Bitz Review 2026: Live Floor Champ

Trust is the weakest part of this review. The license is real and it’s current, but the complaint record is not good, and there are two clauses in the terms that could cost you money.

Licensing & Security

Bitz runs on Anjouan license ALSI-202411066-FI2. I checked it on the regulator’s own register. It was issued November 22, 2024, runs to November 21, 2026, and names bitz.io. The same license covers a second brand, 1rajbet.in.

The problem is what that license is worth. If you have a problem with Bitz and they say no, there’s basically no protection. Anjouan won’t fight your corner the way the UKGC or Malta would. At least the paperwork agrees with itself. The register and the site footer both name Win Sector Ltd, company 16383, so you know which company is holding your money.

The footer also still says Open beta test, nearly three years after launch. Not a phrase you want under a cashier holding real money.

Encryption & Security

The encryption is the standard regulated set. You get TLS 1.3 with HSTS enforced, Cloudflare in front to filter DDoS attacks, and optional 2FA through Google Authenticator that fires on every withdrawal request rather than just the first one.

What costs it points is the other half. Bitz markets itself on no mandatory verification, and that’s the operator’s own wording. Skipping ID checks is convenient right up until a withdrawal gets held for a check nobody did at signup.

Reputation & Player Reviews

On Trustpilot, Bitz scores 2.3 out of 5 from 43 reviews. The curve matters more than the average. More than half of them are one star and most of the rest are five star, with almost nothing in between. Forty-six reviews is a thin sample and I wouldn’t hang a verdict on it alone, but the direction is pretty clear.

Two patterns repeat. The first is confiscation. One player documents $500 written off after what the operator called a ‘selective check of gaming activity’ by its sports provider. Another says $319 in profit went the same way over an arbitrage accusation with no evidence attached. The second pattern is Responsible Gambling, and it’s the one that moved this score: a player who asked for a three-month block had it lifted on request, lost $667, and was told support does not have the technical capability to limit gameplay.

To be fair, the operator does answer its critics. It has replied to 95% of its negative reviews, usually inside a day and a half, and the most recent reply landed four days before I checked. That is better than most of this industry manages, and it is why the reputation score here is 11 out of 40 rather than lower.

General Terms

Two clauses will cost you money and neither is clearly advertised. The first is a withdrawal fee. If you deposit but then withdraw without wagering that deposit at least once, Bitz deducts 8%, with a minimum of €4. The terms call it an anti-money-laundering measure, but it’s still 8% of your own money.

The second is the big-win throttle on withdrawals, which tightens the cap exactly when you win.

The bonus-abuse clause is broadly worded too, and hands the operator wide discretion to void winnings. Normally I would call that boilerplate and move on. That’s not the case here, though, because the confiscation complaints suggest the casino is using it.

Bitz runs a busier promotional calendar than most crypto casinos its size. The welcome offer is the weakest part of it, though, and the number to anchor everything against is the 50x wagering.

Welcome Bonus

The offer is 100% up to 3,000 USDT on your first deposit, and it starts from a $10 deposit. That part is generous, and my 100 USDT test deposit credited a $100 bonus inside 90 seconds. The welcome card on the Bonuses page carries a Subscribe button, and the bonus activates with your first deposit, so subscribe before you pay in.

Then you read the terms. Wagering is 50x the bonus and you get 7 days to meet the threshold. Miss the deadline and the whole bonus balance is removed from your account. On a $100 bonus that’s $5,000 to turn over inside a week.

Check the headline before you claim, too. The operator’s own public review profile still advertises 200% on the first deposit while the site runs 100%.

Ongoing Bonuses

The calendar is genuinely active. Crazy Monday and Happy Friday anchor the week, with a Friday cashback worth up to 15% on a much softer 7x wagering, rakeback up to 0.24% on bets, sports cashback, a running tournament schedule, and a $10 bonus drop.

