Casino.click Casino Review [Updated for 2026]
Casino.click only launched in 2024, and yet it is one of the best newcomers to the game we’ve seen for a while. A social casino that offers crypto payments and withdrawals is a rare treat, and there is a lot to like here.
With a live Table Game section, hundreds of Slots, and a great selection of Specialty games, Casino.click has everything you want and a little more.
There are too many reports of redemption issues for us to ignore, and we’ll get to those shortly. But if the casino can improve its customer service and payouts, we think it could go far.
In this in-depth review of Casino.click, we’ll take you behind the velvet rope and give you the inside scoop on why this casino deserves your time and money.
1️⃣ Trust & Safety
Licensing and Legal Compliance
As a social casino, it doesn’t need a license. Casino.click just has to follow sweepstakes laws, and all the signs say they’re doing just that. All the right Know Your Customer (KYC) and geofencing procedures are in place.
It’s blocked in Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Kentucky, and Washington, which is one more than the bare minimum and much less than some other sweepstakes casinos. State regulators have gone after bigger players in other states, but there’s no record of any significant issues for Casino.click.
We can’t find an address for Casino.click or the parent company. That’s a minor red flag.
Score: 15/20
Encryption and Security
The crypto payments on offer at Casino.click don’t mean you get anonymous gambling, as you still need to go through the KYC process and verify your phone number and email address before you can even start playing. So, crypto should simply be treated as a payment method. It doesn’t give you any real security advantage.
Casino.click comes with the usual HTTPS protection for the site, and the highest-grade 256-bit SSL protection that does go a step beyond the basic requirements. So the site makes a solid effort to protect your data.
Score: 17/20
Reputation & Customer Reviews
Trustpilot does not make for happy reading, and the same complaint is repeated over and over, which is a cause for concern. Too many players claim to have won, only to get caught in KYC hell even though they’ve supplied all the required documents.
Redemptions do get paid out, but they take too long, and the communication is so poor that players are assuming it’s a scam site. Players have sent in bank statements, photos of cards they used to deposit, and more. Some have even been told that due to the high volume of withdrawals, they’ll just have to wait. That’s not good enough.
A thread on Reddit quotes Casino.click as saying they’re still in soft launch mode, hence the problems. A lot of those reviews end with the payout coming, several days late, which is a relief of sorts. But Casino.click does need to fix the redemption times and communication.
It could do with boosting its social presence, too, as we couldn’t find an X account and the Facebook page had just 1,600 followers when we checked.
Score: 25/40
General Terms
The Terms and Conditions are all fairly standard, and the only things that stand out are the class action waiver and binding arbitration agreement, which is pretty common now with sweepstakes casinos thanks to a wave of class action lawsuits in a number of states. We also spotted a clause that says if your account is inactive for a year, then the casino can close it, but your Sweeps Coins are only valid for 60 days in any case. So that’s not a huge deal.

Final Trust and Safety score: 71/100

2️⃣ Games
Casino.click has some great game providers, including Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Fantasma, and up-and-coming star Playnetic. You’re not limited to Slots either, as the casino has a range of Live Dealer games that actually rival a lot of real money casinos. It’s interesting they decided to skip Table Games, so it’s Live Casino games or nothing, but it’s far from a deal-breaker.
We also like to see the wide range of Specialty games like Mines, Plinko, Dice and other Instant Win options like Scratch Cards.
Online Slots
Most of the games on Casino.click are Slots, but with 300 games in total, this isn’t the biggest library you’re going to find. That said, there are some great games here, like Fruit Duel and Gladiator Legends from Hacksaw Gaming, as well as Medusa’s Fury and Roaring Riches.
The casino is pushing Playnetic titles hard. You’ll find Wild, Wild Safari, Year of the Snake, and Quarterback Cashout among the top titles. Casino.click even has exclusive titles from Playnetic.
One big negative mark is that there are no Megaways or Hold & Win slots. So it’s missing some pretty major game mechanics, and yet still there’s enough variety here to have a good time.
Score: 14/20
Live Casino
We’re seriously impressed with the Live Dealer section for a fledgling casino. You can find Live Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Sic Bo, and Dragon Tiger from Iconic21.
When we logged on there were more than 20 games on offer in the Live section. It doesn’t sound like a lot, but it’s a lot more than most and covers all the main bases well. It’s a balanced section, with at least one option for all the major games and some nice Roulette and Blackjack variants.
Score: 14/20
Specialty Games
We love seeing a full selection of Specialty games like Plinko, Keno, Mines, Dice, Hi-Lo, Coin Flip and Crash games. These fast, simple games are some of the most popular games on true crypto casinos these days, and they’re slowly taking over from the old-school casino Table Games that can take minutes per hand and require strategy and skill.
Hacksaw Gaming covers most of the action, but we also like to see 1000X Busta and 100 Bit Dice from 4thePlayer.
There are Live Game Shows, too, and it’s another place where Casino.click marks itself apart from the Slots-focused competition.

