• Applications open upon page launch and close on April 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST, unless Casinos.org gives notice on its website to extend the competition closing date. The selected applicant will be contacted within 5 working days of the competition closing date and must respond within 24 hours of initial contact to accept the position.
• All feedback, images, videos, and content submitted by applicants or created during the Las Vegas trip may be used freely by Casinos.org.
• The winner must complete their Las Vegas trip during June or July 2025.
• All prizes will be distributed within 30 days of completing the required buffet visits and social media content.
• Casinos.org reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion in any part or in its entirety at any time. Casinos.org’s decision is final.

By entering a competition, you agree to accept and abide by these general competition terms and conditions (“General Competition T&Cs”) and the specific terms and conditions of the competition you are entering into (“Specific Competition T&Cs”). Collectively the General Competition T&Cs and the Specific Competition T&Cs will be referred to as the “Rules”.

All decisions of the Promoter (as defined below) concerning any aspect of a competition, including, without limitation, the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all participants in all matters related to our competitions and no correspondence shall be entered into.

Promoter: Casinos.org (referred to as “Promoter”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

Eligibility: You are not eligible to enter a competition if you are an employee of the Promoter, its affiliates (including subsidiary companies), or another party in any way involved in the development or administration of the competition, including advertising and promotional agencies, public relations agencies, or a member of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they reside) or household member of any such employee.

It is your responsibility to understand the laws applicable to you in your relevant country, state, city and/or town and to comply with the same in relation to the entry into a competition.

Entry Requirements: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Internet access is required. Entry is made online via the Casinos.org website unless otherwise specified in the Specific Competition T&Cs.

By submitting a competition entry, you agree to be bound by these General Competition T&Cs and the applicable Specific Competition T&C’s for the relevant competition you are entering into.

Entry is limited to a per person basis. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different identities, and/or any other methods will be void and that participant may be disqualified from the competition.

Competition Prize(s): Prizes are subject to availability and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and cannot be substituted by the winner(s). Prizes are non-refundable, not convertible to cash, except in the Promoter’s sole discretion. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. The prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.

Prize money may be taxable depending on applicable laws in your country of residence. Any personal taxes that arise in connection with the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner(s).

Winner Selection: Unless specified otherwise in the Specific Competition T&Cs, at the end of a competition promotion period, the winner(s) will be determined through selection based on the criteria specified in the Specific Competition T&Cs.

If a winner is found to be ineligible, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner who will be selected based on the specified criteria. The Promoter reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in accordance with these General Competition T&Cs in the event that any winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, or is deemed ineligible for any other reason.

Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted according to the timeline specified in the Specific Competition T&Cs. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible participant.

Verification: The awarding of any prize is subject to verification of the winner(s) eligibility and full compliance with the Rules. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

Skill Testing Question: If a Canadian resident is deemed eligible to win a prize, in order to be awarded their prize, the Canadian resident will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill question.

Release of Liability/Consent to Publicity: By entering a competition and submitting an entry, each participant: (i) grants to the Promoter, in perpetuity, a non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use his/her entry (and each component thereof), in whole or in part, for advertising or promoting our competitions; (ii) waives all moral rights in and to his/her entry in favor of the Promoter; and (iii) agrees to release and hold harmless Casinos.org, its representatives, employees and agents, its partners and sponsors, and its subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from use of his/her entry.

Limitation of Liability: The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for (i) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information; (ii) late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete entries; (iii) any failure of, errors, or problems with websites associated with the competition; (iv) any postal delays, strikes or failures; (v) injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the competition; (vi) any errors, omissions, incorrect or inaccurate information in any promotion-related materials.

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with the Rules, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

Our competitions are void where prohibited by law and are subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

Use of Personal Information: By participating in our competitions, the participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her personal information by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the competition, awarding the prize, and announcing the winner and in accordance with Casinos.org’s privacy policy.
