BankRolla Review [Updated for 2026]

As it only launched in May 2025, we werenât surprised to see that BankRolla isnât the finished article yet. However, this doesnât change the fact that it needs to be analyzed as it currently is for us to determine if itâs a sweepstakes casino worth your time.
The casino makes a solid first impression with 800+ games that cover Slots, Table Games, and Casual games, as well as solid welcome bonuses. The presence of leading software developers such as 3 Oaks Gaming and Novomatic is also welcome, as it shows the casinoâs ambition to offer a highly entertaining gaming experience whatever you choose to play.
However, as weâve learnt the hard way, first impressions arenât everything. BankRolla might have got off to a good start, but maintaining this first impression upon closer examination is another matter entirely.
1ď¸âŁ Trust & Safety
Licensing and Legal Compliance
BankRolla operates under sweepstakes laws rather than a gambling license, which is standard for this type of casino. This structure is shared by most sweepstakes casinos, where gameplay is designed around promotional currency systems, redemption thresholds, and compliance rules that prioritise legal accessibility over traditional real-money wagering models.
However, its availability is quite restricted. At present, the casino is unavailable to players in Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia.
In line with the industry average, BankRolla requires players to be at least 18 to set up an account.
Score: 15/20
Encryption and Security
The BankRolla website uses SSL encryption to keep player information and transactions safe. Itâs the same security standard used by most casinos, so players can rest assured that their information is safe.
Score: 20/20
Reputation & Customer Reviews

BankRolla may be new, so we canât read too much into its Trustpilot reviews. The overall score is largely a mixed bag, as BankRolla has an average Trustpilot score of 3.3 stars, but this is based on just 105 reviews.
The casino also seems to be trying to improve its image, as shown by the fact that it has replied to a fairly respectable 78% of reviews. Yet, again, there is room for improvement here as the average reply time currently sits at around 1 week.
Score: 10/40
General Terms
The T&Cs regarding Sweeps Coins were as we expected. All Sweeps Coins must be wagered at least once to become redeemable, and each token is worth $1 of real money.
Players also need a minimum of 100 Sweeps Coins for a Cash Prize redemption. Although this is in line with the industry standard, itâs too high as far as weâre concerned.
The redemption methods are restricted to Bank Transfers, with redemptions typically taking 3 to 5 business days. This isnât great, but it could be considerably worse.

2ď¸âŁ Games
When we tested it out, BankRolla offered a collection of 800+ games that covers Slots, Table Games, and Casual games. While not the largest catalog, thereâs still enough here to appeal to most players.
As good as the selection is, we do have to say that the games library wasnât as smooth as we would have liked. Although there are numerous filtering options, such as Providers and Mechanics, the library needs to be better organized. This is especially true for the Casual games, as some of these were bizarrely found under Slots.
Online Slots

The Slots selection is diverse enough to cater to casual gamers as well as big spenders, alongside players who want to stick to familiar comforts as well as those who want to try something new.
Yet, while appealing to a range of budgets and game styles is welcome, we do wish the RTP rates were more consistent. Some games start as low as 90%, which results in a major decrease in rewards over time. A 6% drop from the industry average is far too much.
Low RTP games limit the selection for most players as it is, but whatâs even more frustrating is the fact that the range of minimum and maximum bet levels can also change significantly between games. Thereâs no point having a game with solid RTP rates if players canât afford to experience it properly.
Score: 14/20
Casual Games
Casual games like Keno, Crash, and Plinko are available, but finding them was far more challenging than it should have been. While Plinko was located in the right section, the likes of Crash and Keno were scattered throughout the main games library.
There may be more games available than these, but we werenât able to determine for sure, as the games arenât categorized as well as we expected. We like what is confirmed to be available, but the fact that looking for it was a challenge in its own right has cost the casino significant points.

