PlayFame Casino Review [Updated for 2026]

PlayFame launched in June 2024, but this newcomer is part of the B2 Services stable of sweepstakes casinos and has an industry giant behind it.
B2 is behind big-name casinos like McLuck, Jackpota, Hello Millions, and Mega Bonanza. It is expanding constantly and building a serious empire.
That industry gravitas has helped PlayFame kick off with a bang, with 1,000 games from leading providers like NetEnt, Relax Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and more.
It’s a slots-focused casino with a wide choice of mechanics, but you also get a well-curated selection of Live Dealer games and Instant Win titles.
Could this newcomer hit the same giddy heights as McLuck and Jackpota? Let’s find out in this in-depth PlayFame review.
1️⃣ Trust & Safety
Licensing and Legal Compliance
We trust PlayFame completely, and you should, too, based on the track record of its other casinos. There is no gaming license, but the company is properly registered in Estonia and has a massive reputation throughout the industry for doing things the right way.
And while the casino doesn’t need a license, the gaming providers have their own. The games all undergo regular testing, and the RNGs are audited by licensing bodies all over the world. The likes of NetEnt also fiercely protect their reputation and only work with reputable casinos.
It takes KYC seriously and has blocked a vast number of states that aren’t exactly receptive to the sweepstakes model. These include Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Washington, and West Virginia.
PlayFame plays it by the book because it is part of a monster sweepstakes empire with a complete legal and compliance team behind it.
Score: 20/20
Encryption and Security
Another benefit of the huge parent company is that PlayFame gets the best security and encryption in the business. That includes Enterprise-grade 256-bit SSL technology and RSA asymmetric algorithmic data protection. It would take a supercomputer decades to crack this stuff.
In line with B2 Services company policy, the financial side is kept totally separate from the gaming platform, which is an added layer of protection. You really won’t find a higher level of security at a sweeps casino.
Score: 19/20
Reputation & Customer Reviews
The good news just keeps on coming, and PlayFame has a near-perfect public reputation. A 4.6-star rating on Trustpilot is almost impossible to achieve, and it has more than 80% 5-star reviews and just 9% 1-star reviews. That’s good, really good.
Reddit is full of stories of happy gamblers saying how easy the redemption was. Inevitably there are a few that ran into KYC issues that aren’t so happy, but the overwhelming majority of players seem to love this site.
PlayFame has amassed 47,000 followers on Facebook, with 96% recommending them in reviews, 17,500 on Instagram, and 4,500 on X. For a new site, that’s another sign that it’s winning the hearts and minds of the public.
Score: 35/40
General Terms
It’s all fairly standard for the most part. You have to be 18 years of age and live in the US, and you have to agree to steer clear of class action lawsuits and go through arbitration instead in the event of a dispute. There’s an interesting clause specifically banning team play or coordinated play between accounts, and the casino seems to be covering itself by putting the responsibility on self-excluded players not to sign up again. But apart from that, the T&Cs are pretty straightforward.

Final Trust and Safety Score: 89/100

2️⃣ Games
With some of the biggest game providers in the business, PlayFame has smashed it out of the park with the game’s selection. There is only 1 Table Game and a limited selection of Live Dealer games, but that means you’re getting a pretty awesome collection of Slots.
You can also join PlayFame’s innovative Creators scheme and bet on games with casino streamers like Amouranth. This provides a whole new slant on the Slots experience, and we like the social element that goes with it. This is outside-the-box thinking, and it’s a breath of fresh air.
We love the information cards attached to every slot game, too, with the minimum and maximum spin costs, volatility, potential wins and more. Those cards even have the latest jackpot when you’re dealing with a progressive jackpot game.
Online Slots

There are more than 1,000 Slots from suppliers like NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, 3 Oaks Gaming, and Spinomenal.
I was browsing for a while, and the tabs at the top that help you select games by mechanics like Hold & Win, Jackpot Play, Cascading Reels, and Exclusive GC games really helped me here. Without those, there would be some serious doomscrolling to find titles to play.
Big names that jumped off the page to me include Sugar Rush, Buffalo King Megaways, Diamond Wins: Hold and Win and Coin Volcano.
Score: 19/20
Jackpot Play
For the thrillseekers among you, the Progressive Jackpot games are clearly labeled, and there are plenty of top names to choose from, including Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, The Dog House Megaways, Starlight Princess, and more.
I’m partial to a jackpot game myself, because who doesn’t like to dream about life-changing sums as they spin the reels? I mean, the odds are against us, but it’s always worth a shot, right?
Score: 17/20
Cascading Reels
These are great Slots to go for if you’re betting with smaller amounts of Sweeps Coins, because a small win can turn into a big one in a hurry.
Choose from Sugar Rush 1000 from Pragmatic Play with its sticky multipliers and up to 1,000x multipliers, Cluster Tumble where you clear blocks to unlock hidden features and cascading wins, and Big Bass Hold & Spinner. There are more than 30 cascading reels in total, which should be enough to keep you busy for a while.
Score: 18/20
Live Dealer Games

PlayFame went straight past the Table Games, apart from one game of Texas Hold ’em from Evoplay, and went straight to the Live Dealer games. If you’ve got to choose one, we’d go Live Dealer every time – so we support this decision for the most part.
Iconic21 and Playtech Live have combined their forces to give you 10 Live Dealer games and Live Game Shows, which cover the basics well. I could choose from Gravity Blackjack, a few Roulette options, and Grand Bonus Baccarat. On the Game Show front, you can opt for Spin A Win, Fashion TV Mega Party, and Adventures Beyond Wonderland.
This is a solid selection, and I didn’t feel short-changed at all, so this is a win.

