Betpanda Review: No License Covers Its Site

Licensing & Security

Betpanda is operated by Star Bright Media S.R.L., a Costa Rica company. Its footer gives the company’s corporate identification number, 3-102-880000, and shows no gambling license, seal or validator beside it. An Anjouan B2C license, ALSI-202408063-FI3, is listed under the same name, Star Bright Media SRL, issued August 29, 2024, with a listed expiry date of August 28, 2026.

The register gives no address or company number, and all 13 domains recorded against it belong to the Punkz brand, such as punkz.com and casinopunkz.io. Neither betpanda.io nor betpandacasino.io appears on that register. The one Betpanda-named domain on the register, betpanda.gg, sits under a different company, Interactive Pandas SRL, on a record whose own listed expiry date of February 20, 2026 has passed, and betpanda.gg is not a working site.

ALSI-202408063-FI3’s listed expiry date has passed, and when we rechecked the register on September 17, 2026, it still labeled the record “valid”, the label it gives all 1,527 of its records, including 340 past their listed expiry, so the label does not show whether a license is still in force. We found no license that covers Betpanda.

Encryption & Security

The site itself runs on standard SSL encryption and offers two-factor authentication, and technically it worked fine during my testing. Turning two-factor authentication off takes an email to [email protected] with a summary of your recent account activity. The security concern with Betpanda is what happens to accounts and balances when disputes arise.

Reputation & Player Reviews

The review record is poor. The original betpanda.io Trustpilot profile shows no rating, “due to a breach of our guidelines”, and a notice that Trustpilot has removed a number of fake reviews for the company. On September 17, 2026, that profile held 851 reviews, 65% of them one-star and 26% five-star. Trustpilot has removed the betpandacasino.io profile altogether, saying the business goes against its guidelines.

The recurring complaints are specific and serious. Players describe accounts closed and balances confiscated after a win, verification demanded only after a withdrawal request and then used to block payouts, and appeals going nowhere. By September 17, 2026, 25 complaints had been logged about Betpanda, with 15 unresolved, 8 resolved and 2 still open, and two reviewers on Betpanda’s Trustpilot profile say Betpanda cited clause 5 of its terms or anti-fraud policy when confiscating funds. A forum thread opened January 15, 2025, describes the same thing.

Betpanda also appears to share an operator with Punkz, whose domains sit on that Anjouan record under the same company name, and Star Bright Media S.R.L. is also the operator of Cryptorino, whose help center tells players how to use a free bet “on Betpanda”. We already rate Cryptorino as one to avoid for the same freeze-after-win behavior.

General Terms

Betpanda’s help center lets it disqualify you from a promotion for “irregular betting patterns”, such as low-margin or hedge bets.

The same help center says closing an account forfeits any remaining balance, cashback, rakeback and bonus payments, deposits made while an account is blocked or suspended “may be retained”, and deposits under €10 are neither credited nor refunded. The 10% cashback carrying no wagering is a real plus, but the punitive account-closure clauses outweigh it. Read the terms in full before depositing anything you aren’t prepared to lose.

Welcome Bonus

Betpanda offers a 100% first-deposit match up to 1 BTC, which sounds huge, but the value is tied up by the wagering. Betpanda’s help center, in an article updated May 5, 2026, puts the requirement at 40x the deposit within 7 days of your first deposit, with a €10 minimum deposit and a €50 maximum bet, which is steep and hard to clear.

The bonus is paid as cash only once the wagering is done, and Betpanda’s withdrawals article says withdrawals can only be made once all wagering requirements have been met.

Ongoing Bonuses

The better value is the ongoing 10% weekly cashback on net casino losses, which carries no wagering and is credited as real money every Wednesday at 13:00 UTC, and it runs from the bottom Bronze tier provided you place at least 50 casino wagers in the week. The help center states no cap, and sports and bonus-fund losses do not count.

Betpanda’s landing page says loyalty benefits may include daily rakeback of up to 10%, depending on your level and activity. Sports bettors also get a Monday Free Bet sized by the previous week’s net losses, from a $5 free bet at €50 of losses up to $5,000 at €50,000. For a careful player the cashback is the part worth using.

VIP / Loyalty Program

A tiered VIP program adds rakeback and perks as you climb, with the weekly cashback included from the bottom tier up. Its VIP Club page lists five permanent tiers, from Bronze at 0 XP to Diamond at 10 million XP, with daily rakeback rising from 5% to 10%. It’s a reasonable structure, but given the trust concerns I would be wary of pouring volume in just to chase tiers.

