Some have sent bank statements and photographs of the card they deposited with. Some were told that a high volume of withdrawals meant they would simply have to wait. The operator has told players it is still in soft-launch, which explains the backlog without excusing the silence.

Correcting something this page previously got wrong: it claimed there were no Hold and Win slots. Hold and Win is a category in its own right with 101 games. There are also 109 exclusives, all but one built by Playnetic, which is a genuine point of difference for a brand this young.

First, this is a beautiful site with a quality dark blue color scheme and a simple left-hand menu that collapses to icons if you need the screen space. It’s instantly responsive, every page loads fast, and the cartoonish game tiles are just the right size.

I’d love filter menus so you can sort the games by provider or game mechanics, but I hope those come with time. Right now, finding the titles you want involves a bit of doomscrolling. The operation has not caught up with it. Roughly 480 Trustpilot reviews sit around 2.7/5 and they say one thing: redemptions arrive late and nobody explains why. Add a 100 SC minimum, a 3x playthrough off the Slots, Sweeps Coins that expire in 60 days, no VIP programme, and a state list nine statutory bans out of date, and the gap between the product and the business becomes the review.

So: worth a look if you play small amounts, stay on the Slots, redeem in crypto and do not let a balance build. Not the right site if you need to know where your money is, because on the public record that is exactly the question this operator will not answer.