3️⃣ Bonuses & Promos

PlayFame is serious about bonuses, which we’ve come to expect from the B2 Services portfolio of sites. There’s a great welcome bonus, an even better first purchase bonus, and a consistent flow of free coins to keep you coming back for more.
Welcome Bonus
All I had to do was sign up and verify my account to claim the 7,500 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins PlayFame Casino no deposit bonus. You get a decent reward from the Mail-In bonus, which is a legal requirement for sweepstakes casinos. Send a handwritten note to the address on the site, and you can claim 4 free Sweeps Coins from the Alternative Means of Entry. Most people don’t do it, but it’s worth the effort this time.
Once the free coins run out, you might want to check the PlayFame first purchase bonus, which gives you a massive 60,000 Gold Coins and 25 Sweeps Coins for $9.99
Score: 26/30
Ongoing Promotions
There’s a random element to the Daily Login bonus that appealed to the gambler in me, creating a sense of occasion and uncertainty when I logged in. I got 1,000 Gold Coins, but the Sweeps Coins bonus can be anything from 0.2-2.5 SC, and that’s a huge difference. When I got the full amount, it felt like a game-win all on its own.
The Referral bonus is a serious proposition here, too, as if you refer a friend with your link and they spend $50 or more, you get 60,000 Gold Coins and 20 SC. Then it goes to a higher tier and if they really spend big then you can get up to 160,000 GC and 70 Sweeps Coins. That’s a serious reward and it made me share my wins on socials and try to convince my friends to sign up.
There are social media giveaways and a constant stream of new challenges on featured games, as well as the standard daily prize drops, free daily prize spins, tournaments and leaderboards for the hardcore players. PlayFame also sends email offers out, too, with promo codes giving out free spins and coins.
There is no VIP program, which we think is kind of disappointing.
Score: 21/25
Wagering Terms and Conditions
The 1x wagering requirement is totally what we expected, but we’re still happy to see it. You only need 10 SC if you go for a Gift Card redemption, too, while you’re looking at 75 SC for a Bank Transfer. The Gift Card redemption is low and generous, the Bank Transfer minimum requirement is higher than we’d like, and yet it is far from outrageous.

4️⃣ Payments & Banking
Purchase Methods
I was happy to see Apple Pay and Google Pay on the payment providers list, in addition to the standard Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. It might not seem like a big deal, but these e-wallets make everything a lot easier and remove a lot of friction from the whole process. They’re quick, simple, and just way more integrated into online life than the old bank cards.
Score: 20/25
Redemption Methods
The bad news is that withdrawals are much more limited, and you’re left with the usual Bank Transfer or Gift Card redemption options. You’ll need 10 SC for a Gift Card redemption and 75 SC to redeem with a Bank Transfer, and you’ll need to clear the 1x wagering requirement first.
We tested both types of withdrawals as we got into PlayFame. While the gift card withdrawal is listed as 1-3 days, it landed in 24 hours. It was a similar story for the bank transfer. The claimed time is 3-7 days, but it landed at the start of day 3, so right at the start of the window.
There are redemption limits, but they’re totally in line with industry standards. That’s 10,000 SC per day except for Florida, where you’re limited to 5,000. Those are good problems to have…

5️⃣ User Experience
Website Design & Navigation
I am something of a veteran of B2 Services sites, but this one is really, really good when it comes to the user experience. I love the dark layout. The game tiles really pop on this color scheme, and the simple category tabs across the top take you to specific game mechanics, new games, popular games, and more at the click of a button. You can even favorite games and keep them in a separate tab for fast access.
Score: 21/25
Mobile Gaming
There is a native iOS app, which is a supremely tactile gaming experience. We assume there’s an Android app on the way, as you can pay with Google Pay, but as it is, Android users have to make do with the mobile-optimized site. That’s really not a big deal, as the mobile casino site works perfectly across any device. Again, B2 Services runs a handful of top casinos, and they learned their lessons along the way, so the site is uncluttered, fast to load, and intuitive.
Score: 19/20
Customer Support
So far this PlayFame Casino review has been more or less gushing praise, but there’s always one place where a casino falls down. Here it’s the customer support, but not in a major way.
There is a Live Chat system, but it’s only available to people who have bought coins. We can see the logic, but we also think that’s a shame. Free players are limited to email support, which is ever so slightly irritating.
We obviously bought coins, so had access to the Live Chat and we have to say it’s impressive. Is it worth spending $1.99 on coins just to get to it? It depends how important your question is, but I have to say I got access to a polite, decent and knowledgeable person within moments.
There’s an FAQ, too, which could be more comprehensive.
Score: 25/30
Responsible Gaming Measures
The responsible gambling section at PlayFame is a halfway house. You can set purchase limits and implement time-outs or self-exclusion, but you have to do this through the customer support email. We’d prefer to see a set of tools, but a lot of social casinos work this way, and it’s hardly out of the ordinary.

Summary
We think PlayFame has all the basics in place, and it’s going to be a star of the social casino sector. This is a casino with massive backing from one of the biggest operators in the game, more than 1,000 games from the best providers, and a solid Live Dealer section. Customer support could use a few tweaks, but apart from that, this is one of the best social casinos we have played on in recent times, and it gets a double thumbs up from us. Give it a try and prepare to be entertained.