Wagering Requirements

The welcome offer’s wagering requirement, 40x the deposit with a short 7-day expiry, is among the toughest I have seen, and the weighting makes it harder still on anything but slots, with slots counting 100%, live games 20%, provably fair games 1%, and jackpots and sports 0%. A €100 deposit means €4,000 of bets in 7 days, about €571 a day. The no-wagering cashback is the honest exception. Overall the bonus side is player-unfriendly once you read the fine print.

Slots

The slots library is strong, with Betpanda counting more than 5,000 casino games from studios including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, BGaming and Play’n GO. Whatever else is wrong here, the game selection isn’t it.

Table Games

Betpanda covers the digital table staples, blackjack, roulette and baccarat, in good variety. It’s a solid table room, in line with the breadth of the rest of the catalog.

Live Casino

The live floor is well stocked. The Top Live Games list on its landing page is built around Evolution titles such as Crazy Time, Monopoly Roulette and XXXtreme Lightning Roulette, and there are categories for blackjack, roulette, baccarat, dice, VIP tables and game shows. No other live studio is named. The streams ran cleanly for me, and the live offering matches the bigger names on range.

Arcade/Instant Win

Betpanda runs its own Originals, and its landing pages feature Turbo Crash, Dice, Plinko, Mines, Coinflip, Wheel and Keno. Its main landing page says Betpanda offers “selected provably fair” games, which you can verify yourself, and it says RTP information depends on the individual game. They are a fun, fast part of the catalog and a real plus for crypto players.

Sports Betting

There’s a full sportsbook alongside the casino, run on BETBY and covering soccer, basketball, tennis, ice hockey, cricket, rugby, MMA and American football, plus Counter-Strike and FIFA esports, with cash out on eligible bets. Having sports and a large casino in one crypto wallet is convenient, even if the trust concerns apply across the whole platform.

Deposits

Betpanda runs a crypto cashier, taking 13 coins including Bitcoin over the Lightning Network, and it lists no card or bank method. Deposits landed quickly in my testing, which is the easy part.

The minimum deposit is €10, a smaller deposit is neither credited nor refunded, and each deposit must be wagered once before you can withdraw it. Betpanda’s landing page says it adds no deposit or withdrawal fees, while its withdrawals article says withdrawals may incur charges depending on the method.

Withdrawals

This is where the warnings concentrate. Betpanda publishes no fixed withdrawal time, and its landing page says processing depends on the currency, network confirmation, wallet and any account review. Lightning is fast, but its site settings cap each withdrawal in its listed Bitcoin currency at 0.08 BTC, and players say withdrawals were left pending and accounts blocked after a withdrawal request. You can only withdraw in the coin you deposited, and Betpanda reserves the right to delay withdrawals over coin availability or verification. Combined with the confiscation-after-win complaints, I wouldn’t keep a large balance here.

Withdrawal Limits

Betpanda caps withdrawals at €5,000 every 24 hours, €15,000 per week and €45,000 per month, and you can email support to ask for higher limits. Between those caps and the 0.08 BTC per-withdrawal cap in its settings, getting a sizeable balance out is slow at best, and a €20,000 balance cannot all leave in the same week. For anyone playing at real stakes, the withdrawal experience is the weakest and riskiest part of Betpanda.

Website Design and UI

The site is modern and easy to navigate, with the casino, Originals and sportsbook all close at hand, and the email-and-password signup is quick. On look and feel alone, Betpanda is pleasant to use.

Mobile App

There is no native app, but the mobile browser site is well optimized and ran smoothly on both iOS and Android in my testing, including the cashier and game flows. Betpanda’s site settings also let you install it as a web app on iOS, Android and Windows.

Customer Service

Support runs 24/7 through live chat, with email at [email protected] and a help center, and answered me reasonably quickly on general questions. Closing or reopening an account has to go by email, because the help center says chat requests cannot be processed. The harder issue, echoed in player reviews, is that support is far less helpful once a dispute involves a held or confiscated balance.

Responsible Gambling

We found no deposit limits, loss limits or self-exclusion on Betpanda’s public pages. The one tool its help center describes is account closure, requested by email and taking up to 24 hours, with a mandatory 24-hour cool-off before you can ask to reopen, and closing forfeits any balance left in the account, so withdraw first. There’s no regulator we found standing behind any of this, so if that falls short there’s nobody to take it to.
