LuckyStars Review [Updated for 2026]

LuckyStars is one of the newer sweepstakes casinos on the scene, having only launched in May 2025.
As such, it still appears to be rolling out some features, but the core offering is already in place. Already, the casino is able to offer a solid games library and a decent bonus selection.
That said, we can’t completely overlook the casino’s drawbacks just because it’s new. With that in mind, we’ll be taking an in-depth look at the key areas of an online sweeps casino to determine whether or not LuckyStars is worth your time.
1️⃣ Trust & Safety
Licensing and Legal Compliance
LuckyStars operates under sweepstakes laws rather than a gambling license, which is standard for this type of casino.
However, its availability is somewhat restricted, as it is unavailable in Alabama, Connecticut, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Washington.
The minimum age requirement is 18 years old, which is in line with the industry standard.
Score: 15/20
Encryption and Security
The LuckyStars website uses SSL encryption to keep player information and transactions safe. It’s the same security standard used by most casinos, so players can rest assured that their information is safe.
Score: 20/20
Reputation & Customer Reviews

As LuckyStars is so new, it wasn’t a surprise to see that it only has 7 reviews. However, the average score of 2.5 stars is a bit concerning, although we are prepared to give the casino the benefit of the doubt due to the sheer lack of reviews here.
At present, LuckyStars hasn’t responded to any of the negative reviews here. Maybe it’s just because there are so few of them, but it would still go a long way in showing a commitment to improving.
Score: 5/40
General Terms
At the beginning, the T&Cs regarding Sweeps Coins were as we expected. All Sweeps Coins must be wagered at least once to become redeemable, and each token is worth $1 of real money.
On top of this, you need 100 Sweeps Coins for a Cash Prize redemption. This may be in line with the industry standard, but it’s still too high for our liking.
However, we were disappointed to see Bank Transfers as the only available redemption method, as the wait times here can vary from 2 to 7 days.

2️⃣ Games
LuckyStars already manages to offer a respectable 500+ games from both leading and promising developers. This allows players to both enjoy popular favorites and also uncover some hidden gems.
Predictably, Slots make up the majority of the catalog, although players also have the ability to enjoy Table Games, Live Casino games, Arcade games, and Instant Win games.
Unfortunately, there are no Game Information cards available. Granted, this is a nuisance, but it’s hardly like LuckyStars is alone in this regard. Most other sweeps casinos have this flaw as well, so it’s not as concerning as it would otherwise be.
Online Slots
LuckyStars’ Slots library is impressive both in the quantity and quality of its options. As well as Classic games, the sheer number of options in the library allows the casino to offer players the chance to enjoy modern mechanics such as Megaways, Cascading Reels, and more.
With so many options, knowing where to start can be difficult. If you’re looking for suggestions, we would encourage you to check out the popular Slots of The Defenders, Wild Whopper, and Piggy Riches Megaways.
Score: 17/20
Live Casino

Most of the library is Slots, but the Live Casino lobby is solid as well.
Fans of staple games like Blackjack, Baccarat, and Roulette are especially well catered to here, as multiple variants are available to keep the gaming experience fresh. This also enables players to opt for games with differing house edges, meaning they can opt for a higher chance of winning or higher payouts as they see fit.
Granted, the selection here isn’t perfect. There are some notable absences, such as Live Game Shows, but what is currently available is more than enough to keep fans of real-time experiences entertained.
Score: 17/20
Arcade & Instant Win
We’re always happy to see Arcade games and Instant Win games available, as they offer a refreshing alternative to the staples found at most casinos. We found Coin Flip, Crash, and the Scratch Cards selection to be especially entertaining.
These games are often much faster-paced than you may be used to, which really helps keep the experience fresh as each new game promises something different.
The one thing that is worth mentioning here is that not all Arcade games and Instant Win games are designed with the same purpose in mind. For example, Plinko is better suited to more budget-conscious players, while Scratch Cards are catered towards players who are willing to put up with a lower chance of winning in return for the prospect of greater rewards.

