Most importantly, the team was nothing but helpful, whichever method we used.

We were also pleased to see phone support made available. Not many sweeps casinos offer this to players, so the ones that do stand out for a very good reason. We also have to give the casino credit for its banking options. Although the deposit methods are restricted, the fact that you can get your winnings within 24 hours is a very welcome change from the industry standard, where it usually takes several days to claim your winnings with this method.

However, the bonuses definitely need working on, as the current range isn’t as generous as we would have liked. Granted, there should be enough here to keep most players topped up, but we really expected Sorcery Reels to offer more of an incentive to stick around. The fact that the VIP Program needs maintenance to keep you at your current level might sound like a good idea in theory, but it could just as well cause players to get frustrated and look elsewhere.
