BetFury is run by Universe B Games B.V., a Curaçao company registered as 155126 at Seru Loraweg 17C, and its footer says it operates under a valid Curaçao Gaming Authority license, OGL/2024/1494/0942, effective July 31, 2025. The regulator’s own register lists that number against Universe B Games B.V. with its status shown as assessment in progress. It is an offshore license with lighter oversight than a UK or Malta one, so your recourse in a dispute is limited.

Encryption & Security

The engineering is the strong half. You get SSL across the site, two-factor authentication, provably-fair originals you can verify seed-by-seed, and a CertiK audit on the BFG token contract. Day to day the platform is stable and quick. My concern here has never been the technology. It’s what happens at the cashier.

On Trustpilot BetFury scores 4.2 out of 5 from 2,739 reviews, which is a large enough base to mean something. Most players are paid and say so. The negative reviews are strikingly consistent though, and they cluster on two things: withdrawals held while a KYC review runs, and accounts restricted after a significant win with multi-accounting given as the reason.

General Terms

Wagering Requirements

The welcome terms spell out how that 40x works. Each of the three welcome bonuses gives you 14 days to wager it from the moment it lands, and only Slots, Live games and BetFury Originals in the Bonus Wagering category count toward it. Slots and Live count in full, while Originals count at 0.2, so a $1 bet on Dice clears only 20 cents of the requirement.

The caps are worth knowing too.
