SweepSlots Casino Review [Updated for 2026]

SweepSlots was launched in 2021 and currently offers Slots, Table Games, and Instant Win titles, with over 500 games in total. These are supplied by some leading software developers in the industry, such as Revolver Gaming, Booming Games, and Betsoft.

To protect its website, the casino utilizes SSL encryption software. This may be a standard measure, but it is still good to see.

That said, SweepSlots definitely has its weaknesses. In particular, the bonuses are confusing and the customer service offering is bad as well.

Please read on for the full picture.

Advantages
Good no deposit bonus
Entertaining Slots
Disadvantages
Doesn't pay out
No mobile app for iOS
Heavy reliance on Slots

1️⃣ Trust & Safety

Licensing and Legal Compliance

Unfortunately, SweepSlots is about as far from legally compliant as you can get.

The casino owes around $1 million to its business partners, and it’s even worse for players. Many players have complained that the casino has refused to honor their payout requests, despite them jumping through all the necessary hoops.

Although the titles provided by the game developers are fair, this means nothing if the casino doesn’t honor payout requests. This website really tested our patience, and we suspect that the casino wants to make its players’ payout experiences so miserable that they just give up.

Score: 0/20

Encryption and Security

SweepSlots uses SSL encryption software to protect its website. Although this is a standard measure, SSL software is strong enough to offer sufficient protection from data breaches.

Score: 12/20

Reputation & Customer Reviews

As no real money gambling is involved, Trustpilot is a good indicator of a sweepstakes casino’s reputation, and this is certainly true with SweepSlots. The casino has an overall average score of 2.6 stars from over 1,100 reviews, and the overwhelming majority of these are either 5 stars or 1 star.

The 1-star reviews make up 39% of the total, and the anger at the casino’s refusal to pay out is a running theme. With so many players complaining about the same issue, and the disproportionate amount of 1-star reviews, this shows that the casino is a very big red flag.

What makes things even worse is that Trustpilot’s system indicates that the casino doesn’t take the negative reviews anywhere near as seriously as it should. They have only replied to 13% of negative reviews, with an average reply time of 1 week.

Even some of the 5-star reviews mention the casino’s payout times as an annoyance, which is a further bad indicator.

Score: 2/40

General Terms

The Terms and Conditions aren’t worth the time you’d spend reading them. They make no sense, particularly the ones regarding the casino’s bonuses.

To give just two examples, the casino doesn’t provide any details regarding its Referral bonus, and the Lucky Wheel Terms are even more frustrating. We lifted the following directly from their T&Cs: “You can spin it once every 5 hours throughout the holidays. That’s right, every four hours!”.

The casino has a low redemption requirement of $50, but this doesn’t mean anything if the casino doesn’t honor players’ payout requests.

2️⃣ Games

SweepSlots offers a decent games library of 500+ titles, covering Slots, Table Games, and Instant Win titles from a range of software developers, including some influential names such as Pragmatic Play.

That said, it’s worth pointing out that most of the games are Slots, which means other areas of the games library feel somewhat neglected. It’s also worth noting that you can’t access the full library until your account is completely verified.

Slots
Toggle answer

Given the casino’s name, we weren’t surprised that the vast majority of games here are Slots, at around 450 titles. These range from popular games such as Gates of Olympus to less well-known titles such as Won-O-Mart.

The titles have accessible betting limits at between 0.1 to 100 Sweeps Coins per game, but you’ll need to go into each game individually to find specific information.

Score: 13/20

Instant Win
Toggle answer

The Instant Win selection at SweepSlots is small, and not what we expected to see. There are no Lotto titles or Scratch Cards, as the casino has opted to provide Arcade titles instead.

Score: 12/25

Table Games
Toggle answer

SweepSlots has managed to provide Table Games to its players, including the staples of Blackjack, Baccarat, and Roulette.

Although we were disappointed to see there weren’t that many of them, we were still pleased that these games were made available for players to enjoy.

Score: 15/30

Live Dealer
Toggle answer

Unfortunately, there are no Live Dealer titles available at SweepSlots.

This is very disappointing, as the casino clearly has game providers to call upon who are capable of delivering a more immersive experience.

3️⃣ Bonuses & Promos

As we mentioned at the start, bonuses are one of the key areas where SweepSlots needs serious improvements.

There are some bonuses for both new and existing players, but they aren’t as generous as we would like, and the T&Cs on multiple available bonuses are outright confusing.

Welcome Bonus

All new SweepSlots players receive a free no deposit bonus of 5,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 5 Sweeps Coins (SC). This is decent, but it’s not as generous as other sweeps casinos such as WOW Vegas and Fortune Coins.

The casino also offers first purchase bonuses, but the T&Cs that are attached make no sense. The available discounts are stated as 70% in one area and 60% in another, while in reality both first purchase bonuses only offer discounts worth 50%.

We were so confused that we opted out of the first purchase bonuses entirely.