3️⃣ Bonuses & Promos
Welcome Bonus

LuckyStars’s no deposit bonus is a solid 100,000 Gold Coins and 3 Sweeps Coins. This is excellent, as it is much more well-balanced than we are used to seeing.
On top of this, the casino offers a selection of first purchase bonuses to its customers, so players of all budgets should be able to find a deal that works for them.
Score: 20/30
Ongoing Promotions
Unfortunately, although the welcome incentives are solid, there aren’t that many bonuses for existing players at LuckyStars to take advantage of. As it stands, the only options we were able to find are a Birthday Gift, a Daily Login bonus, a Mail-In bonus, and a small selection of social media promotions.
The Birthday Gift of free Coins is welcome, but unfortunately the exact amount you get isn’t guaranteed.
The casino does offer a set Daily Login bonus of 20,000 Gold Coins + 0.2 Sweeps Coins, which is decent, but we can’t help but feel the premium currency reward is very small.
The other guaranteed reward is the Mail-In bonus of 3 Sweeps Coins. This is a solid amount in itself, but we really like the fact that you can send in multiple requests to boost your account balance even further.
Finally, Social media bonuses are occasionally offered, but at the moment they are very few and far between.
Score: 13/25
Loyalty Program
LuckyStars offers a VIP Program to all players, with better benefits on offer the higher you climb up the ladder.
The rewards on offer here include extra Coins on purchases, surprise bonuses, and lower spending requirements on certain games, so LuckyStars does make a tempting offer to newcomers to get them to sign up.
Score: 20/25
Wagering Terms and Conditions
The wagering terms and conditions were largely as we expected. All Sweeps Coins are worth 1 USD and must be wagered at least once to become eligible for redemption.
On top of this, the maximum redemption amount is $10,000 per day, which is the usual standard we’re used to. What’s more, the Florida limit is capped at $5,000, which is exactly what we expected.

4️⃣ Payments & Banking
Deposit Methods
Even for a sweeps casino, the payment options at LuckyStars leave an awful lot to be desired.
Currently, players can only make a deposit with Visa and Mastercard. These are solid options, but we wish there were more options available.
Score: 10/20
Withdrawal Methods
The redemption methods at LuckyStars are even more restrictive than the deposit options, as your only option here is a Bank Transfer. As such, you can expect a long wait, with completion times typically ranging from 2 to 7 days. This really sucks, and it’s something we would urge the casino to sort out if it is serious about growing its business.
In line with the industry standard, you’ll need at least 100 Sweeps Coins to make a redemption. It’s also worth remembering that you can redeem up to $10,000 per request as long as you’re not in Florida, where the limit drops to $5,000.
Score: 8/25
Transaction Security and Fairness
The transactions are kept secure thanks to the SSL encryption software the casino uses, and each of the banking methods has its own security provisions in place for further protection.
The 1x wagering requirement is also in line with the industry standard, so players can rest assured that the casino is playing fair.
Score: 25/25
Final Payment and Transaction Methods Score: 43/70

5️⃣ User Experience
Website Design & Navigation

LuckyStars’ website didn’t give the best first impression when we started testing it, but this improved as changes were made across the course of our time trying out the site.
Now that some edits have been made since it was launched, the website is now easy to use. Everything is neatly signposted, and there is a decent range of filters available in the games library. The provider filter is a particularly welcome touch, especially given that there are over 30 software developers present on the site.
The main thing to be aware of here is to make sure you’re using the LuckyStars domain that ends in dot com. There are casino websites with the same name out there, but they’re nowhere near the level of this one.
Score: 20/25
Mobile Gaming
Although the casino works just as well on mobile devices as it does on a computer, LuckyStars doesn’t have any mobile apps to offer to customers.
Although we can give the casino some leeway here as it’s very new, we were still disappointed to see that it had launched without this feature, as many mobile casino players have come to expect this regardless of how old the online casino is.
Score: 14/20
Customer Support
The customer support options at LuckyStars are the standard Live Chat, email, and a FAQ section.
However, though the standard bases have been covered, LuckyStars definitely needs to improve its response time. In particular, we had to wait three hours for a reply from the Live Chat. This is much slower than we are used to, and we have no doubt this applies to other users as well. The quality of the response was excellent though, so if LuckyStars can speed up its responses, this would significantly help boost its reputation.
What’s more, LuckyStars has paid much more attention to its FAQ page than we are used to seeing, ensuring players are given information on a wide range of common queries.
Score: 23/30
Responsible Gaming Measures
LuckyStars has already made a range of Responsible Gambling tools available to its users, although the lack of a playing time reminder is disappointing.
This isn’t to take away from the casino’s clear commitment to helping its players stay safe, as LuckyStars is able to offer common sense advice to safe gambling, as well as precautionary tools like spending limits, playing time limits, and the ability to temporarily self-exclude if necessary.
In the event that players find themselves in need of more serious help, LuckyStars has provided the contact details of gambling support organizations, which are much better-placed to assist players in defeating their addiction.

Our Verdict
LuckyStars may still be finding its feet, but it’s off to a promising start. To name just a few strengths, the games library offers a diverse selection of categories, the welcome offer is generous, and the website is very easy to use.
Of course, there is room for improvement, most notably in terms of the severely limited banking options and the slow response time of the customer support team. These need to be addressed sooner rather than later if the casino hopes to grow, with the customer support responses being the area in need of the most attention.
However, for now, the positives outweigh the negatives, and we are confident that LuckyStars will address its shortcomings in time. With that in mind, we are happy to suggest LuckyStars as a viable option for sweepstakes casino enthusiasts.
