Lucky.me Review [Updated for 2026]

Launched in 2025, Lucky.me is one of the newest names to hit the sweepstakes casino scene. Despite only launching recently, the casino is already able to offer players 600+ games from industry-leading developers like Betsoft and Relax Gaming, an array of bonuses, and excellent customer support.
As good as its first impression was, we noted some drawbacks as well during our time testing the site, including the poor no deposit welcome bonus. With this being the case, it’s important for us to analyze the casino in detail, as this will provide an overall picture of whether or not we view Lucky.me as a viable option.
1️⃣ Trust & Safety
Licensing and Legal Compliance
Lucky.me operates under sweepstakes laws rather than a gambling license, which is standard for this type of casino.
However, its availability is quite heavily restricted, as it is unavailable in Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
The minimum age requirement is 18 years old, which is in line with the industry standard.
Score: 14/20
Encryption and Security
The Lucky.me website uses SSL encryption to keep player information and transactions safe. It’s the same security standard used by most casinos, so players can rest assured that their information is safe.
Score: 20/20
Reputation & Customer Reviews

As it is so new, we weren’t surprised to see that Lucky.me only has 29 reviews on Trustpilot. The 2.2 star rating doesn’t look good, but it’s worth remembering that 29 reviews is hardly a massive sample.
The small sample size isn’t the only reason we’re prepared to give the casino the benefit of the doubt, as Lucky.me has responded to 100% of the negative reviews, although the average reply time of 1 month could significantly be improved.
Score: 12/40
General Terms
At the beginning, the T&Cs regarding Sweeps Coins were as we expected. All Sweeps Coins must be wagered at least once to become redeemable, and each token is worth $1 of real money.
On top of this, you need 100 Sweeps Coins for a Cash Prize redemption. This may be in line with the industry standard, but it’s still too high for our liking.
Unfortunately, the redemption times aren’t great. Bank Transfers redemptions take between 3 and 5 business days, although this isn’t the longest wait we’ve encountered.

2️⃣ Games

Lucky.me’s games library made a strong first impression, and it could easily grow into a real contender among its rivals with well thought-out decision making. Already there are 600+ games, but most of these are Slots.
There is a small selection of other options that includes Table Games and Fish games, but as fun as these options are, there’s currently not much to keep you entertained for a good while if you aren’t a Slots enthusiast.
Online Slots
Slots are clearly the casino’s biggest strength, and it makes sense that Lucky.me chose to focus its initial efforts here, as this category is immensely popular.
Given the amount of work that has gone into creating this category, it wasn’t surprising to find an impressive variety of mechanics available, including Megaways, Hold & Win, and Bonus Buy options.
What’s more, the betting limits typically range from 0.20 Sweeps Coins to 20 Sweeps Coins per spin, making them accessible to both casual players and high rollers.
There is a solid blend of options here, although the lack of a dedicated Jackpot category was disappointing.
Score: 17/20
Other Games

Unfortunately, Lucky.me’s fixation on Slots has evidently come at the expense of other areas of the games library.
To its credit, the casino is able to offer Blackjack, Casual games such as Plinko, Minesweeper, and Heads & Tails, and some Fish games. Unfortunately, there just isn’t enough here to keep you entertained for very long, and you’ll also have to search these games manually as they aren’t sorted properly.

3️⃣ Bonuses & Promos
Welcome Bonus
Lucky.me’s no deposit bonus is a bit lackluster if we’re being honest, coming in at just 5,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweeps Coin. We’d hoped for more, particularly given the size of the games library in its current state.
That said, the casino’s first purchase bonus is solid, coming in at 45,000 Gold Coins and 30 Sweeps Coins for $9.99. This provides an easy and very cost-effective way for players to boost their account balances from the start.
Score: 20/30
Ongoing Promotions

Although the welcome incentives could be improved, Lucky.me does manage to offer a number of bonuses for its existing players to take advantage of.
The standard Daily Login bonus isn’t that great to be honest, as you’ll only get 1,000 Gold Coins and 0.2 Sweeps Coins each time. That said, there is a Lucky Streak bonus on offer for the first 7 days after registration, which acts as a type of charged Daily Login bonus. Even though it’s temporary, the 35,000 Gold Coins and 4.1 Sweeps Coins is definitely worth the effort of logging in for the full week.
The casino also gives you the chance to put your luck to the test each week with its Lucky Wheel. Land on the right segment here, and you could get your hands on 10 Sweeps Coins.
However, for the most part, the bonuses here are down to your effort rather than luck. This is most glaringly obvious by the array of Missions that you can complete to top up your account balance. What’s more, these are incredibly straightforward, so you should see the results very quickly.
On top of this, Lucky.me makes a solid Mail-In bonus of 3 Sweeps Coins available. Although it may take time to be credited to your account, it’s worth the effort to fill it out.
Finally, the Referral bonus of 10,000 Gold Coins and 5 Sweeps Coins is solid in its own right, but it gets even more appealing thanks to the fact that you can claim this bonus up to 10 times.
Score: 22/25
Loyalty Program

