500 Casino’s terms, updated May 30, 2025, close the whole site in the United States and its territories, the Netherlands, France, the Dutch West Indies and Curaçao. On September 15, 2026 the site also blocked the United Kingdom and Sint Maarten entirely, although the terms list the UK only for casino games.

The terms say restrictions are based on “your IP address and other factors” and name no clause about VPNs. However, the cashier still tells players using a VPN to disable it, and lists a proxy or VPN among the reasons a deposit or cashout can fail.

Encryption & Security

500 Casino supports two-factor authentication through Authy, LastPass or Google Authenticator. Its in-house games are provably fair, with a verification page for each, and Duels take their result from a future EOS block. iTech Labs issued an RNG certificate to Perfect Storm B.V. on December 23, 2024.

The AML policy names SumSub for identity checks and Chainalysis and AMLBot for on-chain screening. The privacy policy adds SEON.

500 Casino’s Trustpilot reviews sit on the csgo500.com profile, claimed in June 2020. On September 15, 2026 that profile scored 2.9 out of 5 from 960 reviews, 79 of them from the last 12 months, and showed replies to 12% of negative reviews. The ratings split 69% five-star and 21% one-star. The 500.casino profile is unclaimed and has no reviews.

General Terms

• 500 Casino can terminate an account not accessed for over four years, and a dormant account is wiped and its balance forfeited.
• 500 Casino can limit game modes or bet sizes “to mitigate potential losses and remain profitable”.
• Prizes, Royale, VIP and third-party rewards left unclaimed for more than 6 months can be canceled.
• The sportsbook terms, updated August 19, 2026, let 500 Casino void bets on suspected unfair activity.
• Accounts of housemates, relatives or friends can be treated as your second account, and the balances of accounts terminated for heavy misconduct are forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

The 500 Casino bonus for new players is a 300% rakeback boost up to $15,000 plus 50 Bonus Spins. The bonus terms, updated June 10, 2025, and the home page carousel both label it a “300% Deposit Bonus”, but the terms define the 300% as rakeback boost released as you wager, and it never becomes a bonus balance. The casino terms are:

• Qualifying deposit: over $25, within 7 days of registering, in crypto, skins, vouchers or real money
• Release rate: $1 of boost for every $400 wagered, and the help center adds that XP penalties apply
• Boost duration: 90 days from activation
• Bonus Spins: 10 each on five Pragmatic Play Slots, claimed within 48 hours, with a value that scales with your deposit
• Wagering: 40x on spin winnings, and the deposit itself must be wagered at least once
• Game weighting: games at 95% RTP or lower count in full, and games at 99.5% RTP count at one tenth
• Max bet: $100 a spin or bet with bonus balance
• Max conversion: $1,000 from bonus balance
• Expiry: the bonus balance lasts 14 calendar days
• Excluded: sportsbook and esports bets, plus Duels, Cases and some casino games

Players who pick the sportsbook package instead get the same 300% boost, plus a free bet matching the deposit up to $500, which the window calls a 100% deposit match. The free bet has to be claimed within 14 days, its winnings carry 1x wagering, bonus bets need odds from 1.6 to 6.0, and casino games are not allowed with this package.

You do not need a promo code. You pick Casino or Sportsbook in the Choose your Welcome Package window. It has no no-deposit bonus, and free accounts can collect rain and vouchers, treated as play money capped at $600 until the first deposit.

Ongoing Bonuses

500 Casino rakeback starts at registration, even at Level 0, and can be claimed as often as you like. Its help center says 5% to 20% of the house edge is returned and that the rate rises every 100 levels, so you start near 5% and climb toward 20%. On a slot with a 4% house edge, which keeps $4 of every $100 wagered, that range returns 20 to 80 cents of every $100 bet. XP counts in full on 500 Casino’s own games, except Dice, Mines and HiLo, which earn 25%.

A free daily case is available every 24 hours, worth at least $0.50 and opened within 30 minutes. Players in profit need 12.5 million XP, about $7,500 wagered, to get one. Weekly reloads arrive on Fridays for VIP tiers, and a monthly bonus with lossback lands around the 15th from VIP Silver.