3️⃣ Bonuses & Promos
The bonuses at Casino.click are more than enough for limited play, and if you decide to spend a little money then they will reward you with generous hauls of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.
Welcome Bonus
I had no problem claiming the Casino.click no deposit bonus of 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins. All I had to do was complete the sign-up and verify my phone number and email to claim my bag of coins.
If you burn through the welcome bonus, then there’s a great Casino.click first purchase bonus. Pay $10 and you’ll get 200,000 Gold Coins and 20 SC.
Score: 25/30
Ongoing Promotions
The Daily Login bonus of 20,000 Gold Coins might not set your pulse racing, but it’s something. The casino also sends out specific promotions through social media and email channels, as well as running regular Free Spins on a prize wheel for a share of a 20,000 SC prize fund.
You can also claim 3 SC with the Mail-In bonus or Alternative Means of Entry (AMOE).
As it stands there are no referral bonuses, tournaments, leaderboards or a VIP club. These are things we hope the casino will address in time, and we’d like to see a Promotions page with ongoing offers as well. The bonuses really aren’t clear on the site, at all.
Score: 17/25
Wagering Terms and Conditions
The wagering requirements depend on the game, which is kind of annoying, if we’re honest. The Slots follow the industry standard 1x wagering requirements, while the Specialty and Live Dealer games come with a 3x playthrough requirement that left a bad taste in the mouths of plenty of players on the review sites.
The minimum withdrawal requirement of 100 Sweeps Coins is also on the high side, especially considering the wagering requirements.
Score: 17/25
Final bonuses and promotions score: 59/80

4️⃣ Payments & Banking
Purchase Methods
You can use Visa or Mastercard to buy crypto through third-party providers like MoonPay or Transak or opt for a range of crypto tokens. The choices right now are Bitcoin, Litecoin, Solana, Tether, Ripple, Shiba Inu, Dogecoin, USD Coin, and Cardano.
The cheapest package is just $2 for 20,000 Gold Coins and no SC, but of course you can spend a lot more, Coin bundles go all the way up to $500 for 5,000,000 Gold Coins and 500 Sweeps Coins.
We’d like to see some middle ground between the crypto tokens and Moonpay, including an e-wallet like Skrill. But really this is a crypto-first social casino and that’s going to be one of the big selling points, so we shouldn’t get too bogged down in alternative forms of payment.
Score: 18/25
Redemption Methods
You can redeem via crypto or with an old-world Bank Transfer, and inevitably crypto is faster. Forget the world of instant payouts, this isn’t a crypto casino in the traditional sense, but if you use tokens to deposit and withdraw then you should have your redemption within 2 business days. It doesn’t always work like that, but that’s the goal.
Bank Transfers can take significantly longer and you’re looking at up to 10 days for a redemption. That’s a long time honestly, even without the delays.

5️⃣ User Experience
Website Design & Navigation
First, this is a beautiful site with a quality dark blue color scheme and a simple left-hand menu that collapses to icons if you need the screen space. It’s instantly responsive, every page loads fast, and the cartoonish game tiles are just the right size.
We’d love to see filter menus so you can sort the games by provider or game mechanics, but we hope those will come with time. Right now, finding the titles you want involves a bit of doomscrolling. The game types are well separated with the simple menu, though, and we like the way you can get to the Specialty games or the Slots with one click.
Score: 17/25
Mobile Gaming
There is no mobile app, but then this site was always designed for mobile casino players first and you’re not going to have any major issues on a smartphone or tablet. We tested the site across all devices and it just works, instantly.
Score: 15/20
Customer Support
This is an area that Casino.click has got it right, and we’re happy to say that. Go to the support page and the first thing you find is a phone number, which we think is a rare treat these days. There’s a Live Chat system that works flawlessly, too, with more or less instant responses to all of our inane test questions.
The FAQ page is a little basic, but the customer support team is so responsive that it can be faster to ask them anyway. You can also access email support (support@casino.click), and we got a response to our query within a few hours.
Score: 27/30
Responsible Gaming Measures
This is another place the casino scores big, with account reminders and a complete transaction history that can also double as a win-loss record you just can’t tamper with. That’s an invaluable tool, and a powerful reality check for your gambling that some casinos might not want to show you. If you want to impose spending limits or self-exclude, you have to do that through the email support system.
Score: 17/25
Final user experience score: 76/100

Summary
Casino.click has a memorable name, a great design, fantastic customer service, and the potential to do well. It does need to sort out redemption times and its communication when there is a delay, but that’s the biggest single flaw we could find with the site. It’s a big issue, but it’s a fixable one.
The casino also needs to put work into its social media accounts, although we’re going to assume that’s on the agenda.
All in all, Casino.click has a lot of things going for it and it could easily go on to become a major player.