Although Lucky.me has designs on introducing a VIP Program to encourage players to stick around, there is no set scheme at the time of writing.
Score: 0/25
Wagering Terms and Conditions
The wagering terms and conditions were as we expected. All Sweeps Coins are worth 1 USD and must be wagered at least once to become eligible for redemption.
On top of this, the maximum redemption amount is $10,000 per request, although predictably this drops to $5,000 for players in Florida.

4️⃣ Payments & Banking
Deposit Methods

The payment methods at Lucky.me are much better than we are used to seeing, as the casino supports Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
On top of this, there are 14 Gold Coins bundles available including the first purchase offer, and all but the cheapest $4.99 option come with a Sweeps Coins bonus attached. These go all the way up to $999.99 as well, so there’s something for all playing budgets.
Score: 18/20
Withdrawal Methods
Lucky.me’s redemptions options are nowhere near as good as the deposit options, as the only available channel is a Bank Transfer. What’s more, this can typically take between 3 and 5 days, so you may find yourself waiting for a while.
It’s also worth noting that you can only request one prize redemption every 48 hours, so it’s important to make sure you’re happy with the size of your request.
In line with the industry standard, you’ll need at least 100 Sweeps Coins to make a redemption. It’s also worth remembering that you can redeem up to $10,000 per request as long as you’re not in Florida, where the limit drops to $5,000.
Score: 10/25
Transaction Security and Fairness
The transactions are kept secure thanks to the SSL encryption software the casino uses, and each of the banking methods has its own security provisions in place for further protection.
The 1x wagering requirement is also in line with the industry standard, so players can rest assured that the casino is playing fair.

5️⃣ User Experience
Website Design & Navigation

The team behind Lucky.me knows the importance of usability, as emphasized by the clean layout that makes getting around straightforward. What’s more, the website loads quickly, so getting to grips with the interface is no issue at all.
That said, we do wish the casino paid more attention to sorting the games lobby, as we noticed that a number of filters were missing. This is an issue that needs sorting if Lucky.me is to expand its library, as players may very well give up and go elsewhere if they have to manually search through too many options.
Score: 21/25
Mobile Gaming
Lucky.me doesn’t have any mobile apps. Although we can give the casino some leeway here as it’s very new, we were still disappointed to see that it had launched without this feature.
Many mobile casino players have come to expect this as standard, so casinos that don’t offer an app to customers risk missing out on substantial growth, and even losing potential players to rival casinos.
Score: 14/20
Customer Support
Lucky.me’s customer support channels are largely excellent, consisting of email, 24/7 Live Chat, and social media support.
The only thing we would say here is that the last option doesn’t seem to be fully fledged yet, as it redirects players to the website’s Live Chat. However, this is no great hardship, as the support team is excellent, replying within minutes. Even more impressive was the fact that you are dealing with a proper support team from the outset, rather than relying on a chatbot.
Newcomers can also take advantage of the solid FAQ section, which covers a range of topics that solve a lot of common queries.
Score: 27/30
Responsible Gaming Measures
Lucky.me’s Responsible Gambling tools are as we expected, with time-outs, self-exclusion, and spending limits all available.
Unfortunately, this offering is let down by the fact that you can’t customize the limits yourself, and also by the fact that you have to reach out to the customer support team to put them in place.
That said, we do have to give the casino credit for its other resources. Lucky.me has listed the warning signs of Compulsive Game Behavior, which can prove useful in helping players recognize that they or their loved ones need help. Should this be the case, the casino has provided links to external help organizations like Gamblers Anonymous and the National Council on Problem Gambling.

Our Verdict
Lucky.me hits most of the right notes for a new sweepstakes casino. The platform loads quickly, and has clearly been designed with accessibility in mind. There are also plenty of ways for players to get their hands on free currency, ensuring they stick around rather than be tempted to migrate to a different site.
That said, the casino does need to put the work in to ensure it stays that way. The games library is mostly Slots in its current form, which provides a lack of alternatives to players seeking something different. Lucky.me also needs to bring new filters in, as having to manually search for games becomes irritating quickly.
Overall, though, we are happy to recommend the casino in its current form. The games are exciting, the website works well enough, and the customer support is simply outstanding. If Lucky.me can iron out its weaknesses, we see no reason why it can’t grow to become a strong contender in the sweepstakes casino industry.
