A1-Casino Review [Updated for 2026]

a1-casino landing page

Having only launched in 2025, A1-Casino is one of the newer sweepstakes casinos in the industry. As such, it’s necessary for us to analyze the casino in detail to give you the full picture, and decide whether or not we recommend it.

To its credit, A1-Casino is able to offer a diverse games library that spans Slots, Table Games, Scratch Cards, and more. However, there are multiple areas that need improvement, so it’s necessary to go into each section so that we can give an overview of how the casino performs, which will inform our overall decision at the end of this review.

Advantages
Great range of games
Choice of first purchase bonuses
VIP Program
Disadvantages
Awful website
Terrible welcome bonus
Paywalled Daily Login bonus

1️⃣ Trust & Safety

Licensing and Legal Compliance

a1-casino legit

As A1-Casino is a sweeps casino, it doesn’t require a license to operate, so this isn’t a cause for concern.

What most certainly is, though, is the fact that we couldn’t find anything on its parent company besides a name.

The casino does mandate a minimum age of 18, and enforces KYC checks before you can make a purchase, though. Unfortunately, this isn’t enough to dissuade us from the bad feeling we got from the lack of information on who owns the site. This isn’t a good look, as why would you not make information readily available if you’re playing fair?

The casino is widely available, only being restricted in Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Washington, but most of these states have some form of limit against sweeps casinos operating in the first place.

Score: 8/20

Encryption and Security

A1-Casino uses RSA encryption software to protect players’ information on the casino website. This may be a standard measure, but it does the job well enough that we don’t have anything to say against it.

Score: 16/20

Reputation & Customer Reviews

a1-casino trustpilot

Normally we’d tell you to give leniency to new sweeps casinos that have bad Trustpilot scores, but hardly any reviews. Unfortunately, A1-Casino’s performance on Trustpilot is too slanted against the casino to warrant this consideration.

There may be only 12 reviews on Trustpilot, but they are split between 1 star and 5 stars, with the good reviews accounting for only 17% of the total. That’s really not good, no matter how you try to spin it.

Score: 7/40

General Terms

The T&Cs regarding Sweeps Coins are standard. All Sweeps Coins are worth $1 of real money, and must be wagered at least 1x to become redeemable. Normally this wouldn’t be surprising, but we expected A1-Casino to try and pull something, given how the casino has performed thus far in our evaluation.

Requiring at least 100 Sweeps Coins for a Cash Prize is too high, although this isn’t an issue exclusive to A1-Casino.

2️⃣ Games

A1-Casino’s games library is one of its main strengths, as it provides a range of games from different categories. This isn’t something we’re used to seeing at sweeps casinos to the level that A1-Casino does. In fact, Slots games are actually outnumbered by the other games here.

Variety is great, of course, particularly as plenty of new casinos seem to stick solely to Slots as their games offering. However, it’s not the only part of the gameplay experience.

Getting around the games library wasn’t anywhere near as smooth as we’d like, as you have to manually go back to the lobby every time you want to try a new type of game. This might not seem like much, but online casino players have come to expect a seamless experience. They may take it for granted, but they’ll definitely notice when it’s not there.

Slots

a1-casino slots

There are plenty of Slots to choose from, covering a wide range of categories, such as Hold & Win, Megaways, Low Spin, and more.

That said, A1-Casino needs to work on its categorization. While Hold & Win games have their own section, this courtesy hasn’t been extended to the Megaways games yet. Clearly, the casino has the means to get this sorted, so we’re a bit confused as to why this hasn’t been replicated across the other Slots that A1-Casino makes available.

However, to its credit, the casino does make some form of filters available, helping you narrow down your games by Volatility rating. We particularly like this filter, as it allows you to tailor your gaming experience to your own preferences much faster than having to manually go through each game in turn.

Score: 17/20

Scratch Cards
Toggle answer

While some sweeps casinos offer Instant Win games to their players, we’ve yet to encounter anything like A1-Casino’s offering. The array of Scratch Cards here is simply excellent, as you’ve got over 130 options to choose from.

Even better, most of the games here are developed by the prominent software provider Hacksaw Gaming, so you expect an experience that’s as simple as it is entertaining.

Put simply, we don’t have a bad word to say about this section of the library.

Score: 20/20

Table Games
Toggle answer

a1-casino table games

The Table Games section at A1-Casino is well-stocked, offering a respectable variety of games, including the staples of Roulette and Blackjack.

Speaking of Roulette, the variants offered by the casino extend to French Roulette, which has the lowest house edge of standard Roulette games.

It might not tick every single box, but there is definitely enough here to keep you entertained.

3️⃣ Bonuses & Promos

While A1-Casino performs well in some areas, bonuses is certainly not one of them.

As we’ll demonstrate, their offering is woeful for both new and existing players. We’ll cover what they provide, of course, but don’t expect anything outstanding.

Welcome Bonus

A1-Casino’s no deposit bonus, if you can even call it that, is so insulting we wonder why they even bothered. Seriously, what is 10 Gold Coins going to get you?

It doesn’t get much better when you look at the first purchase bonuses either. There may be three to choose from, but they appear to be more like damage control than actually trying to win players over.

Of the available first purchase offers, the first one rewards players with $20 worth of Sweeps Coins when they deposit $10, whereas the other two come with a 150% coin boost.

