is still an offshore license with none of the deposit caps, affordability checks or advertising rules a UK or Malta operator lives under, and the markets it does not cover include most of the ones our readers are in. The 19-country bar above is part of the licensing picture.

Encryption & Security

The platform has run since 2013 on what Cloudbet calls encrypted systems, with two-factor authentication available, and Cloudbet says deposited funds go straight to an offline cold wallet. Across a week of testing I hit no technical trouble at all.

The part worth knowing about is the bug bounty program. Cloudbet pays researchers in USDT for vulnerabilities they report first, rating them Informative through Critical, and says it expects to pay US$10,000 or more for particularly serious issues. An operator that pays outsiders to attack its own platform is doing something most of this sector does not bother with.

It is not a substitute for a hard regulator, and a bounty says nothing about whether you get paid. But as a signal of how the engineering side is run, it is a good one.

Reputation & Player Reviews

Cloudbet held 3.9 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 2,623 reviews when we checked on September 17, 2026, and the shape of that score tells you more than the number does. 70% are five-star and 20% are one-star, so seven in ten reviewers are delighted and one in five are furious, with very little in between.

To Cloudbet’s credit, it does engage with its critics. Trustpilot says Cloudbet replied to 94% of negative reviews and typically replies within 1 month. Compared with operators that answer under half their critics and take three months doing it, that is a different league. Two caveats sit alongside it. Trustpilot says the company may use AI assistance with its replies and invites customers to review, and the profile carries a notice that the company may be associated with high-risk investments.

Read the recent one-star reviews and one complaint comes up more than any other. The account ran fine until a win or a withdrawal, and then came a verification demand, a limit, a review or a hold. One reviewer’s withdrawal of about $24,000 was held for what support called a casino gameplay review, and the reviewer later marked the matter resolved. We could not audit any individual case, and some of those accounts will have been caught by rules they broke. But the volume is real, and the theme is consistent.

General Terms

The good news first. Cloudbet says its rewards carry no rollovers, the terms are written in plain English, and Cloudbet gives at least two weeks’ notice before changes to them take effect.

The clauses that should give you pause are all about verification. Cloudbet reserves the right to request up-to-date documents at any time, even from customers who have already passed verification, and says plainly that deposits and withdrawals may be restricted and funds may be locked while that happens. That is the cause of the complaints above, written down in advance. It is legal, it is disclosed, and it happens.

Three more worth knowing before you deposit: any bonus can be canceled at Cloudbet’s sole discretion, accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be suspended, and one account per person, household, IP address and phone number is the rule. Clause 11.1 also lets Cloudbet withhold winnings at its absolute discretion if it suspects fraud or another breach of the terms. Read section 7 and section 18 properly. They are the two that decide what happens on a bad day.

Welcome Bonus

Cloudbet’s welcome is a package of rakeback and cash drops worth up to $2,500, and the headline hides three things worth knowing. It is a 30-day program, so the clock starts at your first deposit and whatever you have not earned by day 31 is gone. It pays out incrementally, bet by bet, rather than landing as a balance. And the $2,500 is a ceiling almost nobody reaches.

The mechanism is 10% of the house edge returned on each casino bet, set at Cloudbet’s discretion, combined with Daily Cash Drops. Ten percent of the house edge is not ten percent of your stake, not even close. On a slot holding 4%, a $100 spin returns about 40 cents. Over a month of real volume it adds up to something worthwhile, and Cloudbet says it comes with no rollovers. Calendar rewards not claimed within 24 hours of being awarded are forfeited, and a Cash Vault based on your betting activity unlocks when the 30 days end. Cloudbet’s help center and Welcome Package page say sports bets earn a weekly cash drop instead of rakeback, while the terms say sports bets count toward the package too.

Compared with a 100% match, it is a straight trade. A match gives you a bigger number and a wagering requirement you probably will not clear. This gives you a smaller number that is yours. For a regular player, the second one is more useful.

Ongoing Bonuses

Once the welcome window closes, rakeback continues as the main event, and Cloudbet defines it as the return of the house edge on every bet, win or lose. It does not care about your results, which makes it predictable. After the welcome window it applies to casino bets only, at 5% of the house edge from Bronze through Ruby, and it returns to 10% only at Diamond, which starts at $100,000,000 of lifetime turnover.

Daily Cash Drops sit alongside it. During the Welcome Package the terms credit only 20% of each drop immediately, and the other 80% goes to a rewards calendar in six equal installments every 48 hours, so a Tuesday drop is not fully in your hands until about 12 days later. Cloudbet’s help center says half lands at once, so its own pages disagree. After the welcome window, the help center says daily and weekly drops pay half at once and monthly drops 20%. Cloudbet says the drops come with no rollovers, and the drip is disclosed. It is just not what “daily” suggests.