Score: 12/30

Ongoing Promotions

Although there are a number of bonuses for existing players, the results are a mixed bag.

To their credit, the casino offers a Daily Login bonus that provides free GC and SC. However, it’s not good news elsewhere.

As we mentioned earlier, the Lucky Wheel T&Cs make no sense. It got to the point where we didn’t even bother using the Lucky Wheel, as it gave us a completely unnecessary headache.

In addition, the Mail-In bonus of 1 SC isn’t worth your time, and social media promotions are few and far between at the time of writing.

Score: 8/25

Loyalty Program

Although the bonus selection at SweepSlots isn’t great, the casino does offer its players a tiered VIP Program. This allows players to access improved rewards the higher they climb the ladder.

Score: 17/25

Wagering Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions surrounding redemptions are good on paper, but the reality has ruined its score here.

SweepSlots imposes a standard 1x wagering requirement on its SC, but does offer players a lower redemption limit of 50 SC. In line with other casinos, each SC is worth $1 of real money.

However, the numerous horror stories we encountered, plus our own experiences with the casino, lead us to believe all of this means nothing. There is no point playing at a casino that refuses to pay up when they lose.

4️⃣ Payments & Banking

Purchase Methods

There are five fiat deposit methods at SweepSlots, with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express offered alongside Discover and Skrill. Numerous cryptocurrencies are also supported.

Should players choose to purchase GC, they shouldn’t have a problem finding their preferred deposit method. There is also a range of GC bundles, and all but the cheapest come with a SC bonus attached.

That said, we would strongly urge customers not to spend any money, as the chances are you won’t be getting it back should you manage to win anything.

Score: 0/20

Redemption Methods

With the exception of Bank Transfers which are withdrawal-only, all of the available payment methods can be used for redemptions. This would be very appealing if the entire banking system at SweepSlots wasn’t a complete and utter shambles.

Withdrawals using both fiat and cryptocurrencies are achingly slow, taking more than 10 days to process, and that’s if you even manage to get your hands on your winnings at all.

On top of this, you can only request a withdrawal of up to 500 SC, and you can only submit one redemption request per week.

Again, we would urge players not to bother playing at this casino, as they have a track record of refusing to pay out players’ winnings.

Score: 0/25

Transaction Security and Fairness

SweepSlots transactions are kept secure thanks to up-to-date SSL encryption software, as well as payment methods that are secure in their own right. Players can choose from both fiat and cryptocurrency payment methods.

However, although the casino has a 1x playthrough requirement on its SC and a 50 SC minimum redemption limit, we can’t say it is fair in the slightest. The casino made it extremely challenging for us to get our hands on our winnings.

5️⃣ User Experience

Website Design & Navigation

When we tested SweepSlots out, it was easy to get around the website. The search bar works well, and there is also some basic categorization that makes it easier to find what you’re looking for.

However, the user experience is not without its drawbacks. The categorization is simply not good enough, as you can’t filter by software provider. We also encountered lagging issues when we tested the casino out on desktop devices.

Score: 12/25

Mobile Gaming

For some reason, SweepSlots works better for mobile casino players than those on a computer, as the lag we encountered while playing on a computer cleared up when we switched to a mobile device.

SweepSlots can offer an apk to its Android customers, but this doesn’t extend to iOS devices. This is very disappointing, as the casino clearly has the ability to develop a mobile app.

Score: 8/20

Customer Support

Although SweepSlots manages to offer a number of customer support channels, getting the help you need is a whole different story.

The casino offers a Live Chat function, but it isn’t very good at all. For one, you are initially greeted by a chatbot, rather than a human. More annoyingly, we ended up waiting so long to speak to a representative that we gave up.

The Help Center isn’t really one at all, as there is so much missing information that it would probably have been better not to have it in the first place.

The one saving grace is the email support option. Although it took 48 hours to receive a reply, the blow was lessened substantially by the fact that we expected a slow response, as this method isn’t known for fast replies.

Score: 8/30

Responsible Gaming Measures

To its credit, SweepSlots does have a number of Responsible Gambling tools available to players. These include self-assessment tests, purchase limits, and betting limits.

However, the effectiveness of the limit tools is severely undermined by the fact that these can be changed every 24 hours.

On top of this, although temporary and permanent self-exclusions are available, these can only be accessed by contacting the customer support team. This is incredibly difficult, and is one of the key reasons we encourage players to stay away from the casino.

Finally, the fact that SweepSlots sends regular notifications encouraging players to return to the website shows that its tools are purely performative, which severely damages its overall score here.

Summary

Honestly, we would urge you to avoid SweepSlots at all costs. There are plenty of sweepstakes casinos out there that are much better. The customer support is awful, and the bonuses aren’t worth the headache you’ll inevitably encounter trying to make sense of what’s on offer.

By far the worst sin, though, is that many users have reported that the casino has refused to pay out their winnings, even though they’ve met all the stated requirements. This is unacceptable, and there is no excuse for it.