3ď¸âŁ Bonuses & Promos
Welcome Bonus
To its credit, BankRolla helps new players get off to a solid start with its respectable new player bonuses, starting with a generous no deposit bonus of 200,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins. The amount of premium currency might be average, but the amount of Gold Coins here gives players plenty of scope to explore the games library without spending anything.
Once new players have used this up, they have the option to purchase 20,000 Gold Coins and 20 Sweeps Coins for $9.99. This first purchase bundle might not be the largest weâve seen, but we feel that it balances value and affordability very well. Its reasonable price point also means it is accessible to all players, which is as essential as good value.
Score: 20/30
Ongoing Promotions
Unfortunately, the promise displayed by BankRollaâs welcome offers doesnât extend to its selection of existing bonuses. When we tested BankRolla out, the casino was only able to offer a very limited range of incentives.
To its credit, the casino was able to offer Quests and social media promotions that allowed players the chance to boost their account balances, but they were too few and far between to have any meaningful impact.
BankRolla is clearly determined to drive players to its mobile app, as shown by the range of exclusive promotions that were available, although this might have had something to do with the fact that the website was, frankly, a mess.
This was evidenced by the Bug Bounty we found that rewards players for reporting bugs. This reeks of amateurism, as it makes the development team look as though they either canât do their jobs, or canât be bothered to.
The only bright spark we could find was the Referral bonus, which offered a very generous 25 Sweeps Coins for each referral you make. Why youâd actually want to put other people through using this site, though, is another matter entirely.
Score: 7/25
Loyalty Program
To its credit, BankRolla is able to offer a promising VIP Program, with rewards that would normally make us recommend sticking around. Yet, as good as it is, itâs nowhere near enough to make up for the deficiencies that were present in its bonus offering overall.
As such, given the state of the website when we tested it, we donât see this Program making a difference to BankRollaâs overall fate that will no doubt await it as it stands.
Score: 10/25
Wagering Terms and Conditions
The wagering terms and conditions were as we expected. All Sweeps Coins are worth 1 USD and must be wagered at least once to become eligible for redemption.
On top of this, the maximum redemption amount is $10,000 per day, which is the usual standard weâre used to. Florida has a lower limit that is capped at $5,000, which is in line with these statesâ restrictions.

4ď¸âŁ Payments & Banking
Deposit Methods
BankRollaâs range of payment options is restrictive, but even for a new sweeps casino we were surprised by just how few options there are here.
Players can only deposit with Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfers, although the casino does somewhat make up for this with the 9 different Gold Coins bundles available, which includes the first purchase bonus offer.
These range from $4.99 to $999.99, so BankRolla is able to provide something for all players who want to boost their bank balance.
Score: 10/20
Withdrawal Methods
Redemptions at BankRolla are even more restricted than deposits, as Bank Transfers are your only option here. As such, players can expect a fairly sizable wait time of between 3 and 5 business days. Because of delays like this, some players actively explore crypto casino alternatives, which tend to offer faster settlement times, clearer withdrawal tracking, and account dashboards that show confirmations and payout status in real time rather than relying on manual bank processing.
BankRolla follows a traditional sweepstakes banking model, relying on manual bank transfers and fixed redemption thresholds, which can introduce delays and limited visibility during withdrawals. For players who prioritise speed, transparency, and real-time transaction tracking, this often leads to comparisons with crypto casino alternatives, where withdrawals are processed on-chain, confirmations are visible instantly, and settlement times are typically measured in minutes rather than days.
That difference doesnât automatically make one model better than the other, but it does highlight a clear trade-off. Sweepstakes casinos like BankRolla focus on legal accessibility and fiat-based compliance, while crypto casinos prioritise transaction efficiency, faster payouts, and reduced reliance on manual reviews. Understanding where BankRolla sits on that spectrum helps players decide whether traditional sweepstakes banking or crypto-first platforms better match their expectations around speed and control.
As we mentioned earlier, this isnât the worst wait time weâve ever seen, but it could still be improved. However, the casino again somewhat makes up for its limited options with solid redemption times, which typically take only 2 business days to complete.
Itâs also worth mentioning that BankRolla imposes mandatory KYC checks before you can make a purchase. Although this is a completely standard measure, it typically slows the process down a fair bit.
The redemption requirements are also high at a minimum of 100 Sweeps Coins, although as we mentioned earlier this is in line with the industry standard.
How BankRolla Compares to Low Deposit Casinos
While BankRollaâs minimum redemption requirement sits at 100 Sweeps Coins, some players prefer platforms with lower entry barriers, particularly those classed as low deposit casinos, where minimum purchase amounts and redemption thresholds are intentionally kept small. These casinos are often designed for players who want to test withdrawals early, manage risk more tightly, or avoid committing larger sums before understanding how payouts work in practice.
By contrast, BankRolla follows a more traditional sweepstakes structure, where higher redemption minimums are used to control processing volume and compliance checks. Neither approach is inherently wrong, but the difference matters. Players focused on accessibility and small-stake testing may lean toward low deposit platforms, while others may be comfortable meeting higher thresholds in exchange for standardised banking and fixed payout rules.
Transaction Security and Fairness
The transactions are kept secure thanks to the SSL encryption software the casino uses, and each of the banking methods has its own security provisions in place for further protection.
The 1x wagering requirement is also in line with the industry standard, so players can rest assured that the casino is playing fair.

