Lunaland Casino Review [Updated for 2026]

Lunaland is one of the newest sweepstakes casinos, having only been launched in March 2025. Despite this, the casino has managed to offer a solid selection of Slots from BGaming and Pragmatic Play.
On top of this, the casino has clearly put a lot of effort into ensuring its players practice Responsible Gambling, with tools ranging from common tips to self-assessments, purchase limits and self-exclusions.
That said, while there are a number of things that Lunaland gets right, its newness inevitably means that it falls short in several areas. These include its bonus offering, and customer support, which we will cover in greater detail later.
1️⃣ Trust & Safety
Licensing and Legal Compliance
As it is a sweepstakes casino, there is no need for Lunaland to hold a license to be able to operate. Instead, the casino must be fully compliant with the laws of the territories it operates in, and Lunaland meets this criteria. What’s more, the casino is available in almost all the US states, with the only exceptions being Idaho, Michigan, Nevada and Washington.
Creating an account with Lunaland is very straightforward, as players simply have to supply personal details including their email address, date of birth and location as part of mandatory KYC checks.
To ensure further compliance with regional restrictions, Lunaland has imposed a withdrawal limit of $10,000 a day, which drops to $5,000 in New York and Florida. Finally, the casino requires all players to be of legal gambling age in the state they reside in, rather than imposing a flat minimum age restriction.
Score: 18/20
Encryption and Security
Lunaland employs SSL encryption software as a standard measure, which is regularly updated to ensure maximum protection.
Although the casino doesn’t use geo-blocks, the verification checks will prohibit all players from restricted states, as well as those who are under their state’s legal gambling.
Score: 14/20
Reputation & Customer Reviews
At this point in time Lunaland doesn’t have any customer reviews on Trustpilot, which isn’t surprising given that the casino is very new.
Although we were able to find a Facebook page, this was only created at the beginning of March 2025. The page only has 48 likes and 58 followers, underlining the fact that the casino still has a long way to go to build its reputation. As well as having a sparse Facebook following, we couldn’t find X and Instagram accounts for Lunaland either.
Score: 5/40
General Terms
The Terms and Conditions are mostly fairly standard, including that Sweeps Coins come with a 1x wagering requirement before they can be redeemed. On top of this, regional withdrawal limits apply, with players in the states of New York and Florida only able to redeem up to $5,000 of Sweeps Coins a day.
We were slightly disappointed to see that Gift Cards are not a viable redemption option, as this would have made the process much more accessible. However, the redemption requirements for Cash Prizes are considerably lower than we have encountered at other sweeps casinos, as players only need 50 eligible Sweeps Coins to make a redemption request.

2️⃣ Games

Lunaland’s games library may be a decent size at around 150+ titles, but its range of gaming categories is very restricted. Currently, only Slots are available, as although the casino advertises Crash games on its website, there are no options that are listed for players to enjoy.
The casino doesn’t provide its players with Game Information cards, which means that you have to go through each game in turn to find essential information such as RTP rates and Volatility levels. This is obviously very time-consuming, and I hope this information is made more readily available in the future.
Online slots

Despite the library advertising Crash games, all of the current titles are Slots, with games supplied by the leading iGaming developers of Pragmatic Play and BGaming. Of these, Pragmatic Play is responsible for the bulk of the library, as they supply 150 of the games to players, while BGaming provides around 30 games.
The RTP rates of most of the games hovers around 96%, which is in line with the industry average. However, despite no Jackpots Slots being available, the casino does offer players the chance to secure major wins by playing titles such as Gates of Olympus 1000, Great Rhino Megaways, and Bonanza Billion.
Score: 16/20
Crash
Although the casino advertises Crash games to players, Lunaland doesn’t actually provide them at this point in time. However, we believe this will change as the library expands.
Score: 0/25
Table Games
As the library solely consists of Slots, players can’t enjoy Table Games at Lunaland.

Lunaland doesn’t provide any Live Dealer titles to its players.

3️⃣ Bonuses & Promos
Lunaland’s bonus offering is a mixed bag, as although there are ways for players to acquire Luna Coins and Sweeps Coins, the available methods become quite limited once you have used up your new player bonuses.

Welcome Bonus

Lunaland’s welcome bonus offers a large amount of currency to both paying and non-paying players in the form of a no deposit bonus and a first purchase bonus.
All new players are given a no deposit welcome bonus of 100,000 Luna Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins, which gives plenty of scope to enjoy the Slots titles as you see fit. Should you want to top up your balance even further, the casino offers a first purchase bonus of 500,000 Luna Coins + 10 Sweeps Coins for just $7.
Taken together, this means that new players can receive 600,000 Luna Coins and 12 Sweeps Coins, which is easily more than enough to explore the casino’s library in depth.
Score: 28/30
Ongoing Promotions
Although the welcome bonus offering at Lunaland is decent, the same can’t be said for its range of ongoing promotions. Although the casino provides players with a Mail-In bonus and a Referral Program, it can take a while before players are able to see their efforts bear fruit.
Players must fill the Mail-In bonus request out in accordance with the rules laid out on the website to get the 3 Sweeps Coins on offer, and even then there is a sizable wait before this hits your account. On top of this, the Referral bonus of 400,000 Luna Coins and 20 Sweeps Coins is generous, but requires referred individuals to spend at least $15 to unlock.
There is also no Daily Login bonus, which we were very disappointed to see, as this removes an incentive for players to keep returning to the Lunaland website.
Score: 12/25
Loyalty Program
Unfortunately, Lunaland doesn’t offer a VIP Program to its customers at the time of writing.
We really hope to see this fixed in future, as it would help customer retention, which is crucial in an increasingly competitive market. This would prove especially useful in the case of Lunaland, as its existing bonuses are nowhere near good enough.
Score: 0/25
Wagering Terms and Conditions
The wagering Terms and Conditions were largely positive. All premium currency tokens at Lunaland are worth the standard $1 of real money, and come with the usual 1x wagering requirement.
While we would have liked to see Gift Card redemptions made available, the redemptions process is still very accessible, as players only require a minimum of 50 eligible Sweeps Coins to redeem a Cash Prize. This is much lower than we have encountered at other sweepstakes casinos, where the minimum requirement usually sits at 100 Sweeps Coins.

