Donbet Review: License Holder Reported Dissolved

Licensing & Security

Donbet operates under Curaçao Gaming Authority license OGL/2024/250/0115, held by GTW B.V. However, the regulator currently lists the license as “Assessment in progress”, with a December 24, 2025 expiry date.

More concerning is that GTW B.V. was dissolved in 2026, yet Donbet’s terms still name it as the operator. The regulator has not listed the license as revoked or suspended, but having a dissolved company on the casino’s current paperwork is a significant transparency issue.

Even without that concern, a Curaçao license offers fairly limited recourse when disputes arise. For us, the unclear license status and dissolved operator make Donbet difficult to recommend from a trust perspective.

Encryption & Security

The technical side is unremarkable in the good sense. Traffic runs over SSL, on a certificate for donbet.com reissued on August 12, 2026, fiat payments route through established processors, and crypto uses ordinary wallet flows. Donbet’s site code also supports two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app.

Its footer links a fairness and RNG page, which says the RNGs were certified by “a reputable license laboratory” without naming it, and a KYC policy that asks for ID and a proof of address no more than 3 months old. That is more documentation than a lot of offshore sites bother with. It’s a competent setup rather than an impressive one.

Reputation & Player Reviews

Trustpilot has removed Donbet’s profile entirely. On September 17, 2026, the page for donbet.com returned the message that the business “goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot”. Before the removal, in April 2026, the profile was claimed and rated 4.3 from 3,128 reviews, and in March 2024 Donbet offered 100 free spins to 50 random verified players who posted a Trustpilot review.

There’s no rating to quote now and no review volume to weigh, and a removal is a stronger signal than a low score would have been. By November 14, 2025, 73 player complaints had been logged against Donbet, of which 18 were resolved, 53 rejected and 2 open.

The Santeda Network

The wider picture is worse. In December 2025 the black market research and accreditation body GAMRS published an investigation into the Santeda International network, naming Donbet among its brands alongside MyStake, Goldenbet, Rolletto, Velobet and Cosmobet. It put network turnover at around £3.51 billion for 2025, with about 64% of that activity likely from UK customers playing without UK regulation, and GAMRS described a pattern of aggressive retention, marketing aimed at people trying to block their own gambling, and refusal to honor self-exclusion requests. Two months later the brands changed license.

None of that is proof of how Donbet will treat you specifically. It’s the context you’re choosing to play inside, and you’d want to know it before you deposit rather than after.

General Terms

Credit where it is due. The bonus terms are among the clearest I have read. Each offer publishes its deposit range, maximum bonus, wagering multiple, time limit and maximum bet in a plain list on the promotion page itself. No hunting through a PDF.

The terms are also honest about the things that will cost you, including the rule that a spin above the maximum bet is excluded from wagering and its winnings forfeited. Clear terms can still be tough terms, and these aren’t generous. But you can at least read them before you commit.

Restrictions, Closures and Complaints

Donbet’s general terms are tougher. Residents of the US and its dependencies, the Netherlands, Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, Saba, St Maarten, Georgia and FATF-blacklisted countries may not register, the terms reserve the right to detect “geo-location and IP masking”, and accounts from Russia and Belarus are closed with the balance “kept by the Company”.

Donbet can hold your funds until your identity is verified, and can close an account over suspected fraud and refund only the last deposit, minus 20%. Complaints go to [email protected] within two months of the problem, and if management turns you down the terms point you to “any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website”.

Welcome Bonus

Donbet’s promotions page lists four separate welcome offers, and the crypto one is the headline, at 170% up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins on a first deposit between €50 and €600, paid in Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Dash, Monero or Stellar. Deposit more than €600 and the excess is ignored for bonus purposes. The same terms were live on Donbet’s promotions page in September 2026.

The casino welcome bonus is 150% up to €750 plus 50 free spins on a first deposit of €20 to €500, there is a 100% up to €600 offer for the mini games, and a separate sportsbook welcome. All the casino offers are Slots only and every one has to be manually activated before you start playing, which is the single most common way players here lose a bonus they thought they had.

None of them needs a promo code. Donbet’s promotions page lists none at all, and the free spins arrive with the bonus as soon as you click to activate it.