The one I did not expect is the Bitcoin faucet, which pays real bitcoins for turning up without depositing. It’s small money and is designed to get you playing with your own funds. But it is a genuine no-deposit route in an industry where that’s increasingly rare.

VIP/Loyalty Program

Bitz publishes a Loyalty Program page and a Rewards Center rather than hiding progression behind an invitation, which is the better approach. Tiers climb on wagering volume and unlock faster cashouts, higher cashback ceilings and periodic free-spin drops.

Of the rewards, faster withdrawals are the perk that actually matters here, given how much of this review turns on payout friction.

Wagering Requirements

This is where the offer falls apart. Wagering is 50x the bonus amount. It is bonus-only rather than deposit plus bonus, which is the friendlier of the two models, but 50x is a hard number in an industry where 35x to 40x is the norm.

What’s more, you only have 7 days to meet this wagering requirement, with wagering only counting on Slots inside the Bonus Wagering group in the casino menu, minus an excluded list. Table Games, Live Casino and the sportsbook don’t move the needle at all.

Put those three together and you have $5,000 to turn over, in a week, on one curated group of Slots. Work out whether you want the bonus before you take it, because you can’t withdraw while it’s running.

The lobby is where Bitz earns its score, and it’s bigger than most listings credit it with. I counted 9,308 games in the operator’s own feed: 7,773 Slots, 687 Live Casino titles, 335 Table Games and 115 Crash and Instant Win games, across 41 studios.

Slots

The Slots count is 7,773, taken from the operator’s game feed rather than a marketing line. Pragmatic Play carries the volume with the Sweet Bonanza and Sugar Rush families, Hacksaw Gaming brings the bonus-buy specialists, and Nolimit City supplies the heavy-volatility maths with Mental, San Quentin and Tombstone RIP.

I ran Sweet Bonanza 1000, Wanted Dead or a Wild and Big Bass Splash for an hour each at stakes between $0.40 and $1, and return behavior seemed to track the published RTP, more or less. Bitz also runs a dedicated 98% RTP filter, which is a genuinely useful shortcut and a rare one. If you just want to spin some Slots and you’re not chasing huge wins, that can be the way to go.

Table Games

There are 335 Table Games covering Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat and casino Poker variants, with 80 Roulette titles and 67 Baccarat tables inside that. Pragmatic and Evolution carry almost all of it and the in-house selection is thin.

The standout is Pragmatic Mega Roulette with multipliers to 500x, alongside the standard European, American and French wheels. This is better than the crypto average.

Live Casino

The Live Casino runs to 687 titles, far better than the 60-table figure most write-ups quote. Evolution supplies the core with Lightning Roulette, Immersive, XXXtreme, Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Funky Time.

What lifts it above a single-studio integration is the supporting cast. Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Vivo Gaming and XProGaming all appear, which means real table variety rather than four skins of one lobby. Streams held Evolution’s usual quality and tables ran around the clock.

Arcade/Instant Win

The Crash and Instant Win category is 115 titles. Aviator and Plinko from Spribe anchor it, JetX from SmartSoft sits alongside, and Aviatrix is in the provider list too.

Bitz publishes its own Plinko, Mines and Rock Paper Scissors pages. None of them comes with a seed-verification interface, though, so treat these as studio-supplied instant games and not provably fair ones. If verifiable fairness is your reason for playing at a crypto casino, this isn’t your site.

Sports Betting

The sportsbook covers seven sports and four esports. Football, Tennis, Basketball, Hockey, American Football, Baseball and MMA carry the traditional side. Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant carry the rest.

I placed a $20 Premier League moneyline and it appeared in my open bets in about four seconds, with cash-out priced mid-match. It works. But it’s a secondary feature bolted onto a casino, and the confiscation complaints came from the sportsbook side, which is worth weighing before you use it.

Bitz is crypto-first by design and the cashier makes no attempt to hide it. BTC, ETH, USDT on both ERC-20 and TRC-20, LTC, DOGE, BCH and TRX all clear quickly. Card and SEPA exist as a fallback and behave like one.

