Spinova Review [Updated for 2026]

spinova homepage

Spinova might have big ambitions for its place in the sweepstakes casino market, but whether or not ambition matches reality is another matter entirely. The games library is diverse, but the small number of overall games has caused this to work against the casino rather than in its favor.

To its credit, the casino does show signs of potential, such as its bonus selection as well as its games array. The 200% first purchase bonus is a clear example of this, offering players generous amounts of additional Gold Coins.

However, we can’t appraise Spinova based on what it could be. We need to focus on what it currently offers. With that in mind, we’ll be analyzing key areas of a sweepstakes casino website to inform our overall decision of whether Spinova is worth playing at.

Advantages
Solid first purchase deal
Easy to use website
Entertaining games
Disadvantages
Limited non-Slots games
Partnership with unlicensed developers
Woeful customer support
No Responsible Gambling tools

Licensing and Legal Compliance

spinova legal information

Spinova is available in most US states, only being prohibited in Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Montana, Michigan, Nevada, and Washington.

Players must be at least 18 to create an account, which is in line with the industry standard.

However, we would encourage players to exercise caution, as Spinova has partnered with a number of unlicensed games developers.

Score: 5/20

Encryption and Security

Spinova uses SSL encryption to protect its website. As this is commonly used to protect online casinos, players can rest assured that this software is more than sufficient enough to protect against potential security breaches.

Score: 20/20

Reputation & Customer Reviews

Due to its newness, we were unable to find any Trustpilot reviews on Spinova. The casino evidently has work to do to establish a reputation.

Score: 0/40

General Terms

The T&Cs regarding Sweeps Coins were largely as we expected, but there was a caveat that we were disappointed by. All Sweeps Coins must be wagered at least once to become redeemable, and each token is worth $1 of real money.

On top of this, you need 100 Sweeps Coins for a Cash Prize redemption. This may be in line with the industry standard, but it’s still too high for our liking. To make matters worse, all states are restricted to a weekly cap of $5,000 in redemptions, which will likely prove a sticking point for high rollers.

2️⃣ Games

spinova games

As we mentioned at the start, Spinova has opted for multiple games categories, but this unfortunately means the library is spread thin.

However, the games that we determined as being from trusted developers are entertaining, despite their rather small number.

Online Slots
Toggle answer

The Slots selection at Spinova was entertaining, which was a pleasant surprise as we’ve encountered several smaller developers that offer sub-par experiences.

The important caveat here is that we didn’t try the whole array of Slots out, as we made a conscious effort to steer well clear of any developers we couldn’t authenticate as fair.

Score: 12/20

Table Games
Toggle answer

The Table Games selection is very small and largely sticks to the basics like Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack. That said, there are some other games such as Sic Bo, Craps, and Video Poker.

Although the options here were entertaining, the fact that a number of these were created in-house presents a double-edged sword. Some players may turn away from these options due to the lack of a recognized games developer.

Score: 14/20

Instant Win
Toggle answer

spinova instant win games

The fact that Instant Win games were available at Spinova was a pleasant surprise, although, as we expected, the selection is quite limited.

We were pleased to see Scratch Cards made available alongside Plinko and Coin Flip, although we should caution that Scratch Cards tend to come with lower RTP rates than the industry average.

Score: 15/20

Live Casino
Toggle answer

Live Casino games are the area where Spinova undoubtedly shines.

Although the available games are largely the same as the Table Games section, they are developed by ICONIC21, who specialize in this category. This means that players can expect a highly entertaining experience, but most importantly, they can also expect one that’s fair.

3️⃣ Bonuses & Promos

Welcome Bonus

Spinova’s take on the standard no deposit bonus rewards 15,000 Gold Coins and 3 Sweeps Coins. It’s a rather mixed result, as although the premium currency reward is solid, we wish there were more Gold Coins on offer.

On top of this, the casino also provides a first purchase bonus, but it’s not what we were expecting. Although you can get a 200% boost on Gold Coins, this unfortunately doesn’t apply to Sweeps Coins incentives. You’ll still get bonus Sweeps Coins when you buy a qualifying Gold Coins bundle, but the lack of extra premium currency is still disappointing.

Score: 18/30

Ongoing Promotions

Unfortunately, the bonuses for existing players are very sparse, and they’re not particularly good either.

The Daily Login bonus of 5,000 Gold Coins and 0.5 Sweeps Coins is easy to claim, but it’s not particularly generous at all. We get that the casino doesn’t want to give too much away, but they could’ve afforded to be a bit more giving.

