The selection of bonuses is honestly quite mixed. Although there aren’t many standard incentives, the casino does offer some unique bonuses to its existing players.

The one that stood out right away was the Intro Bonus. Despite its name, it’s not a new player bonus, but it does allow you to get 10 4C Cash tokens if you DM 4Cx on X (formerly Twitter) with your username and the word “Intro”.

As we mentioned earlier, the standard sweeps bonuses for existing players are a bit sparse. Social media promotions are available, but they are few and far between. As such, the prizes you can get will likely vary considerably when they pop up.

This appears to be paying dividends already, as our typical wait time was 30 minutes, which is much quicker than we’ve seen at other newly-launched sweepstakes websites. We have no doubt this will be streamlined further as the casino finds its footing, and we have nothing but good things to say about the support agents.

Although the contact options are solid, the same unfortunately can’t be said for the FAQ page. This is very basic, when the casino can’t afford to be.
