The redemption times are much better than we are used to seeing, whichever method you choose. Cryptocurrency redemptions are completed within 24 hours, and Skins redemptions and Transfers from similarly designed sweepstakes casinos take 24 hours as well.

Welcome Bonus

Clash.gg welcomes all new players with a no deposit bonus of 50,000 Gold Coins and 3 Free Cases. Although the Gold Coins are welcome, the cases all contain CS:GO skins. This is an incredibly niche market, so it’s a good thing that Clash.gg provides the Gems value of each reward.

Although we didn’t get very lucky when we received our reward, we can’t hold this against the casino. It’s purely based on luck, although of course we were naturally disappointed with ours.

The no deposit bonus may be mixed, but there’s no first purchase bonus at all. As such, it’s safe to say that Clash.gg doesn’t get off to a good start as far as we’re concerned.

Clash.gg’s new player incentives might be lacking, but fortunately this doesn’t extend to the bonuses on offer for existing players.

Although a Daily Login bonus is available, it doesn’t offer a standard prize. Instead, the Gems rewards on offer improve as you level up. However, we would also caution that these are based on the case opening mechanism, so how much you get is also down to luck.

The Rakeback reward impressed us, as it is available daily, weekly, and monthly. What’s more, how much you receive is down to you as an individual, as it’s based on each player’s Gem wagers.

Players can also boost their Gems amounts by getting a share of the Rain Pool every 30 minutes. This is available to all players who have passed the necessary KYC checks.

However, we were very impressed with the Case Creation bonus that is available from level 5. We might not have liked the CS:GO-inspired prizes, but the game is undoubtedly popular. The fact that you can create your own prize cases is a very welcome touch, and it can be lucrative for players who are familiar with CS:GO, as you can earn commission on the cases you create.

Finally, there is a Referral bonus at Clash.gg, but it’s not what we were expecting. Players earn commission rather than set rewards on referrals, with the rate increasing with the number of successful referrals.

However, the standard 1x wagering requirement applies here, which is reassuring. Most redemptions require you to have 20 Gems, which works out at around $13.69 in real money. So while the conversion rate may be confusing, the threshold is still much lower than we are used to.

Unfortunately, we were unable to find a mobile app for Clash.gg. This may not be surprising as the casino is new, but it’s still a let-down.

For now, we are more concerned with the fact that getting around the website is even more time-consuming than it is on a desktop. Most sweepstakes casinos prioritize smooth functionality of the website before offering an app, but Clash.gg doesn’t even appear to have gotten this right yet.

Of the channels, the Live Chat feature is going to be the channel that most players opt for, so it was the one we had the highest expectations of. Fortunately, the casino passed all our tests, as we received a reply within just 60 seconds.