5ď¸âŁ User Experience
Website Design & Navigation
BankRolla prioritizes simplicity, which is no bad thing, especially for such a newly launched online casino. That said, if youâre going to take a simplistic design approach, itâs even more important to make sure the interface works properly.
Sadly, this wasnât the case with BankRolla, as we encountered many bugs during our test of the website. These caused lots of games to load far more slowly than expected, while others just simply crashed.
The fact that these issues didnât appear when testing out the device on mobile devices doesnât change the fact that they shouldnât even be showing up in the first place.
Score: 8/25
Mobile Gaming
Interestingly, the casino breaks the mold of not offering an app to its mobile casino users, but again here, promise does not meet execution.
The app never loaded properly, even after being deleted and reinstalled several times. Thereâs no point having an app if it doesnât even work properly.
Score: 8/20
Customer Support

BankRollaâs customer support options make a solid first impression, as email and Live Chat are available for all players to use. Most importantly, the support agents responded to our queries in good time, and they were nothing but helpful. This no doubt cuts down on the need for players to come back for the same issue, as they have a record to refer to should they need it.
However, we do have to say that the FAQ section didnât look like it was properly addressed. What was there was quite basic, and we also found a fair amount of inaccuracies in the information. And if BankRolla themselves arenât able to make the FAQÂ make sense, what hope do players have?
Score: 25/30
Responsible Gaming Measures
Although BankRolla does offer Responsible Gambling tools, the attention paid to this section feels rather tokenistic.
At the time we tested the website, the only options available were temporary and permanent self-exclusion. So, unless you have the willpower to request your access be cut off, thereâs no safety net for players to fall back on.
Players should be given access to self-limiting tools like Reality Checks and Spending Limits as standard, as these are much more effective at preventing players from needing temporary or even permanent self-exclusion in the first place.

Our Verdict
BankRolla makes a promising first impression with a solid games selection and a solid no deposit welcome bonus. The fact that the casino is very widely available is another sizable positive as well. Yet, this unfortunately doesnât carry over when the casino is subject to further examination.
There were nowhere near enough bonuses for existing players to use, which meant that the casino squandered what should have been a solid foundation for player retention.
Yet, this pales in comparison to the fact that the casino website crashed frequently when we tried to test it out on a computer. This is simply unacceptable, and honestly, the fact that the casino offered a Bug Bounty sent the message that they expected the casino players to do the job of their development team. This gives the impression that they are either lazy or just outright incompetent. Either way, itâs really not a good look.
The casino shows promise in some areas, but it needs to sort itself out fast if it is to avoid withering away. For now, you are better off looking elsewhere for sweepstakes casino gaming.