Honestly, save your money. It’s not worth it.

Score: 5/30

Ongoing Promotions

Things don’t get much better on the bonuses front once you move past the new player incentives, if you can even call them that.

Right from the start, the Daily Login bonus is paywalled, so unless you’re planning to part with your hard-earned money, you’re not going to be able to claim anything here. Coercing players into spending money will always be a no no in our eyes.

The casino does offer a Referral bonus, but we were unable to find any concrete details as to how to get this. If they’re being this shady, just don’t bother. It’s not worth it.

The only saving grace here is the generous Mail-In bonus of 5 Sweeps Coins. Honestly, though, even that’s not brilliant, as this type of bonus takes a long time to credit, hence the term “snail mail”.

Score: 12/25

Loyalty Program

Most sweeps casinos offer a tiered VIP Program that offers better benefits the higher you climb the ladder, and A1-Casino is no different.

Besides the Mail-In bonus, this is the only thing we can say that we were actually pleased with. Still, it’s not enough to undo the damage that has been done by A1-Casino’s woeful performance across its bonus offering.

Score: 18/25

Wagering Terms and Conditions

The wagering T&Cs at A1-Casino are exactly as we expected, which we’d normally be happy to see if the overall casino wasn’t such a mess. All Sweeps Coins come with a standard 1x wagering requirement, and each token is worth 1 USD.

You need at least 100 Sweeps Coins to redeem a Cash Prize, but we wouldn’t bother trying in the first place.

4️⃣ Payments & Banking

Deposit Methods

Should you choose to make a deposit, you’ll find plenty of payment options at A1-Casino. Credit Cards such as Visa and Mastercard, Cash App, Chime, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all available for depositing money.

Score: 15/20

Withdrawal Methods

While there might be plenty of deposit options, the same is not true for redemptions. Bank Transfers are your only choice here, and you can only redeem up to $1,000 in one go. This is a far cry from the usual limits, although players in Florida and New York are capped at the industry standard $5,000 a week, so A1-Casino hasn’t completely departed from the industry standard for redemptions.

Given our experience with A1-Casino, though, we would strongly urge you not to bother playing with premium currency.

Score: 15/25

Transaction Security and Fairness

A1-Casino transactions are secure, and the 1x wagering requirement for all Sweeps Coins is in line with the industry standard.

However, redeeming the Sweeps Coins themselves was a massive pain. A1-casino seemingly made it as difficult as possible on purpose, to the point where we gave up.

Secure? Yes. Fair? Absolutely not.

5️⃣ User Experience

Website Design & Navigation

a1-casino user interface

Put simply, the A1-Casino website is a disgrace, and it only gets worse the more time you spend on the website.

The color scheme hurts your eyes, and the team seems to have designed it purposely so that the scroll bar blends into the background. This makes getting around a chore from the start.

Plus, as we mentioned earlier, you have to manually restart your gaming experience from scratch if you want to try another gaming category. As if the user experience couldn’t get any clunkier.

Put simply, the website is a mess. Good luck getting around, because you’re going to need it.

Score: 12/25

Mobile Gaming

The mobile casino experience is just as bad as the desktop one, if not even worse. There’s no mobile app, so players who like gaming on the go are stuck with the clunky website that A1-Casino forces upon its players.

Honestly, though, the absence of a mobile app may actually be a blessing in disguise. We only say that because we don’t trust A1-Casino to make an app that actually works.

Score: 8/20

Customer Support

You may think that a fast response time for Live Chat replies is a good thing, but it’s most likely just because anyone who knows what they’re doing will avoid A1-Casino like the plague.

Simply put, the customer support at A1-Casino is awful. Besides the Live Chat, the only other option is email, which is notoriously slow. There’s not even a FAQ page available, so you’re forced to rely on a support team that doesn’t even seem to know what it’s doing.

Score: 10/30

Responsible Gaming Measures

a1-casino responsible gambling

One of the very few bright sparks in this section is the Responsible Gambling page, which contains a variety of Responsible Gambling tools that range from hands-off guidance to practical tools.

At one end of the spectrum is the guidance on safe gambling, which is pretty basic common sense. It may be obvious, but it can be all too easy to forget the basics when you’re in a bind.

After this, the casino provides deposit limits to keep players’ spending in check. Time-outs are also made available, with the option to self-exclude for six months, a year, and even permanently close your account.

Of course, while the casino can play its part, it’s up to the players themselves to get help if they need it. To this end, the casino provides access to the GamCare Self-Assessment test, which is an incredibly useful tool to let players know if they are about to develop problematic behaviors, or have already done so.

If either of these conditions apply, A1-Casino has taken the initiative to provide links to both GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous, as these organizations are much better-placed to help players in need.

Our Verdict

A1-Casino does have its bright spots, but they are very few and far between. We would urge you to check out other sweepstakes websites. This casino just has far too many holes, not least of which are the terrible redemption process, the incredibly clunky user experience, and the fact that we have no idea who actually owns A1-Casino in the first place.

The bonuses are tokenistic at best and insulting at worst, and to say that the customer support team doesn’t inspire confidence would be a massive understatement.

The games themselves may have been fun, but there’s no point in having entertaining games if you can’t attract people to your website, and, more importantly, ensure they stay there.
