As 4Cx runs as a sweepstakes promotion under US sweepstakes law rather than under a gaming regulator, it doesn’t hold a gambling license. Instead, players can choose between Gold Coins for free play and 4C Cash to redeem for prizes. That also means there’s no regulator to complain to if something goes wrong, which is the trade-off you accept on every sweeps site.

What reassures me here is who’s behind it, and that the company is not hiding. FOURCx Corporation publishes a real US address, 2155 W Belmont Ave #1073, Chicago, Illinois, and a Sweeps Policy dated 8 January 2026. Encryption & Security

The basics are covered and not much more. SSL protects the site and your data, and the Ethereum option gives you a quieter route in and out if you’d rather not put a card on file. That said, I didn’t find a 2FA option anywhere in the account settings, and on a platform holding redeemable balances that’s the gap I’d want closed first.

Altogether, nothing else here worried me across my sessions on desktop and mobile, but nothing really impressed me either.

Reputation & Player Reviews

This is the soft spot, and it’s about age rather than anything sinister. 4Cx launched in 2025 as the US-facing successor to 4casters, so there’s no meaningful payout history to judge it on and no body of player complaints either way. I went looking for the usual warning signs, confiscated balances, silent account closures, redemption stonewalling, and came up empty. But an absence of horror stories on a brand this young is not the same thing as a track record.

General Terms

The headline terms read well and the small print less so. Each 4C Cash is worth 1 USD when won through contest play, you can redeem from 50 4C Cash, and the stated playthrough is a single pass. Read section 3.6 of the sweeps policy, though, and 4Cx reserves the right to require up to 20 plays at its discretion. That clause is the one I’d want removed. You also need to be 19 or older, which is a year above the usual sweeps floor.

4Cx publishes its excluded list in the Sweeps Policy, and it is longer than most sweeps sites run to. Nineteen states are shut out entirely, along with every country outside the USA. The minimum age is 19, a year above the usual sweeps floor, and the policy carries the line VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

One oddity worth knowing. New York appears on the excluded list, and yet the redemption rules also cap New York and Florida players at $4,999.99 per redemption period, which only makes sense for somebody allowed to play. The operator’s own two documents disagree, and I would take the exclusion as the binding one.

As a try-before-you-buy it does the job, but it’s definitely not a reason to choose 4Cx over a rival.

The ongoing slate is thin but genuinely inventive. The referral is the pick of it, paying you and your friend 25 4C Cash each once they spend 25 USD, and there’s an intro reward of 10 4C Cash for messaging 4Cx on X. The Gold Coin refill tops you back up free when you run dry, as long as you don’t have a pending balance. Finally, the mail-in route grants 1 4C Cash per card, up to 100 a month, which is a real no-purchase path rather than a token gesture.

VIP / Loyalty Program

There isn’t one. There are no tiers, no rakeback, no escalating cashback, nothing that rewards you for consolidating your action here rather than spreading it around. For a platform explicitly courting serious bettors, that’s an odd hole to leave open, and it’s the first thing I’d put on the roadmap ahead of another one-off promo.

Wagering Requirements

On the face of it this is where 4Cx shines, and on the face of it is doing some work in that sentence. A single playthrough on 4C Cash is about as light as sweeps wagering gets, and paired with the 50-token redemption floor it means what you win is genuinely reachable. But the policy lets 4Cx demand up to twenty plays whenever it chooses, and until that discretion is written out I can’t call the terms as clean as they first look.

I ran it across MLB and NFL preseason lines and the model does what it says. The catch is everything around it. All of it. The market depth is shallow, the manual matching takes patience, and a casual bettor used to tapping a bet slip will bounce off it inside a session.

This is the weakest thing about 4Cx. The whole draw is setting your own price against another player, and the interface makes that harder than it needs to be. Some controls are buried, other screens are cluttered, and it took me a good twenty minutes of poking around before the betting flow made sense. A rough user experience is forgivable in a beta, but this is a launched product taking real money, and it should already work better than this.

Mobile App

There’s no native app on either platform, so you’re in the mobile browser. It functions. The same unfinished feel comes with it. Given how fiddly the manual matching is on a phone screen, a proper app would do more for this product than any promo they could launch.

Customer Service

Score: 16/30

Support runs through email at hello@4cx.io, a Discord server and the team’s X account. That’s it.

There’s no live chat and no phone line, which on a platform where a stuck redemption can take a month is thinner than I’d like.

Of the channels, the Discord is the useful channel, because you get answers in public where other players can see them, and I’d rather have that than a chat widget nobody staffs. Taking everything into consideration, though, Sportzino still beats it on pure availability.