Your bets enter you automatically into Daily and Weekly Royale events, which pay prizes by ranking.

VIP / Loyalty Program

VIP status starts at Level 500 and runs through 12 tiers in blocks of 100 levels: Silver, Gold, Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, Diamond, Pearl, Obsidian, Opal, Stardust, Nebula and Supernova, which starts at Level 1600. Perks include a rising rakeback rate, a tier bonus you request from the VIP welcome message, free daily withdrawals, preferential limits, a VIP host and a birthday bonus from Emerald.

500 Casino says each player who reaches Level 1200 gets a Rolex, Stardust brings a one-time $250,000 bonus, and the first players to reach Levels 1300, 1400 and 1500 get a Lamborghini Huracan, a $500,000 gold bar and a $1,000,000 diamond.

Wagering Requirements

Withdrawing while a bonus is active forfeits the bonus funds, free bets and Bonus Spins. The general terms give a different conversion cap, 10 times the deposit up to $10,000, but the bonus terms govern the package, so the $1,000 cap is the one that applies. Campaign bonuses on later deposits carry a 100% wagering requirement on the deposit, and unless a promotion says otherwise, bonus spins must be used within 30 days and bonus balance wagered within 72 hours.

The help center warns that abusing the offer can cost all winnings and all accounts, “including your original deposits”. Towers earns full XP and has a 5% house edge, which keeps $5 of every $100 wagered, so $40,000 of bets there costs $2,000 on average to release $100 of boost, and the boost pays back a small share of the play it needs.

Slots

The lobby held 4,637 casino games on September 15, 2026, and 4,472 of the game pages listed were Video Slots. 500 Casino’s own marketing is less sure of the number, quoting both 3,000+ Slots and over 500 titles.

The lobby carries games from more than 50 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Novomatic and Evolution, its site copy also names Push Gaming and Big Time Gaming, and Wicked Games was the featured studio on September 15, 2026. Titles include Sugar Rush, Gates of Olympus, Le Pharaoh and 2 Wild 2 Die, with separate Jackpot and Bonus Buy sections.

500 Casino says its casino games run from 92% to 99.65% RTP, which keeps between 35 cents and $8 of every $100 wagered. Game pages show the RTP where it is available, and a Live RTP tracker reports results over 10 minutes, 1 hour and 24 hours.

Table Games

Non-live Table Games are a small group, with 5 Video Poker, 3 Baccarat, 3 other table, 2 Blackjack and 2 Poker titles, alongside the Blackjack and Baccarat 500 Originals.

Live Casino

The site lists 124 Live Casino pages, including 79 live games, 14 Live Roulette tables, 8 Live Baccarat tables, 6 Live Blackjack tables and 6 live game shows, and its titles include Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Sweet Bonanza CandyLand. 500 Casino’s site copy names Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Bombay Live for live games.

Sports Betting

500 Casino’s crypto sportsbook runs on Betby and covers soccer, tennis, basketball, baseball, MMA, ice hockey, American football, handball, rugby, table tennis and volleyball, plus Counter-Strike, Dota 2 and League of Legends. The sportsbook rules also cover esports titles including Valorant, Rainbow Six Siege, Call of Duty, Rocket League, Tekken and NBA 2K26.

On September 15, 2026 the site counted 1,583 entries labeled sports games, the help center puts the minimum bet at $0.10, and the house edge article gives the sportsbook a 3% edge, which keeps $3 of every $100 wagered.

Deposits

On September 15, 2026 the cashier listed 16 cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, XRP, Solana, Tron, BNB, Cardano, Avalanche, EOS, Stellar, Polygon, USDT and USDC. Each coin keeps its own balance. Bitcoin deposits credit after 1 network confirmation, and the cashier has shortcuts for Binance, Coinbase, MetaMask, Phantom and Trust Wallet. You can also deposit CS2 and Rust skins through the peer-to-peer marketplace, and skin deposits go to your main balance. If you have no crypto, the Swapped on-ramp lets you buy it with Visa or Mastercard, and the cashier’s labels include PayPal, Klarna, Kinguin gift cards, vouchers, PIX, UPI and SPEI. 500 Casino’s site copy mentions more than 40 local payment methods. We found no live Apple Pay or Google Pay option. Card deposits credit instantly or within minutes, bank transfer methods can take a few business days, and the cashier warns that some methods carry extra processing fees.