Ongoing Bonuses

Better than it first looks. The weekly cashback runs through the VIP ranks, there are regular tournaments with prize pools quoted in free spins, such as the Triple Casino Race with 50,000 free spins, and the Doncoin store lets you convert loyalty points into cash, free spins, sport freebets or wheel spins. Donbet’s site code from February 2026 includes a VIP club, leaderboards, a prize wheel and a store.

Its March 2024 terms also listed a standalone 10% loyalty cashback that you had to request through live chat or email, capped at €500 a claim, with 45x wagering and a maximum withdrawal of five times the bonus. A 10% monthly cashback for crypto players with at least $100 in losses was also listed on February 26, 2026.

What you don’t get is a busy weekly calendar of the kind Roobet or Gamdom run. Value here is something you accumulate by playing rather than something handed to you on a Tuesday.

VIP / Loyalty Program

The VIP ladder is fully published, which is rarer than it should be, and it commits to the theme. There are 8 ranks from Associate to Don, with Soldier, Caporegime, Underboss, Consigliere, Boss and Godfather in between. Each promotion grants free spins, from 50 at Soldier to 1,000 at Don, and the spins are wager free.

Weekly cashback starts at Caporegime and climbs through 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%, 12% and 15% at the top. Read the small print, though, because not all of it is cash. The rank table marks the cashback wager free only at Godfather and Don, and below that it carries wagering and a maximum withdrawal cap.

The VIP terms beneath the table put the line one rank lower. They say the weekly cashback is wager-free from rank 6, Boss, and paid as “pure cash”.

Wagering Requirements

The multiple is 30x, which sounds friendly, and then you read what it applies to. Wagering is calculated on deposit plus bonus plus free-spin winnings, not on the bonus alone. Take the maximum crypto offer, so €600 in and €1,000 of bonus, and you are being asked to turn over €48,000 inside 30 days.

Now add the €5 maximum bet while a bonus is active. That is a floor of 9,600 spins, and any spin above €5 is excluded from wagering with its winnings forfeited. Clear, stated up front, and still not worth taking unless you were going to play that volume anyway.

This is why the multiple on its own tells you nothing. Donbet’s 30x reads friendlier than BitStarz’s 40x and isn’t, because BitStarz counts the bonus alone while Donbet counts your deposit too. On the same money Donbet asks for the bigger turnover, and it wants it in 30 days at €5 a spin.

The lobby is big. Donbet’s casino section shows about 9,200 Slots, with about 400 live tables in a separate room and 35 mini games alongside them.

Several slot suppliers pulled their games from Donbet’s network in June 2026, and the library has been rebuilt around other studios since, so treat the numbers as a snapshot. Some suppliers are blocked by country too, so the count you see depends on where you play from. Add a full sportsbook, esports, virtual sports and racing and you have four products under one balance.

Slots

Slots are the bulk of the library, and today the biggest suppliers are Pragmatic Play, Spinomenal, Amusnet, TaDa Gaming and BGaming. NetEnt, Play’n GO, Nolimit City and Red Tiger, which were in the lobby until June 2026, have gone. Filters cover Popular, Drops & Wins, Bonus Buy, Megaways and Jackpot Games, and there is a favorites pin.

It’s a well-built lobby as well as a big one. If you came for a specific Megaways title or a bonus-buy session you’ll find it, and the search is quick.

Table Games

The RNG table selection covers Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat and a few Poker variants from the major studios. It’s the thinnest part of the casino, and most players will end up in the live room for tables anyway. Fine for a hand between slot sessions.

Live Casino

About 400 live tables fill the live room. Evolution leads it with Pragmatic Play Live behind, and the categories run to Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat, Live Poker and Game Shows including Crazy Time. Streams were sharp in my testing and limits ran from micro to high.

Arcade/Instant Win

Donbet files these under Mini Games, and this is the most characterful corner of the site. Alongside Aviator, JetX, Plinko, Limbo, Dice, Keno, HiLo and Wheel sits Omertà, Donbet’s own mini game, which is the only thing here you cannot play somewhere else.

You uncover 25 hidden images while avoiding police lights, whose number you set from 1 to 24, so it plays like a Mines game. Chicken Cross, Balloon, Aviamasters and Penalty Shoot Out Street fill out 35 titles in total, and Donbet’s mini-games site, donbet.games, also features Dino and Aero, a Crash game it says UpGaming developed.