Across a week of testing the rewards kept arriving instead of drying up after day one.

VIP / Loyalty Program

The VIP track raises your rate as volume grows, with TURBO boosts of up to 25% at Blue Diamond. VIP tiers start at Sapphire, at $1,000,000 of lifetime turnover, with a host on WhatsApp or Telegram, and Cloudbet sets sports stake limits per account, with repeatable no-limit bets on popular markets, which suits the sportsbook-led crowd this site is built for. It is the high-roller end where Cloudbet competes hardest.

The one feature we have not seen anywhere else is Whale Mode, an automated position builder for anyone whose balance covers a stake above the maximum bet. You set a target stake and a minimum odds floor, and it places pre-match singles at the maximum bet, one after another, until the target is reached. Whether you will ever need it depends entirely on how you bet.

For a casual player none of this is reachable, and the review scores it accordingly.

Wagering Requirements

This is the quiet strength of the whole offer. Cloudbet’s Welcome Package page calls the rewards “Real cash you can withdraw or keep betting with instantly”, its footer promises no rollovers on rewards, and its VIP page says VIP rewards carry no wagering requirements. The Welcome Package terms (8.4) state no wagering rule for the rewards. Cloudbet does set a deposit playthrough. Unverified players must wager 100% of each deposit before withdrawing it, and verified players 25%.

What stops it scoring higher is discretion. Cloudbet can cancel any bonus or bonus program with immediate effect at its sole discretion, and the 10% house-edge rate itself is set the same way.

Slots

Cloudbet’s slots page listed 1,543 slots on September 15, 2026, and Cloudbet says it works with more than 75 studios, including Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and Playtech. That is a genuine full-size casino sitting next to the sportsbook rather than a token one, and the filters are good enough to find a specific title without hunting.

Cloudbet’s own marketing says over 2,000 slots, and its game sitemap listed 1,696 game pages across 62 providers on September 15, 2026. The slots page count is the one we could check.

There is no in-house slot studio, which is the one gap against rivals that build their own.

Table Games

The digital tables are the thinnest part of the casino. Cloudbet’s own Originals include Blackjack at 99.43%, Video Poker and Baccarat at 98.94%, and European and American Roulette at 97%, by the return figures in its lobby data. The staples are all there and they work, but this is a supporting act.

The reason is priorities. Cloudbet expects table players to be on the live floor, and the live floor is where the investment has gone.

Live Casino

Cloudbet’s live casino page says it has over 250 live games, from Lightning Roulette to Speed Baccarat. Its help center names Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play and OneTouch as the live studios, with blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker-style games and game shows such as Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Deal or No Deal.

Everything streamed cleanly through a week of testing, on desktop and on a phone, with no dropped rounds.

Arcade/Instant Win

Cloudbet’s lobby has arcade and crash, instant win, and Bingo and Keno categories. Alongside them sit the 23 Cloudbet Originals, the in-house crash, dice, Mines and Keno titles you can check yourself, and Cloudbet’s lobby data puts 15 of them at a 99% return. The site publishes a free provably fair calculator so you can verify a result rather than take it on trust.

For crypto players that verification tool is the point of the category. It is a small selection next to the slots, and a fair one.

Sports Betting

The sportsbook is the reason Cloudbet exists, and it is a real one. Its menu listed 26 sports and 7 esports on September 15, 2026, Cloudbet says it is the official global sportsbook partner of the Professional Fighters League, and the esports menu covers Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends, FIFA, NBA2K, Rainbow Six and Rocket League.

The book is broad where it matters, on soccer, tennis, table tennis, greyhounds and American football. We could not check live event counts per sport from Cloudbet’s public pages, so look for your sport in the menu before you deposit.

Bet Builder, live in-play and repeatable no-limit bets on popular markets round it out, and Cloudbet says its margins run as low as 2% on the NFL, EPL, UCL and NBA. Clause 12.4 caps a parlay payout at €1,000,000.

Deposits

Cloudbet is built around crypto and the cashier is the best part of the product. Its help center lists 29 coins across 55 coin and network routes, and its crypto fee page listed 30 coins on 57 routes on September 17, 2026. USDT alone can arrive over Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche, Solana, Polygon, TRON or The Open Network. Bitcoin runs on Bitcoin Mainnet and BNB Smart Chain.