The help center gives minimum deposits of about $0.30 in skins, about $3 in real money depending on the method, and from about $0.60 in crypto depending on the coin, in an article last updated more than 2 years ago.

Withdrawals

500 Casino’s help center, in an article last updated February 14, 2022, says “All cryptocurrency withdraws are INSTANT”, with a very low percentage flagged for review taking longer. Before withdrawing you need Level 1 and a previous deposit wagered at least once, and withdrawals go back through the method you deposited with.

A network fee that varies by coin comes out of each crypto withdrawal, some coins carry no fee, and VIP players get free daily withdrawals. Skins can be withdrawn from any balance, and marketplace trades are held under trade protection for 7 days plus 1.

500 Casino does not offer direct fiat withdrawals, according to a help article last updated more than a year ago. The cashier software does include bank payouts by IBAN and UPI, with a fee of a base EUR or USD amount plus a percentage and a rule that the name on the IBAN must match your verified name, but in practice 500 Casino pays out only in crypto and P2P skins, as its help center says.

Verification and KYC

500 Casino’s terms let it request KYC at any time, including before a deposit is confirmed or a withdrawal is sent. You have 7 calendar days to send the documents, and after that 500 Casino can suspend the account completely.

A help article last updated February 14, 2022 asks for the front and back of an ID card, a proof of address such as a bank statement, utility bill or government letter no older than 6 months, and a photo of you with the card if a card payment is flagged. Screenshots and digital copies are not accepted. Identity checks run through SumSub.

The AML policy uses three levels of due diligence, and crypto withdrawals above the posted limit trigger a check before the limit rises, and passing those checks is what lifts the daily withdrawal cap. Exchanging balances needs KYC Tier 2, and verification raises real-money deposit limits.

Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal is set per coin and shows in the cashier after you log in, and an unverified account can take out about $25,000 a day. First-tier verification raises that to about $50,000, and second-tier verification removes the cap. Crypto carries daily transaction limits, and the error message tells players to review their limits or verify to raise them. VIP tiers bring preferential limits.

Large withdrawals can be paid “in periodic installments, over time”, a big win under a provider investigation can be held for hours or days, and the sportsbook terms allow withdrawals to be suspended for up to 31 calendar days while suspected unfair betting is reviewed. Roulette also sets a $100,000 single-bet limit.

Website Design and UI

Registration takes an email address or a Google or Steam account, with a checkbox confirming you are 18 or over and not a resident of a restricted territory, and Phantom and MetaMask wallets can be linked to an account. The site comes in 17 languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Turkish, Russian, Japanese and Hindi. Mobile App

500 Casino has no native app, and we found no App Store or Google Play listing. The site runs in a mobile browser, and it never offers to install itself on your home screen.

Customer Service

Support runs 24/7 through live chat and [email protected], and the terms say an escalated complaint can take up to 24 hours to answer. In a dispute, the terms make the database of 500 Casino or the game provider the deciding factor, and they name no independent dispute service or route to the regulator. Live chat runs in English only. The terms say an account can only be closed by email and not through live chat, while the privacy policy says live support or email both work.

Responsible Gambling

Self-exclusion is the only tool on 500 Casino’s responsible gaming page, updated November 7, 2025. You set it from your profile settings for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days, covering the whole site, specific house games, the casino only or sports only. You confirm it by email after 2FA, it cannot be reversed once confirmed, and withdrawals and chat stay open while it runs.

We found no deposit limit, loss limit, session limit or reality check in the product, although marketing copy on 500 Casino’s Video Slots page claims deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits.

The page includes a 13-question self-assessment and links GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy, plus the Net Nanny, GamBlock and CyberSitter blocking tools, and your profile shows 30 days of profit and loss.
