The US sweeps casino space is crowded, and the bar keeps getting higher. Enter SpinsAmerica Casino, launched in December 2024 with patriotic branding, over 600 games, and a bold promise to deliver quick redemptions.

So far, the user reviews don’t back up the claims, and there are some seriously unhappy players and red flags. 

Are these growing pains? Or is this just a casino you need to flat-out avoid? In this in-depth SpinsAmerica Casino review, we’ll give you the full lowdown.

Licensing and Legal Compliance

SpinsAmerica operates under the sweepstakes model, making it legally available in most US states. The site is owned by National Sweepstakes Group LLC, which is registered in Delaware.

It blocks players from the following states: Connecticut, Idaho, Michigan, Kentucky, Alabama, Montana, Nevada, and Washington. That’s basically middle ground when it comes to blocked states, and shows that the casino has a healthy respect for the regulators without going too far. The site even has a nice explainer section covering each restricted state and why the casino doesn’t do business there.

As with most sweeps platforms, SpinsAmerica doesn’t hold a standalone gaming license. Still, the games come from licensed, certified providers, including Pragmatic Play, ICONIC21, Peter and Sons, Relax Gaming, and other big names. That means they’ve passed fairness and integrity tests by top-tier regulators, even if the site itself isn’t licensed.

SpinsAmerica uses SSL encryption to protect all transactions and personal data. The site requires full KYC verification before you can redeem Sweeps Coins. The platform accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for purchases, all of which require PCI-compliant handling and are about as solid as they come. There are no reports of data breaches and no shady red flags, with the payment system at least.

The casino has only been live for a short while, and there were less than 100 reviews when we checked as part of our own rigorous investigation. No matter how you break it down, a 2.6-star Trustpilot rating is not great. 

Some players loved the speed of redemptions and identity verification, which is a major bugbear with social and sweepstakes casinos. But there are too many stories of redemption issues and problems with simple withdrawals that turn into ongoing disputes.

We found other complaints about low Return to Player rates and while the casino now claims to have reset them to the highest possible rate, there are some ongoing problems here and some bad optics. SpinsAmerica needs to address them.

Verify your email, and you’ll unlock another 1 Sweeps Coin. The first purchase deal is excellent: 2,500,000 Gold Coins and 30 Sweeps Coins for just $15.00, which stacks well with the free welcome bonus. There’s an alternative first purchase bonus for Sweeps Coins players, too, which we love to see. That one is 500,000 Gold Coins and 90 Sweeps Coins for $29.90.

Gold Coins are nice, but a lot of players never use them and they just stack up in the corner like unopened post. If you know that you’re going to use Sweeps Coins, then you’ll appreciate the choice of purchase bonuses.

Ongoing Promotions

There’s a Daily Login bonus that gives 10,000 Gold Coins and 0.2 Sweeps Coins, and a referral bonus of up to 75 Sweeps Coins depending on how much your friend deposits.

There is an Alternative Means of Entry (AMOE) option listed in the T&Cs, letting you mail in for 5 free SC. Now that’s a decent haul, and you might want to make the AMOE part of your overall strategy if you spend significant time on SpinsAmerica. 

Sadly, the social media giveaways are really limited because the casino hasn’t put the work in to build its Facebook or X following. There are occasional deals and boosters available on Facebook, but this is one area the casino needs to work at.

SpinsAmerica keeps it player-friendly with a 1x wagering requirement on Sweeps Coins earned via promotions. That’s exactly what we like to see.

The minimum redemption threshold is 100 Sweeps Coins, and redemptions are capped at 1,000 Sweeps Coins per day, which is reasonable for a new casino but could be a bottleneck for high rollers.

You can redeem your Sweeps Coins via Bank Transfer or back to your card, which is surprisingly quick. Most redemptions are processed within 12–24 hours once you’ve cleared the KYC hurdle. Some users on Reddit reported payouts within an hour, which is a serious flex for a sweeps casino. Of course, we have to temper that with the reports of players not receiving a payout at all, but there are positive signs here.

Redemption limits are $1,000/day, but that’s a pretty good problem to have.

SpinsAmerica has gone hard on the red, white, and blue theme, and it works. The site is clean, fast, and refreshingly easy to navigate. Everything from sign-up to game filtering is intuitive, with tabs for Slots, Live Dealers, bonuses, and redemptions placed right where they should be.

The branding is bold without being cheesy, and we love the focus on user flow over flashy visuals.

Mobile Gaming

There’s no native app, but the mobile-optimized website is excellent. Load times are quick, the layout adapts cleanly to smaller screens, and apart from an occasional lag that slowed down some Slots, we didn’t have any issues. Reddit has tales of Slots running so slowly they’re basically unplayable, but that wasn’t our experience.

For a new casino, this is a very polished mobile casino experience.

Customer Support

SpinsAmerica offers email support, but Live Chat seems to have been removed at some point. That’s not great.

The FAQ page covers the most basic questions, including how to redeem and troubleshoot purchases. It’s functional but not expansive.

Response times for the email support were solid when we tested them and we got a response within 6 hours via email. But we’ve seen plenty of people online saying that simply isn’t the case for them.

SpinsAmerica is a conundrum. All the basics are in place, they have top quality game providers, a VIP Club, the potential for fast redemptions and even responsible gambling tools. The design is nice and we think there’s potential here. But overwhelmingly the user reviews are negative and it’s just hard to recommend a site the community hates with a passion. 

So we’re going to say take your money elsewhere for now, and focus on sites with great feedback from your fellow players. SpinsAmerica could become one of those sites, easily, but it isn’t there yet. And they have some fundamental issues to deal with between now and then. 

We’ll revisit this review when we see a major improvement in the customer care department. Until then, we have to recommend you steer clear of SpinsAmerica and take your business to another casino.