For its part, the Mail-In bonus of 1 Sweeps Coin isn’t even worth the effort. It takes too long to credit, and the prize is very small. Although you can fill out multiple requests, this doesn’t change the fact that this bonus isn’t worth your time.

The one saving grace here is the Coinback offer. We’re always happy to see this made available, as getting even a small amount of your wins back helps soften the blow of losing in the first place.

Score: 15/25

Loyalty Program

Spinova offers a tiered VIP Program to encourage players to stick around by offering better rewards as an incentive.

We were impressed that this extends to the Coinback feature we mentioned earlier, which helps set the casino’s offering apart from a range of other sweeps casinos.

Score: 20/25

Wagering Terms and Conditions

The T&Cs regarding Sweeps Coins aren’t what we expected. All premium currency tokens are worth $1 of real money and must be wagered at least once to become redeemable.

However, the redemption limits are much lower than we are used to seeing. Far from the standard limit of 10,000 Sweeps Coins a day, Spinova only allows players to redeem up to 5,000 Sweeps Coins a week, regardless of what state they’re in.

4️⃣ Payments & Banking

Deposit Methods

Spinova’s players have a decent amount of payment options to call upon, as they can use Visa, Mastercard, Neosurf, Interac, and Neteller.

There is also a range of Gold Coins bundles to choose from, allowing players to increase their account balance straight away.

Score: 17/20

Withdrawal Methods

As we mentioned earlier, the redemptions process at Spinova is in need of major improvements.

Although the same deposit methods can be used for redemptions, the fact that you can only redeem 5,000 Sweeps Coins a week is a sticking point. While it’s not likely to be an issue for casual players, this could prove very irritating for high rollers, especially given the high minimum redemption requirement of 100 Sweeps Coins.

Score: 13/25

Transaction Security and Fairness

The transactions are kept secure thanks to the SSL encryption software the casino uses, and each of the banking methods has its own security provisions in place for further protection.

The 1x wagering requirement is also in line with the industry standard, so players can rest assured that the casino is playing fair.

5️⃣ User Experience

Website Design & Navigation

To its credit, we found that the Spinova website works well, which probably has a fair amount to do with the fact that the casino has opted for the simplistic design that many new sweeps websites choose.

The website is also easy to get around, as key areas are neatly signposted. This particularly applies to the games library, which has a solid amount of filters. We also like the fact that the casino has made it easy to switch between Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins as you see fit, which helps keep the experience fresh, should you choose to sign up.

Score: 20/25

Mobile Gaming

Unfortunately, we were unable to find a mobile app for Spinova. This may not be surprising, but it’s disappointing to see, particularly as the mobile casino website has a notable deficiency.

When we tested it out, the mobile version didn’t offer a search bar. As a result, you have to scroll through the games manually. This might not seem like a big deal given the limited games library, but it makes the overall experience feel a lot less seamless than it should.

Score: 10/20

Customer Support

Customer support is the backbone of any business, as all customers will need it at some point. This makes it especially disappointing to see just how bad Spinova’s offering is.

The only methods you have for getting in touch are the Contact form and phone support.

The presence of phone support is welcome, but the fact that this is designed for serious issues like payment queries effectively rules it out as an option, unless it’s absolutely necessary. Normally we’d praise a casino for this decision, but not when the other options are severely lacking.

When we tested it out, we had to wait 12 hours to get a reply from the Contact form. Although we could understand this waiting time if it were by email, there is no reason why players should be made to wait this long otherwise.

Score: 5/30

Responsible Gaming Measures

As bad as the customer support is, Responsible Gambling is an area where Spinova doesn’t even manage to get off the ground. There aren’t any tools at all, which, needless to say, is absolutely not on.

This is bad enough, but the final nail in the coffin is that the support team at Spinova can reject your request. This is unacceptable. There’s no other way to describe it.

Our Verdict

As ambitious as it might have looked, Spinova doesn’t hold up to much scrutiny when you look beyond the surface.

Although the casino shows some signs of promise, such as with its clear intention to build a diverse games library, entertaining games, and a solid first purchase bonus, the strengths are overshadowed by major drawbacks.

There might be a spread of games, but the fact that a lot of these are supplied by unlicensed developers raises concerns as to whether the casino can be trusted.

To make matters worse, the customer support was woeful, the Responsible Gambling tools were non-existent, and the fact that the support team can reject your request to close your account is the biggest red flag of them all. Simply put, we can’t recommend Spinova to sweeps casino enthusiasts in good conscience.