Sports Betting

Donbet runs a full sportsbook in its own right, covering football, basketball, tennis and the rest pre-match and in-play, with esports on its own tab for Dota 2 and CS2, plus virtual sports and racing, each with its own section linked from the homepage. Odds on the La Liga and European Qualifier markets I checked were competitive rather than sharp.

Games Comparison Table

On my count Donbet has the smallest casino of the four, and its sportsbook, with racing and virtual sports alongside esports, is one of three here, since only BitStarz has none. If you bet sport as well as spin, Donbet covers both. If you only play Slots, the other three simply have more of them.

Deposits

Crypto is the main route in, and the eight coins Donbet names for its crypto bonus are Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Dash, Monero and Stellar. Fiat runs through cards and Paysafecard. Crypto arrives instantly with only the network fee to pay.

The mix is a little old-fashioned, with Monero present and the big stablecoins not named in the bonus terms. Donbet’s payments page does list Tether alongside Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Monero and Dash, all free and instant, while Stellar appears only in the bonus terms. The general terms set the minimum deposit at €20 or the equivalent, whichever coin you use.

Withdrawals

Crypto cashouts were quick in my testing, comfortably inside an hour, and fiat took the usual few days. That part of the operation does what it says.

There is little independent evidence to set beside that, though, because Trustpilot has removed the profile. So you have my fortnight of cashouts, which were fine, and a network whose complaint history is documented earlier in this review.

When that network went dark on June 14, 2026, after several slot suppliers pulled their games, GAMRS’s chief executive said that for “20 or so hours” users did not know whether their funds were gone, and most brands were back the next day. Treat the payouts as unproven rather than proven.

Withdrawal Limits

Maximum win and withdrawal limits are published, and higher VIP ranks can be given more room, though only at Donbet’s discretion. Donbet’s general terms cap withdrawals at €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, pay a bigger win in monthly installments of up to €15,000, and cap the win on any single bet or spin at €100,000, jackpots excepted.

A KYC check must be completed before any withdrawal is processed, even though registration needs no documents, so expect to verify at exactly the moment you least want to. Donbet’s terms also reserve the right to deduct a 20% charge on a withdrawal if the deposit was not wagered at least once.

Plan for that and withdraw in sensible amounts. The pattern that gets players stuck at offshore casinos is depositing anonymously for months and then meeting the document request on the way out.

Website Design and UI

The Italian-mafia styling is committed to properly, right down to naming the VIP ranks Caporegime and Consigliere and calling the loyalty currency Doncoins. It’s more fun than it sounds, and underneath the theme the site is quick and logically arranged.

Sports, Slots, Live Casino, Mini Games, Virtual Sport, Racing and E-Sports each get their own tab, and the lobby stays readable. It won’t be for everyone. But it’s distinctive and it works.

Mobile App

There is no app in either store, and Donbet’s homepage carries no app-store links. The mobile browser carries everything, from Slots and live tables to mini games and the full sportsbook. The layout adjusts cleanly and nothing is cut down, though there is no installable web app either, so a browser tab is the whole mobile experience. For a site of this size the browser is good enough.

Customer Service

Live chat and email are both available, with [email protected] named in Donbet’s own FAQ and live chat listed as open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and for routine questions chat was fine. What pushes this score down is how much responsibility support carries. On this site, support is the only route to every safer-gambling control there is.

Ask for a bonus rule and you get an answer. Ask for a deposit limit, a time-out or a self-exclusion and you’re asking that same live-chat queue, with no self-serve alternative and no regulator to escalate to. That’s a lot of weight for a chat window to carry.

Responsible Gambling

This is the worst part of the review and it is not close. Donbet’s responsible-gaming page lists account limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and not one of them is a control you can operate yourself. Every single one goes through Customer Support. Donbet’s separate self-exclusion page repeats the same support-only setup.

The time-out wording is the part that stopped me. You email support to close the account temporarily, and then, in Donbet’s own words, “the Account can be reopened prematurely in case of written request of the Player at Casino’s sole discretion”. A break you can talk your way out of, decided by the casino, isn’t a break. Not really. Self-exclusion runs 6 months to 5 years, is requested by email to customer support, and defaults to 6 months if you don’t name a period. There is no GamStop here, because Donbet’s only license is from Curaçao.

Set that against the GAMRS finding on this network, published in December 2025, which described refusals to honor self-exclusion requests, and the gap between the page and the protection is the single strongest reason to play somewhere else.