Cloudbet advertises 30-plus cryptocurrencies and that is about right. Deposits carry no fee from Cloudbet at all, and mine landed in seconds every time I tested them. Cloudbet says a deposit must be worth at least about $1, that most coin minimums are $0.10 to $0.50, and that a deposit below the minimum is not credited.

You can buy BTC, ETH or USDT by card through Swapped in select countries, and Cloudbet’s Swapped guide also names AstroPay, Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard, and Interac in Canada. Swapped charges its own processing fee. We could not find a bank transfer option. If you do not already hold crypto, expect to pay that fee to start.

Withdrawals

On an account in good standing, withdrawals are quick. Every cashout I took was approved well inside 30 minutes, which matches what the five-star side of the Trustpilot file describes. Cloudbet says most crypto withdrawals are processed instantly and some take up to 24 hours. The exception is a verification request, which can arrive at any time and lock your funds while it is dealt with.

The thing to plan around is that every withdrawal carries a flat network fee per coin and network, paid by you, and on a few of them it is punishing relative to the minimum. On September 17, 2026, pulling USDT out over TRON had a minimum of 5 USDT and a fee of 3.19 USDT. USDP on Ethereum had a minimum of 10 USDP and a fee of 8 USDP. USDe had a minimum of 1 USDe and a fee of 2 USDe.

Move USDT on BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche, Polygon or TON instead and the same transfer cost less than a cent. Cloudbet’s fee page says the fees are set by the blockchain and can change, and its help center says Cloudbet adds no withdrawal fee of its own, but clause 7.1.10.1 of the terms reserves a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals. Picking the right network is worth more here than picking the right coin.

Withdrawal Limits

Until you complete Level 2 verification, Cloudbet caps withdrawals at $2,200 a day and total deposits at $2,200. Level 2 removes both limits, though Cloudbet says larger withdrawals get additional review, and we could not find a maximum for verified accounts. Identity checks become mandatory once your cumulative deposits reach or exceed $2,200. That trigger counts deposits rather than withdrawals, and it is cumulative rather than daily, so it is a threshold you cross once.

Passing it once does not close the matter, because Cloudbet keeps the right to ask again later. Our advice is simple: verify early, while you have no money waiting, rather than at the moment you want to move a balance.

Below the threshold, you can deposit, bet and withdraw without documents inside those two $2,200 limits, but an unverified account must wager 100% of each deposit before withdrawing it, against 25% once verified.

Website Design and UI

The site is mature and quick, with the sportsbook, casino, live floor, Originals and wallet all reachable in one click. It is not the flashiest front end in crypto and it does not try to be. After a decade of refinement it is clean and predictable, which on a betting site is worth more than animation.

Everything runs in dark mode by default, the bet slip stays out of the way, and switching between a football coupon and a live Blackjack table does not feel like changing products.

Mobile App

There is no native app on either store. What you get is a mobile-optimized browser site, and it worked smoothly on iOS and Android throughout testing, cashier included. Nothing needs side-loading, which for a crypto book is a mercy.

It still costs marks. A browser site cannot do push notifications for a settled bet or biometric login, and if you bet in-play regularly you will feel the difference against an operator with a real app.

Customer Service

Support is 24/7 live chat plus email at [email protected], and when I tested the chat I had a useful human answer inside a few minutes. There is no phone line on the contact page, although Cloudbet’s fairness page still mentions telephone support. Cloudbet says chat usually answers within minutes and email within a few hours.

The public record backs that up better than we expected. Trustpilot says Cloudbet replied to 94% of its negative reviews, which is close to total coverage and far above the norm in this sector. The qualifier is speed. Trustpilot says it typically replies within 1 month, so the first response is fast and the escalation is not. On a routine question you will be looked after. On a disputed balance, expect to wait.

Responsible Gambling

The tools are better documented than most offshore sites bother with. Deposit limits run daily, weekly and monthly, and the direction of travel is handled properly: tightening one takes effect immediately, while loosening or canceling one carries a 24-hour waiting period. Cooling-off comes in 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month and 3 months, and cannot be ended early.

Self-exclusion runs 1 year, 3 years, 5 years or lifetime, and the lifetime option is irreversible. Cloudbet’s pages disagree on how a temporary exclusion ends. Its responsible gambling page says you have to contact Cloudbet to reopen the account, which is the right way round, and a help article says the account reopens automatically. Players must be 18 or over, or older where local law says so.

The gaps are real, though. Cloudbet’s responsible gambling page lists no loss limits, session-time limits or reality checks, which are the tools that help someone chasing a loss inside a single session rather than across a month.