Deposits

Crypto deposits clear at the confirmation count the payment integration needs: one confirmation for BTC, twelve for ETH, and effectively instant on USDT TRC-20. My TRC-20 test deposit of $100 credited in 47 seconds from broadcast. The minimum deposit is equivalent to $10, which is also the welcome-bonus trigger.

Card deposits credit in under five minutes below $1,000 and trigger a manual review above that, and SEPA transfers take one to three business days.

Withdrawals

Crypto cashouts are the headline feature and they delivered. My 0.005 BTC withdrawal took 23 minutes from request to wallet credit, and a $250 USDT TRC-20 cashout landed in 18 minutes. That is quick by any standard.

There is a fee you won’t see advertised. Deposit, then withdraw without wagering that deposit at least once, and Bitz deducts 8%, with a minimum of €4. However, if you wager the deposit one time, it costs you nothing.

The other caveat is what happens when a flag trips. Anti-fraud reviews fire on first large withdrawals, on accounts waking after dormancy, and on any request several times bigger than the largest prior deposit. Those reviews stretch to 24 hours or more, and the confiscation complaints on this brand came out of exactly that kind of retroactive check.

Withdrawal Limits

Read this part before you deposit. The published ceiling is €10,000 a month. If your balance reaches at least 10 times what you have paid in, that ceiling halves to €5,000 a month.

It bites in exactly the situation you’re playing for. Win big and the cap tightens. A €20,000 win on a €500 deposit comes out at €5,000 a month, so you are collecting it over four months while the account stays open.

The minimum withdrawal amount is €10 a transaction. For small, frequent cashouts none of this will ever touch you, and that’s the way to use this site. For anything else it is the single biggest constraint here, and MGA-licensed operators clear far more without a negotiation.

Day to day, Bitz is a pleasant site to use. The lobby is fast, the mobile build is competent and live chat answers quickly. But the Responsible Gambling tooling is where it falls apart, and that’s what drags this section down.

Website Design and UI

The user interface is dark mode-first with high-contrast accents and clear game tiles. The filter works on name, studio and feature, including a 98% RTP shortcut and a Bonus Wagering group showing which games count toward a bonus. That second filter is quietly the most useful thing on the site, and it matters more here than most places given how restricted the wagering is.

Navigation is quick, with sub-200ms page transitions on a fiber connection. Thumbnails preload in viewport order, so a lobby of over nine thousand titles still feels responsive on a laptop.

Mobile App

There is no iOS app and no Google Play listing, but Bitz offers an Android APK from its own download page. Otherwise mobile runs through the browser as a progressive web app, and Add to Home Screen produces a launcher that opens the cashier in standalone mode. Bitz also runs a Telegram bot if you would rather play there.

I tested it on an iPhone 15 Pro and a Galaxy S24. Pragmatic Slots render at full quality, Evolution streams adapt cleanly to a phone aspect ratio, and the only bug I hit was the cashier drawer rendering behind the on-screen keyboard during deposit entry on iOS Safari.

Customer Service

Live chat runs 24/7 in English with email backup at [email protected]. Across three sessions I averaged a two-minute first response, and the agents read the terms accurately instead of pasting boilerplate responses. On a straightforward question this is good support.

Escalation is the problem. Once a complaint touches bonus forfeiture or Responsible Gambling, there’s no named manager, the terms only promise a reply within 28 days, and the public complaint record is full of players describing being passed between agents. It’s half a service at most.

Responsible Gambling

The tools exist on paper. Deposit limits, loss limits, session-time limits, cool-off from 24 hours to six weeks, and self-exclusion from six months to five years can all be found in account settings.

But enforcement is the documented failure, and the latest case is recent. Others report setting a deposit limit and depositing straight through it.

Until Bitz publishes a credible audit of those controls the score has to reflect the gap rather than the feature list.
