The T&Cs are largely as we expected, as each Sweeps Coin (SC) is worth $1 and comes with a 1x wagering requirement. However, we were surprised that the casino imposes a minimum age of 21, which is higher than we’re used to.

Although Vivaro has its weaknesses, these are largely minor fixes that are straightforward to solve.

As it is a sweepstakes casino, Vivaro doesn’t require a license to operate. Instead, the casino fully complies with all the necessary sweepstakes laws, making it completely legitimate.

That said, the regional restrictions may deter a sizable number of potential customers. The casino is unavailable to players in Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, Delaware, West Virginia, and Maryland.

Of the Trustpilot reviews, 77% are 5 stars. The casino is also active in responding to criticism, as it has replied to 75% of bad reviews. That said, the response times could certainly be improved, as the typical reply time is within 2 weeks.

The casino also needs to improve its social media presence. Although we were able to find an Instagram account, this only has 1,000+ followers. We were unable to find an X account or a Facebook account.

The T&Cs are largely as we expected, as all SC tokens must be wagered at least once to become redeemable, and each token is worth $1 of real money.

Players can redeem up to 10,000 SC a day, which is in line with the industry standard.

As usual, the redemption time depends on your method, with Gift Cards being redeemed within 24 hours and Bank Transfers taking anywhere between 2 and 7 days.

Should players decide to purchase GC, they are limited to spending $9,000 a day. This is completely reasonable, as we can’t think why anyone would need to spend this much in the first place.

All new players are given a no deposit bonus of 20,000 GC + 2 SC. Although this isn’t the largest welcome offer we’ve seen, it’s enough to explore a substantial amount of the library.

Although the Gift Card redemption time is solid at 24 hours, we really feel that Bank Transfers could be faster, as taking up to 7 days is far too long.

However, it is important to note that the $20 bundle doesn’t have a Sweeps Coins bonus attached. We can’t really make sense of this to be honest.

Although the games library at Vivaro is limited, what is there is highly enjoyable. Vivaro has clearly prioritized quality over quantity, and it shows.

That said, I can definitely see how the lack of well-known providers may put off new players.

The lack of Table Games is also slightly disappointing, but Vivaro does give you the ability to play Table Games in real time with its Live Dealer options.

Despite its weaknesses, Vivaro gets a lot of things right. The social media bonuses are solid, and the presence of Live Chat is always a nice bonus.

What stands out the most here, though, is the fact that the casino offers Rakeback. This is a nice touch, as it helps soften the blow of losing money.
