Betplay runs with no gambling license. What it holds is a Costa Rican company registration for Lama Tech, Limitada, corporate ID 3-102-857685 in San Jose, and a business filing is not a regulator.

The practical effect is that there is nobody to complain to, and no license for the operator to lose. Plenty of crypto casinos run this way and most players never notice. It matters when something goes wrong, and that happens too often with this casino.