Final Bonuses and Promotions Score: 57/100

4️⃣ Payments & Banking

The payment options at Lunaland Casino are limited, but reliable. You’ll have to go with debit or credit cards to make a deposit, and Bank Transfers for redemptions.
Purchase Methods
Lunaland provides four viable deposit methods in Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. This gives players a greater deal of flexibility than we have encountered at other sweeps casinos, which are famous for restricted payment methods. Furthermore, all the deposits are instant, allowing players to start exploring the library right away.
On top of this, the casino provides players with six different Luna Coins bundles, and all but the cheapest $1.99 option have a Sweeps Coins bonus attached. Furthermore, the bonus Sweeps Coins amounts are all slightly higher than the price point, which makes the bundles even more appealing.
Score: 16/20
Redemption Methods

Although the deposit methods at Lunaland are solid, the same cannot be said for withdrawals. Redemptions can only be made via Bank Transfer, and players face up to a 10 day wait to get their hands on their winnings. This is much too long as far we are concerned.
However, the low 50 Sweeps Coins minimum for Cash Prize redemptions does claw back some points, as this makes it much more likely that players will meet the requirements for a Cash Prize withdrawal.
Score: 16/20
Transaction Security and Fairness
Lunaland transactions are kept secure thanks to up-to-date SSL encryption software. What’s more, the safety of player transactions is further reinforced by the support of online Bank Transfers, as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All of these online payment methods have their own additional security measures, which provides additional peace of mind for players.
The casino’s fairness is also not in any doubt, as the 1x playthrough requirement on Sweeps Coins is completely in line with the industry standard.

5️⃣ User Experience
Website Design & Navigation

Given the fact that Lunaland was just launched, we expected that the website needs a considerable amount of work. However, we were disappointed to learn that the casino has a range of titles that aren’t accessible yet, which is a bad look for an online casino regardless of its age. Rather than making certain categories and titles unavailable, it would have been better for the casino to provide a slimmed down library that is fully accessible.
That said, we found it very easy to visit the key areas of the website, such as the games library and the coin store. Lunaland has divided its key shortcuts into two main areas. Games and the VIP Program are displayed at the top of the homepage, while Rewards, the Coin Store, and your Account are located under the main menu. Although this may take a little bit longer to get to where you need to, it also makes the website feel less cluttered.
Score: 15/25
Mobile Gaming
Although Lunaland doesn’t offer a mobile app, this isn’t a major problem. Most sweeps casinos don’t provide this to their customers either, so it would be unfair to expect Lunaland to buck this trend. Plus, the casino is brand new, so expecting an app from the get-go is also unrealistic.
I also found that the website works the same on a mobile device and a desktop computer, which ensures mobile players don’t miss out on anything. Finally, it’s worth noting that the games load faster on a smaller screen, which is an additional incentive to play at Lunaland on the go.
Score: 14/20
Customer Support
As we mentioned earlier, customer support is one of the main areas where Lunaland needs the most improvement. When we tested the support channels out, it took 12 hours to get a reply from the chat box. Even giving leeway for the casino’s newness, that is far too long.
If Lunaland is unable to offer alternative contact methods, we would encourage them to create a well-stocked FAQ page. Giving users the ability to fix problems themselves would alleviate a considerable amount of the strain the support team is under.
However, despite the poor waiting times, it’s clear that the casino has prioritized quality over quantity, as the support staff are nothing but helpful. As well as this, although the response times are currently quite long, we believe this will change as the casino’s support system becomes more established.
Score: 15/30
Responsible Gaming Measures
Lunaland takes its commitment to its players’ welfare very seriously, as shown by the range of Responsible Gambling tools it provides. These range from hands-off support such as advice on how to keep gambling fun through to more extreme temporary and permanent self-exclusions.
Although you can set purchase limits, we were disappointed to learn that this requires the customer service team to get involved, as you cannot impose these limits without going through the support channels.
However, while this is annoying, we were pleasantly surprised to see Lunaland provide players with the ability to self-assess whether they are developing a problem. As this is done completely without judgement, players are much more likely to be honest about their gambling habits. Should they need external support, Lunaland has provided links to useful Responsible Gambling organizations that are better equipped to help those at risk.

Summary
Lunaland’s library certainly looks entertaining, but the fact that it solely consists of Slots in its current form will undoubtedly be off-putting to a large number of casino players. As well as this, the casino needs to offer more payment options and customer support methods if it is to compete in a crowded market.
Taking everything into consideration, we can’t recommend Lunaland in its current form. There is just too much that needs fixing. That said, the fixes themselves are easy to make, so it may not be too long before we change our current stance.
