However, its availability is somewhat restricted, as it is unavailable in Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, Washington, and West Virginia.

However, we were pleased to see a minimum age of 21, which is a fair bit higher than the industry standard of 18 years old.

General Terms

At the beginning, the T&Cs regarding Sweeps Coins were mostly as we expected. All Sweeps Coins must be wagered at least once to become redeemable, and each token is worth $1 of real money.

However, we were very pleased to see the casino impose a low minimum requirement of just 50 Sweeps Coins, which makes redemptions much more accessible. The maximum limit is $9,000 a day, which is more than enough for most players.

ToraTora’s no deposit bonus is poor, quite frankly, coming in at a measly 4,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweeps Coin. Needless to say, this doesn’t make the best first impression.

That said, we were pleased to see a number of first purchase bonuses made available. At present, players can choose from 10,500 Gold Coins and 10.5 Sweeps Coins for $9.99, 21,000 Gold Coins and 21 Sweeps Coins for $19.99, and 31,500 Gold Coins and 31.5 Sweeps Coins for $29.99.

These all offer a 5% bonus, so there’s nothing to split them. It’s all down to your personal preference.

Ongoing Promotions

Although the welcome incentives aren’t that great, ToraTora somewhat makes up for it with the decent range of bonuses that are available to its existing players.

Interestingly, the casino doesn’t offer a set Daily Login bonus, as how much you get here depends on luck instead. That said, you can greatly boost your chances of getting a better reward by signing up for Premium Membership at a cost of $29.99 per month.

Besides this, ToraTora offers a Mail-In bonus of 3 Sweeps Coins. This is solid, and is in line with the industry standard we’re used to seeing.

A Referral bonus of up to 100 Sweeps Coins each time is available, but this requires the referred individual to spend $1,000 for you to get the full amount, so it’s unlikely that you’ll get the total reward.

You have to advance through the levels to gain access to better prizes, but what we really like here is that you are awarded varying amounts of XP depending on the size of your win, which makes landing a payout even more satisfying than usual.

The wagering terms and conditions were largely as we expected. All Sweeps Coins are worth 1 USD and must be wagered at least once to become eligible for redemption.

The maximum redemption amount of $9,00 per day might not be completely in line with the industry standard, but it’s easily enough for most players. What’s more, the Florida limit is capped at $5,000, which is exactly what we expected.

Website Design & Navigation

The team behind ToraTora has opted for the usual layout to make getting around easier. What’s more, the range of filters and shortcuts makes getting around even easier.

However, what we especially like is that RTP rates are made available when searching through the games library, which makes it even easier to find what you want. Too many sweeps casinos hide this information in each individual game, so it’s nice to be able to see this key information without having to go into each game one by one.

The only thing we would say is that some thumbnails repeat due to minor bugs. Although this is an easy fix, it’s one we’d like to see sorted out soon, as it makes the website look considerably less polished.

The customer support options at ToraTora are better than we are used to seeing, as you can get in touch via phone, email, Live Chat, and an on-site ticket system. The existence of phone support is particularly welcome, as this makes it easier to get personalized support, as well as adding a human touch that is becoming increasingly rare nowadays.

That said, it’s worth pointing out that response times depend on traffic to a greater degree than you may be used to. Although we sometimes received prompt responses, we were left waiting for hours on multiple occasions as well.

However, the waiting times don’t change the fact that the team themselves were excellent. We also have to praise ToraTora for forwarding your Live Chat responses to your email, as this gives you a record to go back to should you need it.

The FAQ section may be basic, but it covers most of the bases. We found the ToraTora blog to be more useful, though. This goes into more depth than the FAQ section, which provides a useful alternative to contacting the support team if the FAQ section doesn’t answer your questions.

Responsible Gaming Measures

ToraTora’s Responsible Gambling tools are decent for a new casino, but still limited overall. The only options that were available when we tested the casino were time-outs and self-exclusion.

The lack of limiting tools is bad enough, but what makes this even worse is the fact that ToraTora doesn’t allow you to impose these restrictions yourself. Instead, you have to go through the support team to implement these limitations, which makes it look as though the casino doesn’t trust its players to behave like adults, even though they clearly are.

ToraTora clearly has big plans for its future, as shown by a focus on quality games, a solid range of banking options, and reasonable redemption times. We also have to give the casino credit for its blog articles and premium membership option, as these enhance the user experience, with the blog articles being an especially welcome addition.

That said, the casino definitely has its share of weaknesses, such as the hit-and-miss customer service response times. First impressions are crucial, which is why the casino would also do well to be more generous with its no deposit welcome bonus.

It also took far longer than it should have for our account to be verified, which is easily the biggest issue that needs fixing. The casino will no doubt turn away potential customers otherwise, and garner a bad reputation in doing so.

Fortunately, these are very easy fixes, and we have no doubt they will be addressed in time. We’ll give ToraTora a pass for now, but the casino needs to sort itself out if it wants to establish itself as a viable competitor in the industry.
